I ordered a custom stamp, checked the delivery status then SUDDENLY there is no order history to my account. When I received my stamp, I realized why... the font on the stamp is minuscule, I can't even read it with reading glasses! It's not the size I ordered, not even close, but when I went to double check my order it has DISAPPEARED. I can't send it back without any history of the order... I feel SCAMMED.
To return an item, I have to provide the order number. Since the order history has been ERASED, I can't do that... Just, DON'T support this company.
My order arrived at the time I was I told and my business cards are perfect. I will reorder again!
Ordered the invites for my daughter's bridal shower and so happy with the results. The design was perfect and customization was easy! They also arrived so fast!
I ordered custom return address labels with purple borders, and they are beautiful.
Have been a customer for a couple of years now and always order the same things. Never have I ever had to provide proof of anything. Making a name tag and I have to provide proof? Lol a complete joke! I will no longer be using this wasteful website.

Don't bother. Their website isn't processing orders and they aren't doing anything to fix it or respond to my inquiries about what to expect. All they've told me in the last week was to try different browsers, and when that inevitably didn't work they just stopped responding. Bizarrely, I have a rebate on my account so there's no charge, but they don't care enough about their customers to respond or do a single thing to try to process it.
I spent so much time trying to get my business card design right, even soliciting feedback from others, only to be left frustrated, disappointed, and without the business cards I need to promote my new small business. Don't waste your time like I did.

We customized the invitations to say and to look exactly how we wanted and they came out perfect. Paper stock is of great quality and overall timing was much faster than we expected.
Placed my order way passed time for a Christmas gift. I had no expectation that it could possibly make it in time for Christmas. Not only did it arrive in time, it's was a few days early! Quality was excellent. I highly recommend this vendor.
This is the second time I have ordered custom shirts from here and both times very satisfied in the product and the speedy turnaround. I found this site after being burnt by two other custom shirt sites and this one is a site saved in my favorites now
Ive been a loyal Zazzle customer. On Dec 5th i placed an order for a clock only to find out weeks later that the order had been cancelled. When I contacted customer service i was told that there were proprietary issues with some of the images. I asked which images and i was told she was not sure. I asked for technical assistance to help identify the problem images and that never happened. Im not sure what has happened to this company, however they are no longer customer friendly. I would caution anyone from using this site until their customer service practices are revamped.

I bought a gift for a friend. Product was great and it arrived a week early!
I was able to pretty much design my labels and they look amazing! I was surprised how quickly I received my order! I would definitely explore all your options w/Zazzle and I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
