I'm honestly just really concerned. I ordered two dresses on oct 2 and then they told me they weren't shipped until the 12th and 14th of October and I was like ok I can kind of understand that. But now it is November 13th and my dresses still aren't here.
I liked the style of clothes on the site and I liked the prices even more, so despite the bad reviews I took a risk.
The quality of the clothes was very good. The sizing does come up quite small, so really make sure you look at the size guide on each item.
One item of clothing did go missing in the post, which was a shame... but the customer service has been great. They responded very promptly and they are going to arrange a full refund.
Even though I didn't get one item, it hasn't put me off. I'll just make sure I always use the tracked postage option.
Overall, I'm very happy with the clothes and service... I will be ordering again!
Two months and I'm still waiting for my freaking $12 sweater... I never got an email receipt yet they pulled the money from my bank account and I don't even have a tracking number yet (there is supposed to be an option to track package online, it's a lie). The phone number appears to be a fake, the company will not email me back, and I am extremely displeased with the fact that I wasted my money at zaful.com... I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering because I would 100% have avoided this site. Feel free to email me with your "solution" to my issue, zaful rep. I'm pissed.

I knew it was too good to be true; two maxi dresses at 16.99 each. I ordered and waited weeks before I finally got a shipping notice, and then a two more weeks before the first dress arrived--it was the quality of a Halloween costume--that acetate/stretch material that was thin enough maybe to pass for an undergarment. And of course it's too small. It's been 6 weeks and still no sign of the second dress, though I did receive confirmation of the first dress being shipped again. I tried to email a question to customer service, and every time I entered their CAPTCHA code, it said it was invalid. So that's their excuse for not even taking your complaint. Personally, I think the website is just a scam DO NOT ORDER from these crooks.

I ordered three dresses from the website. I received two dresses, 1- it never matched with the picture, the quality is so so poor.
2- The size of the dress is off
3- I never received the dress.
I wish there was a way that we could contact the company. The chat line is off and there is no telephone number.
I wish i read the reviews before ordering the dresses.
BIG SCAM
I ordered two jackets and two shirts from this website. The jackets I received were different from the picture and the wrong measurements. I looked at the return information and did everything I said but it's impossible to contact them. I tried through email. I tried the phone number but it's a phone jack, magicJack, and it's unavailable. I did everything to return service says and they will not back with you. I also tried the website chat and it doesn't work either. It keeps saying that they are unavailable. But if you look at their hours for the USA to contact them they should be available at 1:15 on a Thursday.

This stie is a SCAM! It's a fraud. They sent me a dress that is 6" too small in the bust and with colors NOTHING like the photo. I think they are taking pictures from other websites and trying to copy them and send them out from China. Return policy is appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
This is a big SCAM, I've placed an order 3weeks back. At first they send me a tracking number to track my order never was able to use that tracking number. I just check my account now and the order is cancelled but they never notify me or refund me. I'm reporting them to Better business bureau. NEVER AGAIN! Now I have to go through my credit card company to dispute this STUPID charge. So UPSET!

I HAVE HAD A DISPUTE WITH ZAFUL - THE SCUM BAGS - DID NOT GET THE DRESS I ORDERED. SO I PUT IN FOR A REFUND VIA PAYPAL.
PAYPAL IS AWESOME - WITHIN 10 DAYS, RESOLVED THE CASE AND GOT ME MY REFUND YEAH!
I was hesitant to purchase in the first place. Correspondence was sub par when I had a question about my order. I reluctantly placed my order anyway. It took my order 9 days to get here, which in this day of amazon and other sites, felt like forever--and two pieces of my same order still have not arrived. Upon arrival of the first package (who knows when I am getting the second)... the two black hats that I ordered were totally smashed up and bent, now I have to figure out how to smooth them out, the two sweaters that came in my order look nothing like what was pictured online. What a JOKE site. Looks like they are pulling millions of orders over on people. There site itself is wonderful and makes the clothing look beautiful. They customer service, packaging, and quality does not meet any standards. While I do understand that "you get what you pay for", there are stores like Forever 21 that have some similar pricing, but can atleast present your package to you in a nicer way. Zaful sent it DHL smashed up in plastic bags. Nothing was labeled and there was no packing slip or return slip anywhere to be found. First and last time customer.
I received 5 items from them and one came DHL. The clothing was true to size and exceeded my expectations. One of the dresses was Free People and I love it!
Following on from my poor review 'Sandy Z' sent an Email address to resolve the issues I raised. My Email was ignored. I've been waiting weeks (as I did for the miniature, torn dress) for a reply.
I have resorted to Emailing my Chinese Embassy (commercial section) as it's obvious from this page that their Commercial standing is been badly damaged by this company. I'll tell you what they say when they (hopefully) reply. Yes - I'm that angry!

First of all, it takes forever for their shipments to arrive. Secondly, the quality of their products is laughable. Third, they are sized waaaaaay small and lastly, trying to return something is a joke! They give you the run around requiring photos with measuring tapes proving why they don't fit but then their website can't support the uploaded images. There is no way to contact a representative in person. Call line is ALWAYS down, no email.
Does this review sound familiar?! Basically, you are giving them money to send you cheap fire starting material.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!

I purchased an item August 27th, which was not received and after months of communicating back and forth with customer service reps via their online Ticket format, I have yet to receive the refund I was promised. It is now November 10th. I have never dealt with such a fraudulent, unethical business. I am beyond frustrated dealing with them. I sent a complaint to Facebook about their activity too, as this is where I learned of their products.
Clothing is nothing but very cheap imitations of the display photos. Workmanship and fabric are of the lowest quality. When you ask for a refund they close your account. Very unhappy!
I spend $100+ on zaful items BEFORE reading the overwhelming number of negative reviews. I felt sick, thinking I'd just played into an obvious scam and would never see my money again. Yet I was pleasantly surprised when majority of my order arrived within just 2 weeks - and this was without purchasing express shipping. The remaining two items have just arrived (3 weeks after initial order).
A couple of things don't look 100% like the pictures - either a different material or slightly different cut. But majority fit beautifully, are well-made and I'm overall very happy with my order!
Honestly, in these situations you get what you pay for and given the extremely low prices, you shouldn't expect that everything is going to be absolutely perfect. Ill fitting items is also just a risk when you opt to shop online, rather than going in to the store and physically try things on. I never write reviews built I feel this company has been given discredited a lot and I just wanted to share my own experience.
If you do ship with zaful, pay with a PayPal account because if you are unhappy it's a lot easier to recoup your money. Also, make sure you read the size guides - all of my items fit well but I know some shoppers have found the clothes are a lot smaller an expected.
