I have been ordering on Zaful for a long time, and I have never had any complaints about bad support or quality of goods.

The support team do an excellent job and solve appeals. I often contact support directly on Facebook. There were even moments when it was necessary to change the newly purchased item, and the support managed excellent with such questions!

All products are high quality (excluding sticking threads out of clothes) and worth the money, in this Zaful is honest. Several times there were problems with quality, and they were always promptly resolved by support.

Delivery is very fast, as they ship via DHL, on average 2 weeks. Very happy with Zaful and recommend it to everyone. I don't think the assessment on this site is true, because problems with orders never occurred

I order a few things including a bikini and two dresses. One dress was for me and the other dress was for my friend. My bikini was beautiful but I have too much in the rear to feel comfortable in it, so I am going to wear a cover up. My dress was very comfortable and fit perfectly. My friend says "It fits well, true to size, soft, comfy material". All of the items were exactly like the pictures and the measurements were perfect.

All pieces I ordered from Zaful was just great! All of them was fitting perfect (usually I went size up) and material was great, very comfortable. I was happy about fast delivery, although items was coming on more packages it was everything all right! Very very high quality of swimwear! Nice packed in closable packages, which is possible to use again! Servise is also great and I would definitely recommend this page and I cant wait for next order by Zaful!

For my first order with Zaful I ordered 2 bikinis. Both of which are of great quality. Instantly fell in love with them. One of the bottoms didnt fit right but that's ok it's a minor problem at least for me. The material didn't feel cheap and wasnt see through. Arrived in about 2 weeks. Which is good timing since I live in Puerto Rico. Also had excellent customer service when I had questions about my order. They were very kind to getting any issue sorted out as soon as possible.

I placed an order for a bathing suit. After not receiving a tracking number I followed up 5 days later to be informed that my order was not in stock (this did not show on time of order.)

The resolution offered was to wait for it to come in, weeks later or to pick another one and I would pay the difference. I picked one that was 3 dollars more and agreed. My only request was that they change the shipping time to get it out faster because by the time they provided all the information I'd need to do this we were 10 days behind.

They would not.

Still I tried to order. They did not offer the option for me to pay with my credit card (like I had with my original order) and wanted me to create a paypal account.

That seems incredibly fishy to me.

After 15 days of going back and forth I've finally decided it will not arrive when I need it and I will cancel my order. They only offered me store credit.

I would absolutely never ever ever order from this store again. Please take this as me learning the lesson for you.

Awful customer service and even worse of an ordering process.

I've only ordered bikini's from zaful, and over all I have been happy. When buying you really have to look at the reviews and pictures to see how it fits and if it's actually good. If an item doesn't have a lot of pictures and reviews I won't buy it. I bought one thing that had no picture reviews, and the item was so bad, didn't look like the picture at all. I also really wish you could order different sizes for tops and bottoms though, that part is really annoying. I live in Australia and the shipping takes about 4-6 weeks. As long as the item has heaps of reviews/pictures I'll buy it. This is my personal experience.

Zaful has and always will be my go-to website for clothes and bathing suites. I have bought 9 swimsuits and every single swimsuit has come on time and is ALWAYS exactly what I expected. I have never bought a swimsuit from another company because Zaful always has the cutest and the most trendy swimsuits for such a cheap price. I really wanted to review this website because I really want people to experience these swimsuits for themselves. I would honestly give them a 10/10 for everything they offer. They even answer emails very fast, I have never experienced this from another company before.

I ordered one item for my daughter and it was shipped to me without a house number for some reason. They returned it to sender, it was lost, and that's where the automated messages began. I had to wait two months, per their policy, to see if it arrived. Then I'd get an automated message asking for my information, which they already had, and saying that I need to wait up to 20 business days for a response. The response was to ask for my info again and be asked to wait another 10-20 days. This went on forever and I was never able to get a personalized response. My order was on January 13th, and finally, on April 4th I was able to get my money back from my credit card company (the first time I called them, now that's customer service). They said they wouldn't bother contacting this company because I was clearly getting the run around. All this and I even bought insurance, which obviously did nothing. I understand people like the stuff when they get it, but beware if you don't get your order.

Zaful is one of the best if not only THE BEST cheap online clothing you could find. I highly recommend if you're on a budget and want something for a special night. Sometimes one time use/ forever use. So far everything I have bought i am extremely satisfied with. Always make sure to look at the pictures in the reviews to double check if you like the product and what sizes people your size usually get. The materials are long lasting and very fitting. All of my bathing suits I have gotten from here have lasted longer than my designer swimsuits. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS TO EVERYONE.

I love my first experience with Zaful! At first they sent my order separately because they didn't have the size I wanted, but after sending them a message they were very thoughtful and send the other bikini very quickly and it arrived in the same week the rest of order did! I order them on January 16 and it arrived on February 11, super fast! It has an amazing material and are double lined, which is great! They are true to size and very well made! I am really happy with my new bikinis!
