Crap Product and worse Customer service. Got a new screen protector from them in January of 2023 and when my phone fell from my lap to the ground while sitting in a chair it broke through the screen protector and shattered my screen. I also had a phone case on too. Customer service was rude, petty and disrespectful. Offered me a replacement protector if I could provide a receipt... because everyone keeps receipts for 6 months.
Going on 2 months for Zagg to fulfill a warranty claim. After the first 30 days they kick out the request due to lack of inventory. Then make you "resubmit" another claim. Yet, you can find the product on retail shelves...Not a good experience in my opinion.
Do not buy one of these, i purchased one from verizon for $59 because i thought it would be a better quality, it broke within 2 weeks, i went to the local retailer for replacement, they charge $10 weather they put it on or you just take one with you, my second one broke after 3 days.
I order NEXT DAY AIR by 10am, TWO DAYS LATER, THEY ARE STILL PROCESSING. Nobody to contact. NOTHING!
Bought 2 face screens from best buy on June 25,2022. Just 2 months ago, Best Buy Decided not to order anymore so now I have to order directly from you and paid $9 per each one to ship to my house. If the product was in the store it would be a easy swap. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and my teens daughters. If this was the case that Best Buy didn't want to buy it I would never bought the product.
I order from them frequently for personal use. We use them often and even hand them out as needed. I have never had a late package, or an incorrect order. I've also never had a defective item. The picture is part of my most recent order. I love that they have frequent discounts with a website that is easy to navigate and filter through.
I would highly recommend.
I paid $69 for a product that had bubbles and was coming off (applied at verizon store).
It started coming off so had to pay $14.99 for a replacement protector. I spent the $69 because i was told the screen was protected with a replacement screen up to $500 once a year.
1 week into the replacement cover, the screen broke. Zagg says no protection from breakage...so no reason to buy it go to walmart and get one that is protective glass for $13 and save you some money.
I had to pay $334 for a replaced screen and not such much as a sorry from zagg!
I have wasted more money in the free warranty replacement, e.g., $10 shipping on replacements for this zag iPhone screen protector than I ever have in my life. It's a scam. It doesn't work. Videos seems simple but it doesn't work. Do not use Zagg
50$ for a screen protector that you can get for 6$ on Amazon or 3 for 18$. Purchased it through Verizon because it has a lifetime warranty. It broke in a week and when I attempted to get my warranty fulfilled and a new one sent they cancelled my account. Then they made me search for the original receipt even though it was already uploaded and registered in their system and I provided all documentation of such. The Verizon side of the receipt was not populated so I spent countless hours trying to get zagg to send me a replacement before giving up and purchasing 3 new ones on Amazon for 18$ total. Absolute SCAM.
Zagg's screen protector warranty is no extra charge only if the screen that needs replacing is still in stock locally. Otherwise, there is a $10 shipping charge. As a result of this overpriced shipping charge, it is pointless to pay the $30 fee for "free" replacement protectors.
Zagg also refuses to combine legitimate warranty claims into one shipping package.
Their screen protector warranty is fiction.
I am not prone to dropping my phone on hard surfaces, which is why I was really confused when my phone screen broke, not once, but twice. Plus, I know someone who bought the same protector whose phone screen also broke.
ZAGG does NOT cover the cost of your phone repair if your phone breaks, and their "free replacement system" charges you shipping fees unless you go in store, where they STILL hassle you for proof that you bought it... duh, it's on my phone!
On another note, this screen protector makes your fingerprint sensor defective, despite the fact they claim it works with the protector. With my initial protector, it did work. Now that I'm on my third, it does not.
The edges of the screen protector peel up over time. Not a deal breaker, but it's good to know.
I purchased a new iPhone 14 at the Verizon store. The salesperson there told me the ZAGG Invisible Shield screen protector was a highly reputable product and that everyone loved these screen protectors for $47.99. I should have looked online first instead of believing her, because my screen cracked after having it for one week! I see now online that this company barely has 2 stars. If you want the replacement screen, which I really don't, it's another $10 for this mediocre product. I do not recommend you trust your phone's protection to this company/product.
You have to watch the video!
You have to watch the video. The cleaning instructions are very important. I would test fit the protector over the applicator before you put the phone in. If you have to force it on to the pegs in any way it will droop and it will hit the screen. Mine did not just drop on to the pins like the video shows. The one thing they leave out in the video is the bubbles will clear up you must make sure that the screen is absolutely lint free. But after 1 or 2 days all the bubbles will be gone
My Zagg screen protector that is less than a year old cracked.
I tried to submit a claim on their website under the " lifetime warranty " and it just took me in circles.
I phoned customer service and was informed that the replacement would cost $9.99 for shipping! That's not a fre replacement.
I also chatted with a customer service representative and provided my receipt from Amazon.
I was told I didn't have an account with them ( I do) and that they won't honor the warranty because I didn't purchase it from Amazon.
From the reviews I have read, they do this on a regular basis and also claim that the replacement item isn't available and try to sell a more expensive item in it's placed.
Avoid this dishonest company.
Not only does it cost $50 for a piece of glass but when it fails you're required to pay a minimum of $10 to have it shipped. Great scam with the company not taking responsibility for anything.
Invisible shield really SUCKS. Scratches very easily, very cheaply made, and very expensive to replace. After I spent $65 for the 1st shield, which lasted only one day, they charged me another $10 for the 'free' replacement. You're better off buying a roll of clear packing tape for $3. I've been using that for decades to protect glass. Or buy a real glass protector for $10 online. AVOID ZAGG! They have the WORST reviews for a reason.
The service is horrible. I provided a copy of purchase but they keep canceling my warranty replacement order.
This is not a good product $20 for it not worth it very I would not recommend nobody buying it, and just gotta do better with it.
Although there is a warranty and it has been honored, I am on my 3rd Zagg glass screen protector for an iPhone 14 Pro that I just purchased a few weeks ago. The cost of the protector was $59.99. The 1st screen protector was good but only lasted for about two weeks when a bubble in the top right hand corner appeared and could not be corrected. I registered the screen protector on the Zagg website and used the warranty and got a new screen protector (paid $9.99 for shipping) which turned out even worse with air bubbles all over the screen that would not go away. I then ordered a 3rd screen protector (paid $9.99 for shipping again) and went to my cellular provider's store and paid $35 to have it installed and was told that they would not be responsible if it had any defects. Well, there is a large bubble on the top right hand corner. So needless to say, this is a disappointing screen protector and after spending $114.97 I have to warn everyone out there to stay away from this product. It's not worth your time or the results.
My protector registered 4 years now cracked many times!Tried to get new one their website and all you get ic new product to buy!even contact phone option only shows more products! Warranty a ripp off!
