Y te dicen que tampoco te devuelven el dinero. Eso se llama estafa

You play for few weeks, spend a lot of time, make a lot of effort, and one day, baaam, you log in to your server, and everything is deleted. "And there's nothing they can do about it". Wow, money "well" spent. Do not buy from this company.

It really is very easy to access your gameserver. In addition, they have a technical service that is constantly providing personalized help.

I tried to buy a server from them. It lagged to the point it was barely usable. I contacted them, they didn't fix it or offer much advice at all.
Two days in I asked for a refund.
They refused to grant it, and actually tried to bill me for several more months all at once. When I refused, and tried to cancel my services, they threatened debt collection.
I was cordial and kind. I sought legal advice, and was made aware they had zero leg to stand on and I was eventually issued a refund.
They went against their own terms of services.
Avoid at all costs.

RootServer gekauft, leider für mich unbrauchbar da sich die Hardware ID immer wieder ändert, also zum Support da das Produkt für mich unbrauchbar ist (es ist auch nirgends gekennzeichnet das sich die Hardware ID ändert) die meinten nur gibt kein Geld zurück das ist normal bei uns.

Bestimmt gute 4 Stunden damit verbracht in Tickets und Chat mit wurde überhaupt nicht geholfen auf mein Problem wurde nicht eingegangen und es kam nur die Aussage: "Wir werben nicht mit Server wo die HW ID sich nicht ändert" es müsste genau anders herum sein. Man muss mit nichts werben was Standard ist, man sollte das aufzählen was NICHT Standard ist.

Bei meinem vorherigen Provider hat sich die Hardware ID nicht geändert, also ist das absolut nicht normal und gehört gekennzeichnet!

Nie wieder Zap Hosting, hier geht es nur darum Kohle zu machen nichts anderes!

They are going to limit you and you won't be able to use certain resources on this website their support is straight up bs taking hours to answer you with a really dumb answer which at the end is blamed towards you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. They told me I have to change from windows server to linux to get certain resources working and I did exactly what they told me but when I imported my data base and my resource files into the linux there was a whole lot of problems such as GTA dealership not working, and non of the stores menus would pop up I tried to ask them for help but they kept blaming it on my esx file when I tested it out on a vis and it was working fine. If I could give 0 starts I would.

Vps service is great runs smoothly love it BIT... Big BUT there customer service is complete dog $#*! if you not willing to pay them extra to get a response you could be left waitin g god only knows how long it make say average time 20 min u make a ticket and in 20 min it now says 2 hours and continues to go up the more other people pay for support and you left sitting
You could class them as pay to get support

Worst service. No advance email for next recharge. Auto extend and if you don't pay because you don't their services they do threaten you with recovery agencies. Stop using that $#*!

Viod, purchased(paypal) a game server on the wrong platform and asked to cancel straight away. Was told to cancel and sent a link by them to do this. Then no refund so I asked for a refund. To be told I don't get a refund because I cancelled. And they had give me bad information. Then sent me an invoice and expect me to pay more money because I cancelled. And threatened debt collection. Total morons, currently claiming my money back through PayPal and seeking legal advise, all over €18. Avoid This scum

19 January 2021 I ordered a rootserver with Zap-hosting. When it was installed and server was running it seemed the server was extremely slow and the helpdesk employee told me he would migrate me to a different host.
20 January 2021, the server was still slow and I decided to order extra memory, cores and bandwidth. After that was completed, and paid by me, it seemed my server had a faulty disk and all my data was lost.
21 January 2021, the server was up and running but was slow again and the helpdesk employee told me that he had to migrate the server to a different host. Unfortunately this didn't work and the helpdesk employee raised a ticket to resolve and 6 hours later I receive a message that migration was started.
22 January 2021, the server wasn't running and one of the helpdesk employees told me all data was lost and I needed to reinstall the server (Windows server). I wasn't happy of course but I started the reinstall through your website and it failed again. The helpdesk told me yet again you need to do a reinstall.
Now the server isn't started, they refuse to give me a new server and I need to wait for another engineer to come back to me.

This means the server isn't running for 4 days now, I lost all my work and the helpdesk employees are by far not sympathetic about my problems and when I complain they hardly apologize. I even wanted to cancel my contract but the helpdesk employee told me that isn't possible. They did offer me 2 days free rent but who cares about 2 days when the issues keep happening.

They are SCAMMERS. They dont wanna refund your service if it was setup already. How you can test it then? By refunding only Zap Coins? You support is horrible. I've made a ticket that got a first reply AFTER 24H. Unbelievable in 2021... And please, dont write an automated reply, you are just scamming people that want to be honest. I've tryed your "The Forest" servers and your guy Marcel caused me that 24H downtime because it had moved the machine to another server, but the cause was another one. Prepare better your "sysadmins"

Just PLEASE DO NOT use this company. They will respond with some syrup sweet and nice response to my review here, but don't be fooled. Even when they can clearly see THEIR system messed up, and even though they took your money INSTANTLY, they will make you wait in my case over 15 hours of being tossed up and down the chain all with excuses of why it is taking so long and so forth. This place is a criminal enterprise posing as a business. They are scammers. RUN, RUN AWAY QUICKLY!

I tried to cancel the auto renewal and they said it has to be a full week ahead of time. I have a CREDIT for 122 bucks on the account and they also REFUSE to use that money to go towards the renewal. So, what is that credit going to be used towards? Very scammy to not let me cancel my account as well as not utilize money that is already SPENT for them. Avoid this company if possible as they are hosted out of the US so they have no professionalism.

Hi, I am Writing this review that zap website is completely fake and they are scammer.
If you buy 1 month contract and cancel it before expiring then you had to pay fees for another month which is totally unexpected and if you had a contract for 1 month they automatically renews it without any email notification to cancel it to avoid further charges there vps goes down for hours and they expect to pay the invoice fake website don't use zap try other hosting companies.
