I've already made two orders on zaful. I trust this site and when things did not go in the best way the solution was presented very quickly and efficiently which pleased me a lot. The products, with the exception of one, have exceeded my expectations regarding quality and price. I use the products quite frequently and so far I have no reason to complain. Shipping is not slow and so far I recommend zaful. This opinion is totally sincere and based on my experience and I will again place orders with zaful. (nickname: sbarbara098)

Delivery on time, comfortable material and a little fluffy, quality and length is very good, fit perfectly, packed beautifully. It's a good gift idea.

Everything that I ordered from Zaful was always the way I wanted it do be. The colors of clothes were always just as pictured on the site. It is very clear what you buy. The fabrics are of good quality and it's so nice to wear their clothes.

I made an order, then I saw that the delivery failed through the tracking, I contacted zaful and they just asked me to wait for one more month, when they saw that it actually failed, they gave me 2 options, either they gave me the money back but took out the delivery costs (witch I shouldnt have to pay because I got no delivery) or they could sent the package again, but I would have to pay tem more for the delivery, witch, again, I shouldn't have to pay because I had allready paid it once, I am certain it is not my fault that it didn't get to me. Overall, this gave me a lot of work, a lot of messages with them (only to get robotic responses, witch is very annoying) and on top of it, I lost my money, because even though I asked them to return the money to me, they never did.

For those of you who have problems buying stuff on Zaful, yes, there are many flaws to the site and brand itself, but if you knew how to work around them to fit your personal taste then your purchases wont be regretful. For sizing, you must always keep in mind to size up once or twice since the site's sizing is for asians. However there are some cases where the product would be true to size or bigger than expected, you should check the reviews of the products and try to look for ones with images (this helps you predict the material as well) as well as read the measurements bellow the sizing selection to roughly know how it'd fit you. Personally, I only buy products with at least more than 2 reviews to make sure it isn't a scam haha! Customer service is very interactive and responsive. Keep in mind this is a China based company, so they'll take longer to reply and ship naturally.

I have ordered from zaful about three times now. My experience could not be better honestly. I only ordered bathing suits and bikinis and I can say that even though the prices are very low the quality is excellent and the designs are very trendy. The only con I could find is that sizes are smaller than normal, so you probably have to size up in the majority of clothes: for example I usually wear a small but in zaful I always order a medium and it fits like a glove. I live in Spain and it takes aproximately 14 days to arrive, which I think is quite quick since it comes from china. Overall, very trusty website with awesome clothes, good customer service and pretty decent shipping.

I ordered a bikini from Zaful a few weeks ago and at first I thought it was a bit skeptical but it came in 3 weeks (a bit late than I expected) in the best quality! The tracking was a bit annoying at times but I found out what the problem was through their excellent customer service. Their products are also decently priced also allowing users to use z points for discounts off their order as well, which is what I did for that extra discount! I don't know what other people have been saying but my experience was pleasant.

I've had an amazing and seamless experience with Zaful. I've had no problems at all, I had received my orders pretty quick, in almost a week or two and the quality was amazing. I always order from Zaful because they have a wide range of products which are pretty inexpensive & aesthetic. I've never had a problem thus far.The quality is great and the clothing that I've ordered has been perfect, I had received many compliments on it. The customer service is also great, they answer all my queries pretty quickly.
