The last time I ordered something from Zazzle it was four months ago and close to Christmas. While I was happy with the products received, I just don't have a regular need for Zazzle products. It is now four months later, and I just noticed a charge for $19.99 on my credit card so I called customer service, it turns out there is some sort of membership charge that kicked-in that guarantees free shipping on product orders. I'm not sure whether this is a box I just didn't uncheck during my order, as the customer service agent wasn't clear, but what I do know for sure is I did not order the service by intention so I asked to cancel it and the answer is "no it is a nonrefundable charge" All that they were able to do is eliminate the reoccurring charge on an annual basis. I won't order from
Zazzle again as there are many competitors I can order from. I don't like feeling tricked in to a membership. So one star for customer service and I bumped it up to two because I do think they have a nice selection of products.
We appreciate the quality and quick delivery of this ordered product, but it is smaller than we anticipated it to be. Likely that is our own error for not reading the specifications more closely though.
The pins were of really good quality as always. Fast shipping as well on this order.
I bought these because I believed there were holes where there actually black dots printed on the cards. LUV the card but not having to manually hole punch.

When an order was stolen from my porch they resubmitted the order with an upgraded postal service so that it will have to be signed for when it arrives next time. I could not have asked for better service.

Totally loved the cards and mostly because is all in one the tear apart of the diaper raffle and the book request makes them 100 percent very unique. Loved them.
My experience was good with no issues with the ordering process.
I ordered some business cards for my new cleaning business & was not impressed. I love the design I chose but the cards did not come the way I expected. There are white/blue specs down the front of the cards that are very noticeable & as you can see the edges of the card just look terrible. Very disappointed.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
