I bought a swimsuit there and it was a great experience, it was good quality and was so cute. I also love their point system where you can get discounts and deals, and their free shipping! I am definitely ordering again!
I bought a blouse for my daughter and it is not really what we expected and it way too large. I tried to contact them when I received it on Monday to be reimbursed and return it and we are Friday and still don't have the address for return and no RMA number yet! They reply to my 3 emails saying they received my request... but NO information, NO information yet and we are Frida. And probably they will tell me that it is more than 3 days so no 1000% reimbursement and I guess after 5 days I won't have answer before 30 days for the 100% satisfaction! It is the first time and the last time I buy from Zaful!
I was sceptical at first, but now after 2 orders totalling 6 swimsuits - I'm hooked! Best affordable swimwear ever. And if I ever have an issue with sizing, it's no problem and I get the best customer service. They answered me earlier in 10 minutes - not kidding! Shipping is great, I have gotten all my packages within 2 weeks and I live in the top corner of Canada haha! I have not been super impressed with clothing I have purchased, but this will forever be my favourite swimwear website!
Ordered a swim suit through ZAFUL that absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality what much better than I thought it would be. The color was accurate as to what was shown online. The size chart was right and it arrived quicker than I was expecting. Overall I give a 10/10 for the suit and plan to order more. Its all Ive been wearing this summer. Thanks Zaful!
The products were just like the pictures, they fit me perfectly and they're from good quality. There are some sales very often and lot of coupons so it's a perfect shopping website!

I ordered two suits on June 6th. It's July 24th and I still have not received them. I have tried calling, live chatting, Facebook messaging them and no one has been able to assist. When I track my order it says "pending". Don't waste your time or money with them.
I finally got a hold of someone through their website and they are giving me a refund. Took a while, but finally got my money back.
I received my order with an false item. I texted the customer service for the past week and they seem not to understand that I did not receive my item instead they sent me a wrong one. I'm getting frustrated because they won't give me my money back nor an address where I can ship the wrong item. It's like talking to idiots. I asked for an online chat with them and they said it's not available. I cannot with them.

The order came really fast, however it was shipped overseas. The material is great and the bikini fits perfect. I love the colour and their styles. Totally recommend ZAFUL
I will never order from this website again. Absolutely appalled at the how the 'customer service' agents deal with complaints. They were very repetitive, unknowledgeable and just plain unhelpful. It was basically like speaking with a robot. I was so unimpressed with the fact that they advertise such low prices, but do not explain that depending on what country you live in they will convert the prices until you see your bank statement. They also should advertise that you will need to pay duties on whatever you order also depending on what country you live in. The materials they use are cheap so they merchandise is way overpriced. I made a ticket complaint and spoke with two different customer service agents to get an answer from there, they're answers are a joke and are so unhelpful - idiocracy at its finest. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM 'ZAFUL AWFUL' AGAIN.

I had many friends order from and recommend Zaful to me. Following their recommendation, I ordered a package on May 22,2018 and the estimated shipping was 10 days. After the 10 days my tracking number still read in transit. On their website, it says your order should arrive maximum 25 business days after shipment, so I patiently waited. After 25 days had elapsed there was still no package, so I contacted Zaful Customer Support and advised them. Zaful recommended I contact the post office and check the delivery deadline, both of which I did. I told them this and advised as it was more than 25 days after shipment I would like a refund. I also called Zaful directly and they advised they would look into this right away and respond on the Customer Support Ticket. The next day they responded, completely ignoring my request for a refund they simply said, We are sorry to hear you havent received your items yet. I asked them what they would be doing to resolve the problem and they told me that the delivery deadline is 2-3 months after shipment and that my specific deadline is July 22,2018 and to patiently wait. I called Zaful directly and told them all of this and requested a refund again and they said they would have someone on it and fast track the resolution process. Again nothing happened. It is now July 23,2018, I sent another email to Zaful Customer Service this morning saying it is even past the second given deadline and requested a refund again. I intend to try calling them again as well but at this point it is looking like I will never receive a package or my money back. Clearly I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again.

- first experience with them I ordered a bikini that turned up looking a complete mess. Was meant to be strapless but had 8 unexplainable straps. Was so laughable and disgusting that Zaful actually asked me to throw it away and they would just refund meX they didnt even want it back. At least the customer service was ok this time.
-most recent experience involved Zaful cancelling my order with no notification and I only found out when I logged on because the items Id ordered had taken SO long to arrive.
-when I complained about this, explaining that there was only 7 days til my holiday now (which I needed the items for - and we all know how long Zaful delivery is) they would do NOTHING to help.
-about 10 emails bounced back and forth with zaful denying any fault or responsibility and just asking me to buy them again. Such ignorance. It was as if they hadnt read all my emails station the short time I had and that standard delivery would definitely not suffice.
-I asked for free express shipping (the least they could do - and then it was still only a maybe that the items would arrive on time) and hooray they finally said they understood my frustration and sent me an invoice to pay... I was concerned that they hadnt really explained what I was paying for and what they were offering me but I was so short on time by this point that I paid it and just hoped theyd read about me asking for express shipping and my time shortage problems etc.
-they then revealed that there was no way my items would arrive before my holiday. They just coaxed me into paying for items I will not receive in time and will not use.
USELESS. MONEY-GRABBING. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have ordered 4 bathing suits from Zaful. All were different styles/cuts. The quality of the suits were great. I loved that they had removable padding. I ended up ordering clothing from them after I was so pleased with their suits! I'm excitedly waiting on their arrival! I also thoroughly enjoy their app and Zpoints. I think it's a great incentive for customers. Overall I think they're a great company and their quality is definitely up to par.
Great quality bathers, looked like shown in pictures and perfect sizing too! They came quicker then expected so was Very happy!
I ordered 3 swimsuits from zaful and i was very pleased with them. I ordered a size s and they fit me very well though i was a bit scared they would be too small. The material is great, it is not see through. I will keep ordering from zaful for sure.
I ordered 3 items. They obviously didnt have stock so shipped them in 2 packages, but had clearly packed them in the wrong bags.
The tracking information said that 2 products had been delivered and that 1 was still on its way, when actually I had received a package with 1 item in and the other 2 hadnt arrived!
Customer service team are totally incompetent and couldnt seem to understand this, so when I asked for a refund they only refunded me for 1 item, not the two that I still havent received!
Not a single apology and the 1 product i did receive is terrible anyway and falling apart. Dont bother!

I really love Zaful and have been useing it for a long time. I order stuff from here all the time its my fav online store and my go to store when I need clothes. They can work on shipping time but overall the quality, product, and boxing is great.
I ordered a jacket from zaful in the size XL hoping for it to fit baggy (as I am usually a S-M size in jackets). When I received the jacket it was too tight and the button fell off of it, without it even being wore yet. I followed the instructions on how to return items to their store and emailed them with a photo explaining why I wanted my money back. I emailed 3 separate times and never received one email back since. They have terrible customer service and even worse merchandise! DO NOT buy from this place!

I highly recommend NOT buying this crap! The quality of the stuff is very poor, the sizes of the items are completely random, the clothes don't look like on the pictures. The return procedures are very difficult and I couldn't return any swimsuits I ordered. I did few orders at the same time and spent over 100euros on this crap and now I think that it's better to buy one or two good quality items that will last you long than a lot of stuff that you won't wear. It is an absolute disgrace to the environment to produce this rubbish in such quantities.
