The page is excellent, has many discounts and good prices. The materials of the products are divine and are made and sewn correctly. The measures are faithful to the sizes on the page and the customer service is very good. The shipments arrive in Argentina in perfect condition.
I really do not have any complaints and I will continue to buy a lot in this store. I RECOMMEND!

I ordered a couple of very cute items for a vacation I am planning on taking. I did express shipping hoping that it would get in with enough time for my trip. The only customer service they have is asking a question on their site so I decided to ask if they thought my package would be in, in time. They wrote back saying that it might not be but I could still get a refund. I decided not as I did really like the clothes I ordered. The next week I got an email saying they CANCELLED MY ORDER! I wrote back immediately saying I did NOT want this order cancelled which is why I didn't cancel it myself. I still have heard no response and am now unsure if I even got a full refund. I STILL WANT THIS ORDER, AND WANT THEIR CANCELLING OF IT TO BE UNDONE! Don't order from this site! Although the clothes are cute and cheap I would recommend you look somewhere else!

My first order was amazing and I love everything about it. I decided to order again and it was the biggest mistake of my life. They sold me an item out of stock. Zaful is the website that doesn't tell you when items are out of stock. I contacted them and someone told me it was going to be available on july 31. They still haven't shipped my item and never told me it was out of stuck until I contacted them. I wonder what would have happened if I did not contact them. They would have probably stole my money. Their customer services is terrible. Those people are so incompetent. I love their bathing suit snd the quality is great, but they are terrible.

I ordered 6 items from zaful and overall I'm very satisfied. The quality is great for the price. Exactly like the pictures. I don't usually do internet shopping (unless there are physical stores like H&M), because you never know if it will fit and that did make me a bit nervous.

So even though I think they offer great products with great, trendy styles, I don't think I will order again.

After weeks of waiting for my package, I contact Zaful re: the status of my package.
The information they gave me about the location of my package was different than that of the tracking information provided on the website (weird). They then told me my package had been "returned to the provider" because of some undisclosed reason, and requested a second shipping payment. They, at no point, offered me a refund for my items. In fact, they refused me a full refund because "they didnt have control over their external shipping provider." After a second shipping payment, and a week without any updates as to the location of my package, I am forced to get in contact with customer service AGAIN. At this point, they tell me that my package has been destroyed. And offer me no refund for the items that I have not received.
Lovely customer service, or theft? I thought Zaful was a scam and now I am sure.

Hace poco hice mi primer pedido a Zaful y me sorprendieron gratamente varias cosas:
- Recibí el pedido muy rápidamente.
- Buena calidad de los productos, el vestido venía bien embalado en una bolsa con cierre tipo zip.
- Buen servicio postventa, ya que me comuniqué con ellos por un error que cometí al hacer el pedido y rápidamente me lo solucionaron.

I am so happy I stumbled upon Zaful. I have had very good customer service, such as reaching out to make sure I received and was happy with my purchase. They have so many trending styles and have coupons, points, and sales which make their clothing very affordable! I have already submit a second order because I am so pleased with this company.

Zaful provides the worst customer service ever. I bought a few items and none of them fit (also the quality is terrible). I called customer service within a week about the return procedure and I got told by two different agents I would receive an RMA and a prepaid return label. After waiting a week and having to call them and write to them about 7 times, I finally got told it was a mistake and I wouldn't be getting a prepaid ticket! So I have to pay around 20$ for the return shipping AND it's indicated on the website that after 7 days I will NOT get a full refund! Even though they're the ones who made me lose my time! They are unhelpful, very repetitive and the people on the phone aren't well trained and don't know what they're talking about. As for the customer service by email, they kept sending me the return instructions even though it was not answering my questions and it was giving me contradictory informations from what I repeatedly was told over the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
