My first time buying from this site, was scared at first but I got my bikinis and dresses fast and they were really cute, fair quality and like the pictures. There was one bathing suit I considered low quality and was not happy with, so I sent my review about it, they contacted me and offered me a refund or zaful credit, since I'm ordering more in the future, I stayed with the credit. They were really fast on solving this issue. I loved the designs they are really cute. Plus they have good discounts.

My first time ordering from ZAFUL I purchased a super cute bikini that I couldn't wait to own! However, I ordered a size small and realized I needed a medium. When I reached out to their customer service representative they offered to refund half the price I paid for that bikini. This was amazing considering it was a mistake on my behalf, not theirs. I ordered my bikini in the correct size and was more than pleased. I ordered it with another shirt that I thought was super cute and when it arrived, the material was of better quality than I was expecting. I live in Canada and my shipping was super cheap and quick which was a huge bonus. Let's not forget to mention the money I saved using their tokens available on their site I earned! I have bought two bikinis from ZAFUL and both of them have been the best bikinis I have ever owned.
Aside from being an affordable price range, their bikinis are made with high-quality material, are true to size, color, and compliment your body type so well if you choose your model wisely.
The shipping time is around 2-3 weeks depending on where you live, and the packaging that comes with it is so cute.
I would definitely recommend ZAFUL and can't wait to order more bikinis from them!

Zaful is the only place I will buy bathing suits from right now! I have ordered 10+ bikinis this year and they all have met my expectations and more! The sizing chart is really helpful to ensure you pick the right size for your body and the reasonable prices/ constant sales make it easy to stay on trend! Highly recommend!

Zaful has been amazing to me since the day I started shopping on this site. I have ordered everything from makeup brushes, earrings and makeup organizers to bikinis and shorts! The shipping is always great. If you ever have questions or problems the Zaful customer service is always very helpful and friendly! They were very nice and sent me another pair of shorts because I ordered the wrong size on accident and they got them to me really quick. I have nothing but great things to say about Zaful and the people that help us customers. The products are very well made and great quality! I will always continue to shop here and I will recommend this site to everyone I know!

I'm a person that doesn't really like online shopping, as you never know if they are going to fit properly. Well, that all changed when I came across ZAFUL. I'm in love with everything about this website, the material, the prices, the customer service, Z-points (which is $$ off your order), quick shipping, and always new sales. I've ordered over 10 bikinis, a few dresses, few shirts, jumpsuits, the list goes on. I had a problem with one of my merchants, but ZAFUL was quick to reach out and offered a solution within the day. Because they care about customer satisfaction I will continues shopping on ZAFUL. They made a loyal customer out of me with all they have to offer.

I made a large order on Zaful, and it arrived all at once about 10 days later. I tried on the pieces and the only item I ordered in a medium (I usually order small) was a little baggy on me. So I reached out to their customer support and the next the day they got back to me. There were three options: to have a small size of the item sent, to have the price of the item issued as a credit to my Zaful account, or to have the price of the item credited back to my card. There was no requirement to send back the original suit; they simply asked that it be donated or given to someone who could use it. I thought that was a generous and wide range of options for returns.

When I received a swimsuit, I was pleasantly surprised. Quality is top notch! There is not a single "sticking" thread, the seam is made neatly and securely. The swimsuit is odorless, has a bright, summer color. It stretches well, after bathing it does not stretch, but keeps in the same shape. The top of the swimsuit with liners on the chest, to give shape and hide the "feminine spicy beauty", and the bottom of a dense fabric, sewn on both sides. Despite the fact that China is a manufacturer, the manufacturer really cares about the quality of the goods. The swimsuit was in a separate package that can be further used for storage until the next bathing season.

You run the risk of not receiving what you thought you were ordering when shopping at any online store. However, Zaful has amazing customer service and will take actions to compensate you if this happens. Their customer service is fast and responsive. I have ordered a total of 6 swimsuits from Zaful and 2 are my favorite to wear, 1 isn't the best color but fits ok and the other 3 did not fit so I donated them and was compensated accordingly. All of my orders came in about 2 weeks. If you have the time to wait I recommend shopping from Zaful, and if they do or do not fit I recommend leaving an honest review on their site so they can address your concerns. Also read the comments on each product if they are available!

I ordered two bikinis the first time i shopped with Zaful. They arrived and were exactly as they looked on the website. However, once i'd tried them on i decided i wasn't so keen on the design anymore, so i contacted them to arrange sending the items back. I was astounded when they replied (very quickly i might add) with a personal message (not a copied and pasted text) and said that since it would cost me so much to send the items back, i was more than welcome to a full refund and i could keep the items anyway. I'm not sure if this is usual or if it is something they do to help out first time customers, but i was made up and quickly ordered another bikini... again, looks just like it does on the website. They are not the absolute highest quality clothing, but you would expect that from the prices. I was most impressed with the customer service... prompt and personal. Thanks Zaful!

I started with a bathing suit and I loved it! It wasn't exactly the greatest quality and didn't quite look like the pictures, but it worked for me. So I worked on getting more points to save some money and ended up purchasing 2 sweaters, 1 dress, 1 t-shirt, and a romper. After carefully measuring myself, I ordered the "right" sizes according to Zaful's website. The t-shirt and romper didn't fit at all. They only refunded me partially for those items because according to their refund policy I apparently ordered the wrong size even though I was measured and used THEIR measurement guide as per each item. They were quick to respond to my complaints. On top of that, the dress I ordered was shipped separately from the rest and took way longer than 7-10 business days to get to me. I left poor reviews for the romper and t-shirt, and they went back in and changed the stars that I gave each item. I don't know if they do this to make their products look better? I do love the one sweater and dress, so I'm going to give it another try, but I know to stay away from the t-shirts and rompers. Beware- their measurements listed on the site aren't exactly as they say, make sure you read the reviews of each item VERY carefully before buying something!
