Purchased a ZAGG screen protector for my new watch, installed screen protector on Watch and it was all scratched up! Contact ZAGG customer support and after 3 total attempts they finally responded and agreed to send a replacement. Received replacement and it was wrong size ( I purchased 45mm and they sent 41mm) After several atttempts they responded with a "sorry will send another" it has been over a week and it still shows "awaiting fulfillment" It has now been 3 weeks and I have no screen protector for my new watch. They will only respond after several attempts! Told me I'd receive email when shipped which I never received on incorrect item, said they would ship out FedEx so I'd receive quicker, that's great but if it's been a week and they haven't even filfulled order yet, that shows how much they value customers. Going to purchase from Bodyguardz they know how to treat customers! They can keep my money, won't issue refund, and they can keep their screen protector. This is the 2nd time they provided lousy customer service! I purchased a screen protector for my iPad. It developed white specs in glass. Called to have replaced, they told me they no longer make that replacement! When I questioned them how they were going to provide new protector under warranty and insisted they do something they said they'd have one specifically cut to fit. After a long wait I received a thin piece of plastic cut in 2 pieces so that there was a line down the middle of my iPad. I called said they'd send another out which was same way! Try using a iPad with a line down the middle! 2 for 2 in lousy customer service. Stay away, I will never use this company! Check out other reviews, buyer beware!
Screen protector bubbles after the store employees installed it, got a new one same thing happened again with my samsung twenty three ultra.
I did replacements for two different phones both times I was sent the wrong product. I tried calling I did the email click your issue link so I'm stuck with two wrong items that don't fit my phones. I wouldn't mind if they didn't charge 11 bucks for shipping for each screen protector so I'm out 22 bucks.
I ordered a Zagg pixel pro 8 invisible shield screen protector through verizon when I purchased phone. It cracked after not even 2 months and It has been over a month since I registered product and still no sign of even getting a replacement. Don't waste your time and money on Zagg. Just go to Amazon and order a different brand for about $10 for a pack of 3.
Bought my Zagg for my wife's IPad Air 4,18 months ago from BestBuy. My wife uses it very little and isn't overly computer literate. She can't use it now because the charging port is non functional and she can't charge it. Reached out to Zagg and only communication is via internet and responses from Zagg are total A.I. Responses. No other form of communication available. Since warranty is only one year and no extended warranty ended up purchasing a Logitech. PS. BestBuy was of no help either.
Repeats keys, doesn't post letters when tapped, have tried everything. Rebounded into functioning properly after all adjustments to settings and suggestions from internet made. Lasted almost 2 years. Bye bye keyboard
My product arrived in the mail shattered. I tried to contact Zagg customer service twice and was on hold forever both times and then hung up on. Eventually, I just did what the instructions said and mailed it back and I ended up having to pay FOURTEEN DOLLARS to ship back this product. Total pain in the rear and will never buy from Zagg website again. I shouldn't have to pay to ship back my item that arrived shattered. Also the phones should be answered. Do better.
Zagg is the worst company with zero customer service - they take days to respond to online questions and no one answers their phone. It will eventually just disconnect or you will wait on the phone and no one will answer.
After paying for a product to be shipped and it was never delivered, I inquired about a replacement and was told they didn't have any to replace and that they don't offer refunds. So no solution was ever offered even after I inquired about it.
It has been two weeks of calling, DMing on Twitter, and reaching out and they are simply not a real company as it seems like no one works there and is able to help.
I shattered the back glass on my 14 Pro Max. The repair shop recommended a Zagg Santa Cruz snap because it is advertised to protect my phone from a 13ft drop. Well I bought it, had the repairman put it on. The next day i had the phone on the bathroom counter 36" and knocked it off with my elbow. The zagg case cracked the glass AGAIN. You can see the impact cracks originate from the camera lens surround. Yeah, that back glass inside the case was cracked faster than a CSI episode. The warranty is only for the case, not the damages caused By THE CASE! So in conclusion DON'T buy the case!
I recently purchased a Zagg IPAD keyboard case on Amazon. I was shocked at the low price and was satisfied with the product. Unfortunately it began to malfunction making it unusable. I contacted the company for a warranty replacement. I replaced the product at no charge and received the replacement within a few days. However, I had made a mistake in specifying the replacement and the new one was incompatible with my IPAD. I contacted Zagg again and they replaced that unit with the correct one at no cost and gave me a credit for the postage I had paid. The customer service representative I worked with was fantastic. Helpful and proactive. I will definitely purchase more products from Zagg.
Horrible service, ungodly wait times on a call (30+ minutes each time I called), service rep disconnected me and didn't make an effort to call me back and continue to help me. Will now switch to Verizon for their lifetime guarantee, no shipping cost screen protector replacement. Used Zagg for years, but no more.

Based on my experience Zagg provide low quality products that fail in a short period of time. Their customer service is terrible they never respond to complaints. I am amazed that companies such as Apple are associated with them. Avoid at all costs based on my experience.
This company does not provide good service, poor customer service, the owner does not contact you when there is problem with your phone, I will not recommend this place to anyone, this place is operated by a bunch of crooks, I went there to fix two phones screens there at the location in Smith Haven Mall, they fix the screens and messed up a few other things in my phones, the phone camera doesn't work, the flash light doesn't work any more, the volume is not working, please people if you want to fix your phone go else where. They are liars.
I have called customer service and have waited on hold for 1hr, 2hrs and left the phone going and clocked in at 6hrs still no answer. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried to replace it on line, but they said not available, call customer care. I bought this screen from Best Buy and they say they have no stock either to call Zagg. RIDICULOUS.

I have been a zagg customer for a little over a year after purchasing my screen protector at verizon. I completed the registration process for it. I have recently tried to order a replacement for my registered screen protector, to only find that it is no longer "registered". After countless attempts and waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes & counting, I spoke with a nice gentleman named Myron, who was able to re-register my screen protector, when I went to place my order, to my luck, it is out of stock. Total waste of time & energy. I will never purchase from this company again.
Powerstation products outside the US must be returned at the customers cost and you also pay the shipping on the replacement unit. This is crazy especially given the unit I purchased failed after only 3 months. Will cost me 50% to replace! I have registered complaint - will update if they take any positive action.
I ordered a replacement Screen Protector on warranty and they charged me $10.79. For shipping and handling. I paid $45 for the screen protector and warranty about 6 months ago. The Site is up and it will charge your card and say it is shipped. The order was placed on 7/25/2023 2 days later on the website, the order status was set to shipped. It is now 9/16/2023. No one at ZAGG,com answers the phone or responds to customer requests on their web site. I have made requests 7-10 times and no response at all. All of the staff at ZAGG.com has either abandoned it or they are totally incompetent. There is certainly no one there who wants to be bothered by a customer.
