I have added a review previously. I started with my 1st order in September and it is still ongoing (5 months later). Received a partial refund, boots that were sold off as suede (which were actually cheap pleather and smelt like fish) a dress that arrived EVENTUALLY half assembled and made from cheap plastic material and now I await another cheap piece of crap (i am sure) that was sent 2 December as a replacement for 1 item that NEVER arrived. I want ALL my hard earned money back to be perfectly honest as I will never wear the dress, neither the boots. And as for their ticket system, when you have a query - i havent experience anything MORE admin irritating in my entire existence.
They are based in CHINA. STAY AWAY!

This website is cheap but it does not follow what it tells you I placed my order on the 6th of September and it's now the 10th November, and I'm only getting two out of three items? I was thrilled when I found this site but now I'm disappointed :/

Scam
November 10, 2015

It took forever to get items. I was afraid so I wrote PayPal to start a complaint. Then items arrived( I knew the return process was impossible) I kept looking at the dress I got, thinking why did I order this? (It's the pits getting older!) It dawned on me today( I saw the top that I actually ordered on FB) that they didn't even send me the right item. It's to late to file complaint with PayPal. BUYER BEWARE! Scam ALERT!

DO NOT BUY TOTAL SCAM

STUPID ME. I should have read these reviews before I spent $75 on three items. The first item was a so called lace dress I virtually threw away. They are taking catalog photos from others and doing cheap, poorly made knock offs. THE MATERIAL IS STIFF AND CHEAP and not lace in any way. I have asked for my other two items to be refunded and not shipped but they have my money already. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... EVER! Total scam.

Horrendous
November 9, 2015

After waiting months for my item to arrive. If is the wrong colour and size.
The fabric is terrible and already fraying. This company needs to be shut down. Don't ever waist your money buying from this site. I have heard nothing by bad reviews.

The shipping is terrible.

I understand that there are many other customers but more than a month for shipping. I placed my order of a dress on the 11th of October and now it is the 9th of November. I tried emailing, calling, and live chatting but none of them seem to work. If I do not get my order anytime soon, I will report this website as a scam and fraud.

Unethical

I work for a clothing company who has all our clothing handmade. Zaful is knocking off our styles and worst still using photos from our site to sell their versions of our clothes. Please do not support unethical companies like this.

ZERO Stars

I placed an order on OCt 16, the tracking number they sent does not work. The "live chat" is always off line and no response to my emails since the tracking number is invalid. Luckily I only spent about $20 but this site is a total scam. Do NOT ORDER from them. They are scamming you.

I ordered a couple shirts on September 25th with express shipping and received most of them on October 12th. I was very impressed with the quality of the items, good quality and cute clothes for little money. I still have yet to receive my final item (it is November 9th). I have contacted them and they say that it is in transit. So basically the site has good quality products at low prices, but shipping takes a really long time (at least they have free worldwide shipping!). Also keep in mind that there is an extra fee for the package to go through customs (usually around 25$). I will probably order from Zaful again.

At least I got a refund!

Ordered clothes on October 9th, Received 2 of the items ordered after 10days. One of the items (a blazer) was great quality! The other was extremely poor quality, so 50/50, but couldn't ask for much more with the price. Still haven't received the rest of the items one month later, and they haven't even been shipped! I wrote an email inquiring about this and asking if I could have a refund since they haven't even shipped my other items. Here was their response:

We are aware, we need to improve and there might be negative feedback about us.

Not the greatest

I ordered 2 bathingsuits. They came in a little over a week. I was happy with that, because I saw in some reviews people never got their stuff or one 1 part of their order came. I was disappointed to see that the bathingsuits I picked out looked nothing like they did in the picture. The material is cheap and I'm really disappointed. They are still wearable but nothing to ride home about. I don't reccomend buying one though.

I ordered a Swim suit, skirt and shirt. My order went a few days ago and I really like it because it fits well, is what I order, the prices are really great and it came in time.

I have been checking the page for products, conditions and service and I understand how the page works, and I´m fine with it.

So as a first experience buying online I´m happy and planning to buy in Zaful again. :D

This company is a scam

I ordered from this company too and i want to report them as a scam. Yes, the shipping is "free" but YOU DO PAY…in that my first order took over a month to arrive and when it did, it was missing buttons, had threads hanging off and looked used. Two days after I made my first purchase, I ordered something else (i should have waited for my first order to arrive bc I NEVER would have ordered anything else!) My second order has YET TO ARRIVE and it has been two months! I have tried to contact this "company" but they said "the pictures weren't clear enough" What?!?! I want to file an official complaint and get my money back! Is that possible? Please help me file a complaint and let other ladies know what a waste of time/money this company is

Poor Quality

I am so disappointed with the two dresses that I purchased. I might as well have flushed $36.00 down the toilet. There are of poor quality. There are no tags to identify the material and how to care for, and they look and feel like clothing that would be placed on a doll or like a Halloween costume. So cheap and somewhat see-through, and they smell of chemicals. I should have read reviews before I purchased them. I am not even going to bother trying to return them based upon what I have read from these reviews and having to pay for shipping fees and knowing I will not be able to get in touch with anyone. Not going to waste my time. I will never order from this company again. This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star of a rating

It took 3 weeks to receive my order. When I opened the package I was so upset immediately. NONE of the items even remotely resembled the pictures online or the descriptions. The fabric is that of which cheap wal-mart halloween costumes are made of. When I tried to call I was unable to reach anyone and their magic jack answering service would not except anymore messages. When I attempted to online chat I was told they only handle pre-sale issues and finally I have filed two support center complaints with them. BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH. The only possible help is PAYPAL. Contact PAYPAL and open a case. This FRAUDULENT company needs to be stopped.
