Zaful is a scam site
They take payment then the item never arrives and they reply apologizing all the time saying its on its way and they want to fix the matter but they just try to shut u up. They WONT refund as the item is forver 'on it's way' they say they are american but are in china. There is a page on fb zaful scamming to try get them shut down. They will probably comment on this too saying sorry yet again and pretend they are trying to fix the matter... again. 3 months after order that was supposed to take 7 to 10 days.

I ordered a simple denim skirt for total of 24.45, paid thru Paypal. I tried to check on where my order was after 1 month and then 2 months. Couldn't reach them on their "support page". They told me I had wrong order number. That was a lie, because it was the same order number on my paypal acct. That paid them. Tried 3 or 4 times. Asked where my order was, no answers even by email but each time they said they'd contact next day. This is scam operation for sure. Don't ever buy from them and go through this aggravation and money loss!

I left a review of Zaful regarding being unable to contact them through any means whatsoever on their website. They replied on this site to my review. I asked for them to contact ME via my email, as I certainly couldn't contact them. To date, not a word and I am still unable to log on to my account with them, which is what I have to do if I wish to make a complaint or find out my order number. Please save yourself money and time and don't buy from this site. Absolutely dreadful service, and very low grade quality clothing. Not to be trusted. As far as I am concerned ZAFUL, don't try and make yourself look good by replying to this review because as far as I am concerned it is all bulldust, and that's being polite. I shall let every man and his dog I know, via any media methods, not to do business with you.

I've ordered three times with Zaful. Each time my orders came in less than 2 weeks. The third is yet to come as I only ordered it a few days ago. But I loved my dresses so much I ordered the same thing in another color. The dresses were exactly as the pictured item. I love the soft breezy material of the dresses, which is perfect for the Texas heat. I will most definitely keep shopping at Zaful. The prices are great!
I'm so disappointed with Zaful. I ordered items 3 times and each time my order gets cancelled. I paid using credit cards and they cancelled it, so I spoke to a customer rep and based on his comments, I ordered again using paypal and again my order is cancelled. I don't understand how others are ordering from this website. Definitely not going to do wire transfer or Western union. So looks like I will never order from this website again. So disappointed.

Hi we ordered two dresses it took so long for us to get the delivery at first we really thought its a fake website but fine we did receive the order its ok if its little late but they haven't charged for shipping so fine... But delivery should be more quicker...
My teenage daughter order from this site using my card but that's another story. Three separate packages the first I new of them when I was ask to hand over payment at the door 1st payment £19, then 17 and finally £16 and this was just duty. No authorision was sought and the guts of £450 was extracted from our account. A dress, a coat, a jumper, 2 spit throw sleeveless top and 2 identical long sleeve tops. Finally a pair of books made I kid you not from reinforced cardboard! Plus the smell of cheap petroleum stinks the room out. I weighted the items and collectively the weigh just under 5kilo ie two bags of sugar so that should tell you the quality of items. I cannot thing of a uk high street shop that would sell such tact and pam them of as clothes, and I am a budget shopper. I nearly had a stroke! Avoid AVOID AVOID oh and one more thing AVOID!

On Sept 15,2015 I ordered 2 dresses. To date I have nothing and have received no explanation. I paid through Pay Pal and have filed a dispute with them. If there is no action by Zaful (also known as "Better") I understand I must file a "Claim" with Pay Pal within two weeks. Pay Pal should NOT do business with this corrupt "company." Now I understand what "ZAFUL" means - 's awful. LIke everyone else here, I reiterate - do NOT do business with this company. I would have given them 0 stars if it were possible.

These people are full on scammers. I wish I read the reviews. I am so angry. I've been waiting for my clothes for a month. They were delivered "to the wrong address and returned to the sender" NONE of their services work- you can't get in contact with anyone. I am 16 and used my own money That I worked for to buy my winter wardrobe. Not only did they STEAL my money they actually ILLEGALLY EXTRACTED money from my mothers credit card. NEVER BUY FROM HERE and advise everyone you know to do the same. $#*! this store

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a dress from Zaful. I mean I know the price was ridiculously low but I thought I would give it a shot. Took almost 3 months to get the worst piece of clothing I have ever laid my eyes on!

Ordered a dress for $34, funds were taken out of my acct the same day I place an order, up to now 10 weeks from the time they took my money, my order has not arrived, the only thing i got from them is the picture of the parcel with my name on it, real scammers, i am not sure why they can get away from this? Purchased a top from them in August. It hasn't arrived, Sent them a message through their website and they sent me a photo of a parcel with my name and address on the label. Now why would you do that? They probably use the same parcel and change the label each time. Do not buy anything from them they are scammers. Will not be buying from China again. Been burnt twice now. Serves you right China! Goodbye.

Bad customer service. After 5 weeks still no delivery and they are useless. Have requested a refund several times and they don't even address it simply ask dme to have patience. I have reported them to the Office of Fair Trading and hopefully get my money back through PayPal thriugh their investigation. DON't ORDER FROM THEM, save yourself the hassle!

They are a mess. They rip photography from free people and other major sites then try and copy the clothes and when you receive them they looks like an 8 year old made them with the cheapest material ever. The pictures look good, but the quality is very poor. Also, when contacting them via email they won't respond back. I want my money back.
