I have ordered from here twice. Each time it has taken me contacting to get merchandise. Please beware. This tracking provided is useless I was offered a 30% for merchandise shipped October 20th (on 12/5) so I will need to contact my bank. While I understand there are issues. I still should be able to track merchandise. It is not worth the trouble.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a jacket 40 days ago that has never arrived. Customer service has no idea where the package is and says they cant gibe me a refund and I need to be patient. The worst experience ever with a company. Stay away you are just giving them your money.
If I could I would give minus stars. Very bad from everything. The package takes ages to arrive and then if you are not there to take it or pick it up it gets destroyed. Normally in every other shop it is being send to warehouse back. Here you need to pay the whole amount without even getting informed about that in advance. Worst experience ever. Dont order from there!
I ordered a €42 worth of goods from this site and waited 2 weeks for the order to be dispatched. After some time, the site sent me an email saying that they don't deliver to my country and without my consent sent me a "refund" in the form of points that I can use for cheaper future orders. This is not only incredibly rude but the site stole my money since I 1. Can't order anything to my country and 2. They sent only $20 worth of points which is more than 50% less than my order. Pure scam, stay away.
Extremely disappointed in this swim wear line and the service provided. My package has been lost for over 3 months and the customer service representatives continue to give me the run around on it not yet being returned to the packing distributors. I continually had to contact them and continually have kindly asked for a refund for bought products that I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED to which they reply "thanks for your patience". I am extremely frustrated with this company and will not be ordering ANYTHING from them further and will be letting friends and family know the service received as well.

I placed and order over 6 weeks ago and they provided me with a FAKE tracking number that does not exist! I called Canada post and they confirmed this tracking number is FAKE!
I have been dealing with zaful over live chat and email and nothing has been resolved and all I am asking for is my REFUND!

I was a first time buyer of Zaful and I ordered some swimwear for my birthday trip. I ordered on May 25th. It is now June 26th and I still dont have my order. They said they put in a claim with the shipper. I called and spoke with the shipper, the vendor (Zaful) never filed a claim. I spent over 300 dollars and now I dont have my items or my money back. They are very slow to respond and they arent giving me any answers. I will be filing a claim with my credit card if I do not get a resolution. This was an awful experience and Im never buying from them again.

It is not enough that the clothes are of poor quality, they do not even try to return the money for undelivered goods. I spoke to the customer service center 3 times and each time only empty promises that the money will be returned to my original payment method. First time they told they will refund within 48 hours, second and third time that I will get contacted within 24 hours. Last time even took screenshots. In general, why wasn't my money returned immediately without receiving the goods, but credited to their account? It all makes no sense. Thieves! Thats it!

I brought these 3 dresses that I thought would be cute. So, I've ordered them and they showed up to my house in 2 weeks. But I didn't like them. 1. They were too small even though I'm 112 pounds. Basically if you are buying from this company be prepared to receive poor quality clothes and awful customer service. You will not get a refund if clothes don't fit you are basically stuck with them. My advice is to satay away from them they literally have just robbed me. Whoever is writing good reviews is probably hired by them. Honestly most other sites have warned against this company. They're a scam.

I am finally getting around to writing this review months later. The designs on the pants are pretty cool, however, the material is quite cheap (compared to the high price), and it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which was very unfortunate. As soon as I got my package, I decided to wear one of the pants, and a hole immediately starting forming on the crotch area, and then around the area on another spot, it just tore a lot when I sat a certain way. Months later, my mother fixed it for me once she had the time, and as soon as I tried them on, I barely stretched a little bit, and the fabric tore a lot at a different spot. I wish I had contacted Zaful earlier to get my money back, however, according to other reviews, it seems that getting refunds are impossible, and they will just simply reply to me with a generic answer. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered, because if I did, I would never have ordered from them. I still occassionally wear their undersized pants, but I am always scared that it's going to rip. Overall, your money is best spent somewhere else.

WORST COMPANY EVER! DON'T SHOP HERE. Total scam. Purchased $100 worth of bathing suits. Never received my shipment. They claim there was a problem with my shipping address there for I get NO REFUND. While I do love finding trendy pieces for a bargain, I would probably not shop at Zaful again. Zaful has a wide range of clothing, though most of it is in the style of whatever is trendy, and it's in some ways very similar to H&M but all online.
The clothes I got are of so-and-so quality. All of them looked the same as in photos, but some of them were made of cheaper material than I'd expect, for some of the prices I paid especially. Don't expect Zara quality here.
Overall, I didn't have an unpleasant shopping experience, but there also wasn't a "wow" factor for me that would make me want to shop there again.

I wish I could give it zero stars. They scam you out of your money, then want to get you for more money. They claim the item couldn't be delivered, then for a small fee with a deadline they can re-deliver. Then if you don't do it with those few days, they claim your item will be destroyed. Took me a lot of hassle and time to be allowed to refund some clothes to Spain at my own expenses. It took weeks to get the confirmation, that I got a refund, now I saw that they deducted the refund amount from my credit card instead of paying it back. The whole hassle starts all over again, they are now asking me to proof, with an official bank certificate, that they deducted the money from my account, OMG. I have made an order on the 10. 01. 21 and until this day (21. 02. 21) I have not received one single item.
I have contacted the team FOUR times now in total and yesterday they have sent me an email saying they are not shipping my order anymore or refunding my money in any kind of way. I HAVE SPENT FIFTY EUROS ON MY PURCHASE AND HAVE EVEN HAD CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE 2. 2. 21 and even then, they say I am the one that sent the wrong address, when their team, after making me for the third time send THE SAME EXACT ADDRESS, didn't proceed with the order. It can not be that a person sends the same address three times and they reply to you every time asking for you to send the address again because apparently ''it doesnt exist'' that is just ridiculous.
I order many products online in a regular basis and this was so far the worst company I have seen when it comes to customer satisfaction and deliveries. Getting their customers to pay for products that they will never receive and keeping the money for themselves. This is a very unprofessional and unbelievably cheeky way of making money.
Perhaps then should consider using another way of contacting the customers other than these ''tickets'' since everything and every time i have been submitting these or contacting the team, NO ONE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. I an extremely unhappy customer and the last thing I needed was to be 50 euros down, basically robbed by a company online that doesnt even allow me to talk to a person who is willing to keep its customers satisfied.

I think i will always going to shop from zaful, they have the best prices, cutest clothes (CUTEST BIKINIS), so many accesories, its really amazing, and aside they have the best customer service ever, i love them!
Every single item I have purchased from this company has been listed as adult men's sizes but they are all way too short! I bought the clothes for my 16 year old son who is very proportional. He usually wears a mens large which is what I ordered from Zaful. The sizing is wrong! I can't even waer the shirts because they are too short on me and I'm only 5ft tall! Do not buy men's clothing from this company!
