At first I was skeptical to buy my clothes online for such an affordable price, but I am not totally let down with what I have gotten. I have made 3 separate orders from Zaful and it is truly a hit or miss experience. For example, one of my items was never shipped so I had to either accept store credit or a refund back to my account. Similarly, it took one of my items over a month to ship out and at that point I did not want it but their return policy almost accepts nothing back. I also have to point out they run VERY small so I am always careful about what I purchase and do thorough research with reviews and looking at pictures of what other people have gotten. However, I have gotten some items that have become my FAVORITE pieces of clothing. Overall, for the price you are paying it is not that bad of an experience if you are willing to take the time in researching the clothing you want.

I love Zaful so much - their products are stunning and of really good quality. Their services are amazing, especially in app. I love that they throw coupons at you and always have the greatest specials! It's also really unique and great that you can earn Z-points by just checking in on the app everyday and use those points for further discount. Their shipping is fantastic and SUPER detailed! You know exactly where your parcel is at every point in time. They deliver to your door which is my absolute fav!
I'm so happy with all my purchases - jewelery, underwear, swimsuits, and jumpsuit. All fits fantastically and their sizes are on point. Definately recommend Zaful if you want a reliable online store. They also do Pay Pal which is great cuz I don't feel comfortable giving out my card details to anyone

I ordered two swimsuits, a beach coverup and a t-shirt from zaful. I originally was a little worried about the sizing because I've had sizing issues with things coming from Asian websites in the past. I ordered a medium in everything (I'm normally between a small or medium) and it all fit perfectly! The bathing suits were super cute, exactly like the pictures. The quality of everything felt the same as something I would buy at H&M or Forever21 for double the price. The only downside was the shipping time, but the long wait was understandable considering it was coming from quite far away. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

I have ordered from zaful several times and have been satisfied every time! The prices are awesome which makes you a little nervous when ordering but they have a section just for reviews and even submitted photos of other people wearing the item your looking at. I've ordered several bikinis this month for my birthday trip and was super happy with all of them. The two outfits I ordered that didn't fit as well, zaful happily took back and gave me store credit to buy more awesome bikinis! As well as they have a great points system where I can earn points that turn to dollars towards future orders! All in all very happy with Zaful!

When you order something online sometimes it can be scary to not know what you're going to get. Thus far the sizes have been true to size. I did accidentally order the wrong size in one thing and the policy say you have to pay shipping to exchange it, so make sure you ordered the right size. Also the message board when you have questions or need help is very difficult to use, I'd rather talk to someone face to face but you will eventually get what you need taken care of. Overall, they're a great website and I've already ordered my third order. They have a wide variety, and the bikinis are made of really good material.

I have had the most amazing experience with Zaful. I always recieve my orders fast and problem free. Whenever I have had to contact the support team for some help they have responded within 24 hours or less. The bathing suits I have bought fit perfectly and they look exactly like they do on the website. I only buy bathing suits on Zaful and do it every spring season!

It doesnt even deserve a 1 star. Ive had horrible experience i ordered my 2 swim suits over a month ago still havent gotten them i leave for vacation this week and no swim suits. I contacted them all they can tell me is my one swim suit wasnt in stock that it will be in stock on (march 29th) i emailed them and its still not in stock. Why lie to a customer? All they can tell me is to cancel the order give my money back or exchange something in stock. No i got the suits i wanted and im not gonna pay extra for a different suit they should cover or refund me due to horrible customer satisfaction and OVER a month wait. Ill never order from this company again ive been dealing with "voice automated " email system for over 2 weeks now about my order.

At first, I wasn't really sure that I'd like Zaful, but I was pleasantly surprised! Their clothes are very cute and affordable, and the products look exactly like the pictures. The shipping was very quick, I received my items in exactly one week under standard shipping. I purchased a teddy coat, star necklace, and a windbreaker. The items were all of good quality (for the price) and I love how they look in outfits. Definitely recommend Zaful for other shoppers!

I bought several bathing suits for a vacation and one 2 piece clothes set for vacation on Zaful. The swimsuits were really inexpensive, and looked as they did in the pictures. A lot of the bottoms run a little small, and the material of the suits feels cheap, but they definitely served their purpose. The separates set I bought was cute, but the bottoms were very small and didn't fit. The items came in two different shipments, which is fine, and they arrived relatively quickly. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and think I got what I paid for.

I order most of my swimwear from Zaful because of the value. I love the materials, styles and patterns. Their vast options are so so cute! The sizing can be a little iffy, but it's usually worth it if even just the top or the bottom will work for me because of the low prices. The bottoms are definitely cheeky, so if you're not into that sort of thing then Zaful might not be for you, but I say - if you got it, flaunt it! I would suggest to size up on most occasions. It's a learning curve, but once you find what works for you, it's great! This was my real experience with this company.
