Ordered address labels and a stamp about a week or so before Christmas not expecting to get it before Christmas, and they didn't promise it would. But it did! Love both the quality and style of the labels and stamp I chose, and am very impressed with the customer service, e.g., getting the product prepared and shipped so quickly during holiday rush.
Didn't like that I had to pay for the shipping cost for each item; or that it wasn't free shipping after you spent a certain amount of money.
These came way quicker than i expected and look even better than they did online when i designed them. I will definitely be shopping again

I ordered printed labels. Almost 3 weeks to get from Reno,? To Denver. And when they finally arrived, they were illegible. Every other label was faded. But the darker ones were still not useable because they were not centered properly. Tried to call -no answer on the number listed. No response to my email requesting a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We ordered first birthday invites and the invitations were beautiful. Editing was a breeze and we were able to customize everything we wanted. We needed expedited shipping and the invites arrived exactly when we needed them to! We'd definitely use Zazzle again!

I found the card design interface quite confusing, but I liked the template so much I stuck with it. That was a huge mistake. There is a tiny box you need to click if you don't want a QR code printed in the middle of the text on the back of your card (this is an extra $.12 per card, which I was later told would be per *order,* not per card, which is false). The cards came quickly, but they were unusable because of the stupid QR code overlapping text.
This is never a problem with Vista Print, which I will go back to using, because they have a magnified "Here's How Your Card Will Look" front-and-back feature that you have to approve before you order.
I e-chatted with a robot or person who was friendly, but did not have good information, and who told me I would get a "special 50% off" code for my trouble, along with a comped re-print of my cards. I was hoping to apply this discount to the new batch of cards I needed to order, because the express shipping fee was so high, and I now needed to rush. When I got to the checkout, I couldn't apply my "special code" because the cards were technically already 50% off-- but I wasn't told that-- all it did was reject my discount.
I wrote a couple suggestion emails (they were perfectly friendly--I promise) and got back some emails from the company that were totally irrelevant and slightly snippy.
The last straw was that the cards I had to re-order with express shipping ($$) were LATE. I still haven't received them. They say they're still due on 12/21. It's now 12/22 and they haven't arrived. I e-chatted with the robot person about this, and she gave me a store credit for the price of the shipping, which is nice, but I really would like them to comp the shipping altogether, because I'm feeling pretty done with this company.
Good thing there are 12 days of Christmas, because these cards aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

Received photo cards in a timely manner. They were smaller than I thought they would be and also, I was thinking the envelopes would have return address printed on them, not on photo cards. Otherwise, photo card looks great and good quality.
Received the pillow very quickly and it looks pretty and feels very comfortable.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
