I love shopping on zaful. The itens are true to the size, fits really well and they are exactly like the pictures. The itens came really fast and I hadn't any problem with my order.
Not sure why everyone gives this place 1 stars when they have some of the most affordable prices ever. Its legit, inexpensive and the clothes are cute. I do not expect a Gucci shirt to be the same price as this -- you get what you pay for. And what you pay for lasts some time, depending on the product! I have personally found some awesome products that have lasted a long time! Lots of discounts and options. Always new stuff coming in! Havent had any issues with shipping. Only thing is sometimes sizes run large. Otherwise, great place to put together a good look for an inexpensive cost!
I beg of anyone who considers to shop here... GO ELSEWHERE. You will regret it and will wish you listened to me.

I orderd 3 months ago, the package never arrived to me. After I called my local post office, customs and all involved in the process I reach out to Zaful. I reach out several times for the real answer, but I never got one! Then I send a ticket and the same story all over again! They said I need to wait for my package (no matter how long it took) and only then send the package back to get my money back! Haha! You are responsible for your shipment until the buyer recives it!

I ordered over $150 worth of product. It has been six months of not receiving my order and customer service will not issue a refund. They offered me $20 as compensation and will not take responsibility. What a joke. Scam.

This is the worst experience I have had with ordering online in my life! I ordered in March two bikinis, the address was somehow wrong. I've been in contact with the Zaful customer service since, I have paid a reshipping fee, it is now end of August and I still have no news and no bikinis. I was also said that I couldn't get a refund! I would not recommend this at all!

Zaful is good, legit and cheap. Both website and app are intuitive to navigate around and you get app exclusive discount codes. On products, some of the products are of good quality while being cheap. But I think it's a hit or miss thing as sometimes the quality is not what I expected. Delivery can possibly be better as I have received orders after over a week. But overall it's good for the price!
I was pleasantly surprised by my order from Zaful: three bikinis, all as colourful and stylish as the photos on the website. True to size as well as true to quality, the material does not lose its stretch nor its colour after various washes. One thing however, is that the seams on the bottoms of one of the pairs has come undone, but it was easy to fix and other than that are rather sturdy. The delivery was, though not early, punctual, arriving within the specified days shipping was stated to take.
I love the clothes from Zaful! I am so glad I found them everything has been spot on, fits wonderfully, styles are trendy and great prices. At first I was skeptical because it's international but my order was here within a week and when I pulled out the clothes and tried them on I was skeptical no more. I'll be back to buy more for sure!
I had ordered before and it was good then I put a second order in and have an account with my info in it from my first order, yet they sent my 350.00 order to the wrong state. I sent an email letting them know and they sent it out again to wrong state. I even checked the address on file and it was correct. So we did this a 3rd time and again wrong state. Then they told me it is my own fault then they said my order was full filed and my ticket was closed so I kept filing tickets and 5 months later I do t have a refund or my items. Worst experience ever. I tried to give this 0 stars but won't let me then I tried to give this 1 star and it won't let me. It only lets me give 2 or more but they don't deserve that

Zaful is amazing, its a great option to shop online, the clothing is exactly like the pictures, the sizing is accurate, everything fitted me perfect, it has really good prices, and the clothing material is high quality, I purchased twice and plan to keep shopping at Zaful, the shipping was so fast and they have sales all of the time so you can buy trendy and affordable clothing, my clothing from zaful its my favorite, I definitely recommend buying here, its worth it!
Right before the pandemic started I placed a large order with Zaful that included many bathing suits as well as some apparel. I ordered stuff for myself and some friends and we were all very happy with the quality of our purchases. It did take a bit longer to arrive but this was to be expected with the current pandemic, so I wasn't too upset about this. I highly recommend this site if you're looking for trendy and cute clothes, especially swimwear!
I absolutely love this site! All the clothes I've ordered have arrived as described and shown in pictures on the site and the sizing has been spot on and fit me every time. They are made of a very comfortable material which is very flattering. Each delivery is dispatched and received very quickly with each item in it's own individual bag to stop creasing in transit. I am very happy with all my purchases and will continue to shop at Zaful.

All 4 bikinis were pretty cute. The bikinis were all super cheap and the fabric is pretty good considering the sale price. Definitely get your value for your money. The reason I did not give 5 star is because I wish Zaful.com let you mix and Mitch sizes in terms of bikini bottoms and bikini tops. That would make it way easier for someone like me with really small top and big bottom. Anyways, Overall pretty good though and I wear them a lot. Perfect summer bikinis!
I had a good experience with them, the clothes are of good quality and the customer service too.
However, the only problem I had is that when the order arrived, it was held in customs and I had to pay an exaggerated amount to be able to release the package.
I have ordered some bikinis from Zaful and they are amazing. They are so lovely and they fit perfectly. The material has very high quality and they arrived very quickly. I absolutely recommend it!
