This is the worse company ever. I usually don't order from new sites without checking the reviews but I didn't follow my instinct and I have been scammed. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is and ZAFUL is that company. My order was $98 and that was taken from my account with 5 minutes and I can't even get a response back on how to ship this very poor quality made crap back to China. I called the number listed and it's a magic jack number with a full mail box. And all the live chat operators is busy assisting other customers and then it times you out and you can't chat with anyone. I don't see how they are still in business scamming people they need to be shut down. To anyone that may read my review don't order from ZAFUL they take your money and don't deliver. MAD AS H*LL

Stressed out!
November 7, 2015

I ordered two dresses on November 1st and paid the extra money for expedited shipping. I received an email on the third of November saying that the order shipped and was coming from Singapore. I notice that the tracking information has not been updated, today is the 6th of November so I call DHL to get an update; I find out a shipping form was created but they have not received a package from Zaful. I need the dresses by Friday, as in I have an even to wear it to Friday. I'm hoping it is here in time, but by the looks for it they won't be. I'm very upset. Whether the dresses come in time or not I won't be ordering from Zaful again, it's too stressful the waiting and hoping that my dresses come intone. Especially after I paid for it to get to me within 5-7 business days. Smh. And Zafulnif you're reading this if I don't get my dresses in time Ima need a refund including the extra shipping I paid since I didn't get what I paid for. And I used PayPal which isn't a scam so we will see.

U************** HERE IS MY ORDER NUMBER!
I regretted so much for not reading reviews before i bought anything from this website. Everything is of poor quality, wrong fit. Most of them are things that I would buy with $10 in chinese currency rather than USD! Very cheap clothes with poor quality. Some of them don't event look like that ones that I saw on the website (totally different color, material, and style). I tried to call for refund but no one ever picked up. There's no voicemail that I can leave a message. When I tried to upload pictures for the clothes, there's no space that I could add files. 100% this is a scam. DON'T buy from this website!

They are giving shopping online a bad name, ordered 3 items, got 1 it's very shabby probably won't even see the other 2. How can we fight this? They have about 5 companies with all the same stuff, they all need to go down, i'm sure it's sweat shops

After 3 months, I received the 2 knock off items I ordered off of zaful. The quality is terrible, the dress is see-through LOL. Although they came through after I complained and posted negative reviews, I still would not recommend. Not worth the headache or the money.

They first misplaced my package, then when I checked on the status of my package, they told me to: "kindly contact or go to local post office in charge of your area to check your order?"

They do not take responsibility for any of their actions. Then they proceeded to insist that I: "kindly ask you to share 80% of the product cost.It is $9.90."

"Kindly?" - you guys are a bunch of $#*!s.

After I spent 30 dollars on two items including shipping, they suggest that I pay for their mistakes? This is the most pathetic excuse for a company I have ever seen. This is the biggest joke ever. They deserve less than one star.

In addition, after they lost the first item, i asked what would happen if the second item was lost and I got the same response: As for the item of *******, if you cannot receive it by 14th Nov, you are free to contact us.We can also resend you and you pay for 80% product value.

Also, mind you, I have never in my life written a negative review for a company before. That is how frustrated I am right now. I understand that things happen, but this is infuriating. They simply took my money and laughed in my face.

WHAT A JOKE. Zaful, you are pathetic.

I knew I was taking a chance luckily I spent under 20$. I wanted the dress before Halloween ordered on Oct 6 received on Nov 5. It looks like a student made it in home ec class. I wear a size L got an XL cuz from a diff country think china? I will be using this dress as rags!

Don't waste your time and hard earned money. Will never purchase from this company again. They have now blocked me on their Instagram as I was commenting on their photos warning others. Don't do it! You don't need the stress and trouble that comes with these people! Nothing but a money stealing scam.

This website is absolutely appalling. Firstly I order over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my other two items to arrive and I haven't got much hope in them. The material is very poor and the stitching is very bad there are pulls where is has bunched up. Not only this but the returns policy is shameful, you have to send a picture or a video to them and they review your case. Most places send a returns form with the clothes and allow you to return them if you don't like it when it turns up. It has the worst service ever! Never order from this website!

Even if you have a question, must be so do many others because you can't get a live person to chat with. I have tried for over a week and haven't gotten through. I ordered an item over a month ago and got a ship date. Unfortunately, the post that is tracking it does not exist so I can't even track it! Oh and forget about calling... phone is conveniently out of order!

Never even got my order.

This is a terrible website. I ordered clothes 2 months ago and still have received nothing. I've emailed support 4 or 5 times and only gotten a reply once. I don't even want the clothes anymore, I just want my money back. I feel like I've been robbed.

Poor quality and service
November 5, 2015

When the blouse first arrived I was surprised the material was flimsy and did not look like the photo. Also though I usually take a medium it was way too small. Now I am at least trying to get it exchanged and I am being asked to jump through hoops. Now I plan to just give it to the Sally Anns. I will not buy from Zaful again...

I bought 5 items and received only 3 in the 1st shipment. Although, customer service was prompt but I am terribly disappointed with the quality of 2 items out of 3. One dress is totally different than pictured. Instead of cotton, it was made by jersey/stretchy material, the stitching is very poor, the cutting was different etc. Basically it was a different dress.

The other shirt, I was happy with the look and fit (although it was made of cheap rough cotton), but decided to wash it on gentle cycle b4 use (in a laundry bag). Unfortunately, the material was so bad, the colour came off and made blotchy lines and spots. Showed pictures to them but they still want to make profit from something that is totally useless. Not worth the hassle to send the items back as they are only willing to refund AUD$2.

Will never return

The fake suede stinks real bad and all of the clothes are too small... they obviously do not use a standard sizing... they use an Asian sizing... smh! Don't waste your money!

Considering most of the shirts I bought were $4 I can hardly complain. I would recommend buying 2 sizes up and closely pay attention to the sizing chart. Everything I got was completely wearable a few minor stitching problems but nothing I can't fix. I was confused on the tracking and i sent a ticket to customer service and they replied within an hour and fixed my problem. I am completely happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

Horrible Experience

I ordered an outfit from Zaful on September 2,2015. I received an email stating that it shipped on September 7,2015. I paid for the free shipping so I knew it would take a while. I expected to wait about a month. It is now November 4,2015; over 2 MONTHS LATER and I still do not have my order. I sent an email through the Zaful website and received no response. I tried to "chat" with a representative online and no one ever came up. At this point I have given up and do not expect to receive the order. Never shopping here again! Money lost.

Buyer Beware
November 4, 2015

I wanted to pretty much return the entire order, due to some cheap fabric, as well as sizing issues. I see if I want a refund that I have to pay shipping both ways, which means to China.
To return with tracking would cost too much, and I now do not trust that I would even get the refund, to tell you the truth. They pretty much make it impossible to return with their policies.
Will not order from this company again. Buyer beware: the photos look good. It took me a month to get the entire order, and they only give you 30 days to return; and then pay to China.
