En cuanto a precio y calidad excelente, la ropa es muy bonita. Tuve un problema con un pantalon pero no lei las politicas y no lo regrese en los 30 dias que tenia para cambios. De ahi en mas no tuve problemas.
La ropa ára el precio es muy buena. Mi paquete llegó aproximadamente en 3 semanas, esto me puso muy contenta, ya que en otras páginas la mercancía demora meses. Pero cuando pido express me llega en 4 dias! Increible!
Volvería a comprar en Zaful y lo recomiendo!

En cuanto a precio y calidad excelente, el suéter es súper suavecito y entre los artículos que me enviaron pedí unas gafas, pensé que iban a maltratarse con el envío pero no fue así, llegaron intactas porque las empacaron muy bien. Mi paquete llegó aproximadamente en 3 semanas, esto me puso muy contenta, ya que en otras páginas la mercancía demora meses.
Volvería a comprar en Zaful y lo recomiendo!

I first heard of Zaful a year ago on Instagram, where I saw an advertisement for bikinis. I was suprised how cheap they were and I wanted to see if they were as good as the prices were. They all arrived at the right time and the quality was really good! Also the sizes were all ok, expect one bikini was little small but it still fit me pretty good, so I don't mind it. But overall my experience with Zaful is really good till now, so I will defenitely buy from them again.

Zaful is absolutely horrible. They are cheaters and scammers. They are very disorganized and won't even ship an item you ordered. I ordered two swimsuits, and never received the second one. They kept sending me order receipts of my first one claiming I recieved it but I never did. They continued to misread my emails and never let me speak to a supervisor, leading me to believe they are a complete scam. They basically stole my money and told me to reorder the swimsuit for a higher price, as I paid for it when it was on sale. Never buy from here.

After at first being very hesitant purchasing from their website, I placed my order which did arrive to the UK quicker then expected. Once receiving my package I noticed one item was missing and so after messaging the customer services team found out this was because 'the item went out of stock after I purchased it' I was not notified of this but I waited as I was told it would be sent out as soon as it comes back In to stock.
A few days letter I finally received all of my items.
The first bikini was a little big but nothing I can't deal with ( I chose all the sizes by measuring myself and matching my measurements to my size stated on the website).
The next bikini stated it was a size Large however when trying it on I wondered if I had been sent a small by mistake as it was to small to even cover a breast. - very disappointed as all the reviews of this were pretty good.
The last bikini I had to wait to arrive separately, I checked the sewn in labels before trying and I had been sent a size Medium bottoms and a large top.

I then messaged the customer services team to let them know what had happened and It was as though I was speaking to robot. Just kept being sent an email address (which I had already emailed and heard nothing from).

After finally hearing back from the email, again the same thing happened, as though I was talking to a robot. I just kept being told the same thing over and over. I kept explaining I need the items for my holiday what exactly the problem is, they would keep replying with - keep the item, and we can offer a refund but there is nuthing they can do about the other bikini as it is the size I ordered ( yes I ordered a large but there is no way this item it a size Large).

All I would have liked for them to do is to send me my correct size and I would be happy to return the incorrect sized item and to check that the other bikini hadn't had the wrong labels sewn in and there is no way it was the measurements which I carefully followed on their website.

After this experience I would like to send all of my items back and will not be purchasing from them again.

Clothes do end up usually looking like the advertisement - just remember to read prior reviews. The order took fewer days than anticipated and everything was packaged safely. They also provide a tracker for your order. Customer service replies pretty quickly and is very professional. I would highly recommend the swimwear and the dresses! As for the tops, I received one that was see-through and thin, but I guess you can't win them all. My advice would really just be to read reviews before buying. Overall, I would recommend this site!
