I spent several hours designing my daughter's graduation announcments on Zazzle. Then I ordered matching return address labels and thank you notes. I spent nearly $300. At the bottom back of my daughter's announcement, I stated where she had decided to attend college and her choice of major. Within a few hours, I received an email that my daughter's annoucements had been cancelled (not the whole matchig order, mind you, but the announcements). They refused to print them and cancelled them because they said they couldn't print something with the name of the university on it. I called their 800 line for clarifciation that we were not using a logo or trademark of the univeristy, but simply making a statement about her college and major choice (which is her protected free speech right to state). They still refused to print them. So, I cancelled the entire order and have had to start over with a different platform. I have used shutterfly and snapfish before for our older kids' graduation announcements and never had any issues. I will never use Zazzle again - -what a waste of time! Funny enough their form had a place where you are to enter the student's high school name on the front of the announcement. Did they really get approval from all those schools to print their names? I think not. Don't waste your time.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
