There are cheaper companies around please use one. ZAP hosting will overcharge you and then try to rob you for every single dime you have. You do not need zap to have a FIVE M server that is a lie. They will take advantage of you. And charge you to. Ask a question and to get it answered, even if the situation was their fault. They shut down the servers in order to get information about it. I had to pay for that information. Please choose another hosting service. Never use that.

I bought a lifetime VPS server and it was a mistake. On their website it says that over 600 games can be installed by their game control panel. They leave out that alot of those are Minecraft installs. I started looking through their game list and I couldn't the two games that I wanted that I thought would be in there since they offer that "game server" standalone. I contacted support to see if they could give me a credit so I can get the two servers that I really want and they said no. So know I have a server that I would have to put alot of work into to make work for those two games or just accept the fact that I lost money.

This is the worst experience i ever had. Buyewd a server for scp, after a week i never managed to play 1 minute. They migrating continuosly my s erver, that is never working. Support is present but only to waste your time, they never say or doing something to really solve the problem. So don't use this

First of all, their servers are terrible and extremely unstable. Second of all, their "contracts" that they make you sign when ordering from their site have some questionable and dishonest things written in them to allow them to milk you for even more money once you decide to stop using them.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with ZAP-Hosting has been profoundly disappointing and frustrating. From the get-go, the service was plagued with issues—from inadequate resources causing server shutdowns to persistent HTTPS errors even after upgrading to a premium plan and adding more RAM. Efforts to resolve these issues amicably were met with nothing but resistance and unyielding adherence to inflexible policies.

When I decided not to renew the service due to continuous performance problems, ZAP-Hosting made the process unnecessarily difficult, citing policy after policy and denying a straightforward service discontinuation. They even insisted on me agreeing to contractual obligations in order to log in and cancel my account, a clear example of coercive practices.

Communication with their support and legal teams felt like talking to a wall. My simple request to terminate services and delete my personal data was dragged out, requiring excessive time and resources to address what should have been a simple process. They also implied that additional charges would apply for further invoice reminders during the dispute, which is absurd.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I advise anyone considering ZAP-Hosting to look elsewhere. The lack of customer respect and transparency is alarming, and their business practices questionable at best.

Zap had terrible customer service. Takes days to get back to you and handle a ticket unless you pay more. They double charged me and my server has broke more than three times on their end and took days to fix it. Not satisfied not happy will be changing providers.

The servers are all laggy and they recently leaked by data because they care more about profit than user recurty!

Also, absolutely willing to hold your data hostage while they suffer from data breaches unless they're completely satisfied that you're going to pay for fraudulent charges. Avoid.

I Deposited some money at my zap hosting balance when i tried to purchase a product i see i can't pay it because zap hosting dosen't accept zap hosting balance for this product...
I tried to contact with live chat the agent dosen't have any solution for me and the awnsers is like no and sorry.
I asked for refund because i can't do anything with this stacked money and tells me again no.
The company based in Germany so in Europe union!
This company dosen't go with rights of Europe union!

So now i have pretty good 29 Euros in my account and i cant do it anything!

This is the best hosting I have used so far! I highly recommend it to everyone.
I recommend everyone to try how great zap hosting is!

I Was Using Zap Hosting FiveM Upvote Service 4 Months Ago. Its Was Only 1 Month Contract And After 1 Month My Boosts Disappeared So I Thought That My Services Were Automatically Expired So I Didn't Bother To Log In To Customer Area. In 1st Week Of January They Charged My Debit Card For 25.32 Euros / 28.28 Dollars. Although Its Very Small Amount But I Want To Warn Everyone To Take Care. I Have Now Blocked My Card So That They Don't Try To Scam Me Again. According To Them They Charged Me For Previous 4 Months Although I Didn't Even Had The Service During Previous 4 Months!

Really shady company. They won't notify you before charging you, and they don't do refunds no matter what. They seem to enjoy robbing you after you've paid for their services and then throw a "sorry we can't assist you :(" in your face. Don't waste your money on this company that clearly isn't made for worldwide hosting.

Find it hard to believe all these positive reviews after the experience i just had with this place. They are over priced, advertise modded servers that dont work and they dont support. Server was a few miles away but latency was horrible. 100+ MS response time for a server in my back yard basically.

The interface they have fails to do what it claims, its so badly designed that their support team had to disable it and asked me to do things manually. Other hosting places would have fixed their broken website but not these guys.

They take your money then say its not their problem.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER. SINCE HOSTING WITH ZAP MY ROOTSERVER PASSWORD SSH KEY HAS CHANGED REPEATLY THEN TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY WANT YOU TO PAY TO RUSH THE TICKET. MAKES NO SENSE. I DONT UNDERSTAND THEY PEOPLE. THEN WHEN I FINALLY GET AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TELL ME THEY GOIGN TO FIX IT. SO THEY SAID THEY FIX IT THEN THE NEXT DAY MY ZAP ACCOUNT PASSWORD IS CHANGED. AND THEY THINK IT IS FUNNY CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT EVEN REFUND YOU THE MONEY THEY WILL ONLY GIVE IT BACK IN ZAP COINS MEANING YOU CAN ONLY USE IT WITH THEM. SO BASICALLY ITS NOT A REFUND. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DONT TELL YOU BUT THERE IS A 5 DOLLAR REFUND FEE. YUP. AND REFUND IS BASED OF THE NUMBER OF DAYS U HAD THE SERVER. EVEN IF YOU COULD NOT GET IT TO LOAD OF. CAUSE BELIEVE ME YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP PRESSING IT TO CONNECT OVER AND OVER JUST TO GET A CONNECTION. ITS HORRIBLE. WORST AND NO GOOD. IF I WAS YOU DONT DO IT. IT SOUNDS GOOD CAUSE THEY GIVE U A 50 PERCENT OFF. BUT IN THE LONG RUN THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY WITH U. THEN TOP IT OFF THEY BEEN CHARGING MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT VERIFICATION. OR ACKNOWLEDGE. ITS NOT SAFE AND ITS NOT GOOD DONT DO IT...

Would recommend, love the hosting. Really easy to setup, and also really nice support, and they always quickly fix my issue.

These dumbo big headed $#*! mother$#*!ers, deleted all my server info and files, then blamed me for not having a backup. These clowns should be out of business, #$#*!You

I rent a server this afternoon to play Satisfactory, wasted few hours and couldn't even get server started because of their broken script ran into segmentation fault! Requested a full refund and they said: unfortunately no revocation is possible anymore. LOL

I recently bought a Windows VPS and every day all their services where down. Even today already twice. For being a FiveM developer and using this to host, its discusting how many times this happens. I recommend you buying every month a host a few more bucks with no issues. Even the VPS respond is sooo slow.

Bad company, don't buy! I bought a server and on the same day I wanted to cancel because the company doesn't provide access to all the game's settings, I closed a 6 month contract and they refuse to refund, a fraud!
