I was initially very skeptical about purchasing clothing items from an online site, but I'm so glad I ended up purchasing from zaful! The clothing pieces I have ordered have been great quality and look just like the pictures. I have since made several orders on zaful and have yet to be disappointed. I can honestly say that it is one of my go to online shopping sites. I truthfully highly reccomend buying from the site if you see items you like!

First-time Zaful customer, wish I'd read the online reviews (like this one: https://morerealreviews.com/zaful-review-legit-online-fashion-store-scam) first. Their site is confusing and hard to use, and the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing.

I set up my account and confirmed my email address. I then placed my order and submitted payment via PayPal (SO glad I didn't give these guys my credit card info) and received a confirmation that my order would be shipped out. Two days later, I receive an email stating that I needed to remit payment for my item. Having received a receipt from PayPal for completion of my payment, I reached out to the company via the "Message Us" tab on their site. Someone on their end responded to my message, telling me that my items was out of stock.

I then logged into my Zaful account to see what was going on and there's an undated message there that says they need my shipping address confirmed. Note: this was never communicated to me via email. There's also nothing in my Zaful account that shows the item out of stock. I returned to Facebook Messenger, but the person I was talking to suddenly disappeared and stopped responding entirely. I then tried the "Request Refund" button... and the system says I already have a refund being processed?

I'm monitoring this very closely and if I don't receive a confirmation that my order has been canceled and a refund processed, I'll initiate a chargeback via PayPal. This is ridiculously bad communication and customer service.

I love Zaful! Love their accessories, clothes & shoes. Great prices for amazing products. Their was an issue with one of my orders that was OOS but customer service was quick to contact me to fix the issue. Shipping takes about a week or so. Customer service is very helpful & very quick to assist. I've ordered plenty of times & will continue to order. Definitely recommend Zaful! Very unique brand/business. I love using the app. Love Zaful!

Personnaly, i am not one that shops online because of my fit i really habe to be careful and make sure i get the right sizes. I often have problems in a lot of websites were their larger size is a large and that fits mostly size 6 or 8! Although Zaful has a big amount of clothings and articles in general that do not offer more than size 8, They do offer quite a large selection of various articles that are availlage in larger sizes! I liked it so much and it made me so comfortable to be able to actually buy flattering bathing suits!

I ordered a total of four bathing suits. Although it did take a few weeks to receive, my order arrived all together. I'm an xs/s in clothing, so I ordered 4 size small bathing suit sets. 3 out of 4 bikini bottoms were too big, but I could still wear the tops even though they were a bit loose. Either way, I got them on sale for an amazing deal, and I could still make use of all of the bikini tops, which fit quite well. I also ordered a really thin phone case for my iphone 8 plus since I hate bulky cases. It's perfect! It's been on my phone and doing a great job of preventing scratches to the sides and back of my phone. Would recommend to check out their sale section, and will be purchasing from them agian.

All these positive reviews are definitely written by ZAFUL themselves. I ordered a hoodie more than 2 weeks ago, and promised shipping time was 5-10 days. After checking in a few days later, the status changed to "processing" and has stayed that way for 16 days. I have contacted customer support twice now and the response was "oh, it's out of stock - we're sorry we didn't inform you sooner. Can you wait until next week?" Next week has rolled around twice, and still "processing". Unreliable company with very poor customer service.

Zaful is an amazing online retailer clothing shop perfect for shopping all the different seasons and trends. It has great quality clothes for every occasion at an even greater price. It has the latest styles for making you look instagram ready at any moment. I have ordered several times from Zaful and have always been happy with my items and have always had a positive shopping experience with them. My most recent order of two swimsuits had me ready for all of summers adventures.

Zaful is the perfect store to go to when looking for cute, affordable clothing. I recently ordered a trendy belt and it did not disappoint! The belt is good material and I can only imagine the quality of their clothes! Being on a budget should not limit your fashion, so if you are trying to save some money or just want a good deal check it out! I was asked to write this review but everything that I have mentioned is my honest, truthful opinion. Hope you love Zaful as much as I do!

I discovered the site like a year ago and then i made my first order. I liked what i received and I continued to buy from them. The clothes are true to size and most of them are ok quality for the money that are you paying. I like that there are ways to get a discount coupons to the clothes very easily and they have nice sales. Shipping is unexpectedly fast, it takes like 2-3 weeks for the orders to get to me and whenever i had a question about an order customer service was great in responding to them. Overall a good experience.

I have ordered from Zaful 3 times already and so far every time my experience has been good. All the items Zaful has to offer are super cute and their prices are pretty cheap. My first two orders were bikinis however I had some issues with sizing but each time I've contacted Zaful they've gotten back to me in a timely manner. The help they offered me was to refund me my money or ship me a different size for free which was great. My most recent order was the first time I ordered clothes from Zaful and me being oddly body shaped I had issues with the sizing I choose so I had asked to return an item or time as well as exchange one or two and they worked with me in a timely manner to do so. I definitely like Zaful and will continue ordering from here!
