I usually am sceptical about online shopping but Zaful and their customer service has never disappointed me. Even with wrong sizes they refund. I order bikinis only and they are good for the price. Its worth the wait but make sure to read the reviews to know if it runs small/large
I have used Zaful for some time now and I love it so much! It's very affordable which helps a ton since I'm a college student. If you also subscribe to their emailing list, Zaful will send you more sales and new items on stock and keep you in the loop. It's also very convenient and easy to order items. I have never encountered a problem with any of the things I've ordered, which is awesome.
Zaful honestly is a great site for clothing! I have ordered an endless amount of swimsuits from here and they always come in perfectly! Being able to choose from so many styles really caters to everyone's interest, and the shipping is fast too! Customer service on zaful is amazing and you will always have a response within 24 hours or less!

I accidentally have found their page on Facebook, and since than I'm a regular and very satisfied customer. With enormous choice of clothes and every kind of fashion accessories, and very fast shipping delivery Zaful is something that will guarantee you quality and sophisticated look for sure.
Very fast delivery, I don't think that I have waited more than 2 weeks. The jacket it is exactly like the one in the photo and it is very cute, warm, the quality is good and it is very easy to match with my outfits. I use it all the time and I 100% recommend it, it's is a 5* product.

I've ordered from Zaful many times and have had many things come that I love and some things come that I don't love (as with any online shopping experience. That said, their customer service is really good if you have an issue and their sizing has been adjusted to reflect north American sizing which is great. My last time ordering I actually loved every thing that arrived!
I had a great experience with Zaful! The suit was a great material, really adjustable, and super cute pink colour. The bottoms were pretty full coverage. Shipping was good considering it's international (about two weeks), but I wasn't in a rush so it worked fine for me! I had never ordered online before but it was a great experience and the customer service seemed really helpful. Definitely my new go-to for cheap swimsuits.
I had a really great experience ordering from Zaful its easy to use the website and the mobile app to choose products and order them also tracking the items, the shipment is really fast and i received the order in a great time i liked it, good quality items.

I ordered from this site over a month ago. I figured it was just one of those companies that have a longer shipping time, so I waited patiently for my order to arrive- it never did. I sent the company an email, requesting an update, and to my surprise they advised me that my order was sent back to the shipper, and the only way to be united with my order would be to pay an additional $10 USD (which I find to be quite ridiculous, considering the original shipping cost was $4.99 USD. They were provided with my phone number and address, and there's no proof that any attempt to contact me was made. I requested a refund, and they stated that my only option was to pay the $10 to have it delivered. After going back and fourth for a few days, the only solution they came up with was to give me a partial credit of $5 USD. How does one get a partial credit for an item that they never received? And why not just pay the shipper the $10 if you're willing to give me $5 USD? At least I'd have my order, possibly like the swimsuit, and order again because the issue was rectiied... but no... This company prides itself on its customer service, stating their customers are their top priority, but their actions demonstrate the exact opposite. Long story short, don't bother ordering with them... unless you have money to throw away. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The gypsy moon necklace i ordered is just like the pictures and looks great. It has clipped open a couple of times, so i had to be careful not to lose it but other than that it's perfect.
I was so impressed with how quickly my order got here first of all and how well everything fit/looked.
I order a lot of items but everything was exactly the right size and nothing got missed!
I have bought two times in Zaful and every time a had a doubt they asnwered it as fast as they could. Their customer service is really kind and they worry about their clients experience. I am going to continue buying my clothes from Zaful.
I had a great experience with ZAFUL! All of the items I ordered came to me on time and are super cute. The shipping does take a long time (almost a month for me). The quality of the clothes aren't the best but they're great for what you pay for. I'm definitely going to be buying from them in the future.
I love Zaful's bikinis, every year I get a new one specifically for a certain party ever year, and they're just perfect! I got the teddy coat as well and wore it everyday this winter! They take about 2 weeks to get here, but worth it!
BE AWARE of this store.
I order 10 swim suit and I only received one, I contacted customer service and they said the they did send it, to check with my mail carrier. I contacted the mail carrier and my items were destroy. I contacted ZAFUL through e-mail and they told me the they apologize but they cant do anything. I have put a complaint with the payment card and is under investigation. Be care full when ordering from this store. They don't care about resolving customer issues.

I used to be very scared of ordering clothes on websites because you never really know what kind of quality you're going to receive, but zaful honestly exceeded my expectations. The items I ordered arrived pretty quickly, and the material was better than I expected for the low price I paid. I also appreciate the fact that you get points when you order, which gets you a discount on the next order. I ended up saving at least 6$ on my order. I would definitely recommend the site, just make sure you check the reviews!
Shipping of the products was fast, and packaging was good. Product also looks like the online product. However, the fabric of items such as a 'fluffy' jacket were unexpected. The jacket was much more itchy and not at all soft than expected. Fit of swimwear was also off. Overall, would recommend buying shirts, but not items such as jackets or swimwear.
I ordered a set of makeup brushes and 4 pairs of earrings from Zaful and I am so happy with what I recieved! The brushes were soft and really good quality and just how they looked in the photo! They were also at such a reasonable price even with shipping included. I also loved the earrings, again just as pictured, and all arrived in perfect condition! The shipping was slow but I chose standard and it arrived within the suggested period of time. That said, the tracking was a little difficult to use and wasn't always updated. Overall I am really satisfied and will definitely use Zaful again!
Firstly, this is a very genuine and truthful review, and I just want to say that I was a bit skeptical making my first order on Zaful, however, I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I ordered a two piece set as well as a brown, lace-up top. The two piece exceeded my expectationsit was so cute and fit great. It was also a thicker and more comfortable fabric than I was expecting. However, my brown top had a hole in the armpit area. I thought I had heard complaints about people trying to return things on Zaful, but I decided to try anyway. I was so pleased with the customer service and that is the biggest reason why I am doing this review. Within 24 hours, they had asked how I would like to return my item, and I chose to receive store credit. On top of that, I did not have to go through the hassle of mailing it back; I got to keep it. All in all, Zaful is an amazing company and I will most definitley be ordering more from their site. So give it a chance, and I'm sure you won't regret it!
