I had previously ordered from them and was very satisfied with the product; however, I tried to order from them again and while they had a legit reason not to make the product, they neglected to inform me they canceled my order which was a gift I needed by a certain time. Luckily, I looked online to see the update, but when I asked what happened to my order, they indicated I was lying by saying it must ended up in the spam folder which is BS because I specifically searched both the inbox and spam for any Zazzle emails. Just own up to your mess up, not blame your customer.
The images I used for my save the dates were professional photographs. When I previewed, the save the date online, the image quality looked clear/crisp. When I received the save the dates, they appeared blurry & cheap quality. I ordered 100 of them, so sadly now I'm stuck with 100 save the dates I can't use. I wish Zazzle would've helped me ensure the pictures would look as they did in the preview before I spent $150+.

Excellent service nice cards and good quality patients like them
Loved the look of the website when I hopped on the link my Grandmom had given me. I had an easy time selecting what I needed, then, even though it took some time to navigate the design feature (not my niche lol), I was able to create something I'm satisfied with. Love the style of the card and the box it came in too.

Visiting the site made me feel very comfortable, it was very professional looking. I am a person that supports different businesses because I am a business owner myself. But Zazzle stood out in my Google search and I didn't hesitate to find a merchant to support.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
