The clothes online are presented as Free People styles and quality. The pieces of plastic cloth that arrived looked nothing like the garments requested. My card was charged immediately for the full order even though one item was on back order. I attempted an email asking for refund and directions for returning all garments. No response. I fear we will never see a refund. Absolute SCAM!
I am really worried that my order will never arrive. The tracking number goes on to a fraudulent website. I contacted Australia post and they said the tracking number is not valid.
I have spent over AUD60 which I am worried I have lost. This should not be allowed to happen and if my order does not arrive I will let the world know.

I ordered 2 items before I checked the reviews. Stupidity on my part. The material is extremely cheap. NOthing was even close to fitting properly. The sleeves were made for a child, the bust for a small 13 year old, and the rest XL-it was suppose to be a L. The blouse was ordered as a Medium and was an XL. Sewn very poorly. Nothing proportioned. I just threw it out-and took the financial loss-and took it as a learning lesson.

I have ordered a dress since 8/september 2015 and to date 26 october I have not received same. Been in touch with them via email and all I keep getting is a generic response.
Wish I had read the reviews about them then I would not have ordered from them. Like some of the reviews I was told that I should wait for 25 days and since I did not pay for a tracking service my order could not have been tracked (Although a tracking service payment was not an option). Today sent another complaint to them re non arrival of my order. Been trying to have an on line chat with them for over an hour and all I keep getting is that the agents are busy and will be with me shortly. I am now going to contact my cc company to see if I can get a refund as I have been asking for a full refund and zaful appears to be ignoring this request.
In short I will not advise anyone to buy from them as I firmly believe that they are scammers

Placed my order on 9/5/2015 and still haven't received a thing! If it doesn't arrive by the 10/31, I will dispute the order with my credit card company. I've written Zatful and they claim the orders shipped and should be here within 25 days! If I'd known this was a company in China, I would not have wasted my time or money!

I came across Zaful a while back and bought a few products from them. I had not read the bad reviews before that but I received everything I ordered, except two dresses that were out of stock. They immediately contacted me and resolved the problem. I was really happy with everything. Clothes were so cute, cheap, and good quality. I have been seeing lots of bad reviews but I have not lost faith in this company and will continue to shop at zaful.

What I ordered was a cute tunic. What I got was a very wrinkled shirt looking cheap version of the tunic, with some of the seams inside out and the bottom not hemmed. It looks like a child made it.

Do not order from this company. Clothing is poor made and not sized correctly. Everything I received was unwearable. In order to return you have to ship to China which is so expensive not worth it. Just figure on throwing their product in the garbage.

Thin material, sewn where facing shoes, elastic broke during first try on, construction of dress pieces sewn to high. Good luck on the return process! If you spend money on what looks good on a website with this company you will be very disappointed in the product and the money you wasted.

I think I might have gotten off easy compared to some of the experiences of reviewers on this site. After struggling with them to return my items and get refunded for the item they did not send, I disputed the charge with my credit card and got a full refund. I donated the clothes to a women's shelter.
First time customer, I purchased four items for autumn from Zaful.com. I received three; the fabric was cheap, poorly crafted and the fit of the clothing was terrible. The fourth item was on back order which I did not find out until I tried to return the other three.
Zaful expected me to pay shipping from the US to Singapore. Who is going to do that?! It's a deliberate attempt to deter returns. The cost of shipping was nearly as much as I paid for the clothing. They kept responding to my requests for a paid shipping label with copies of their return policy which is a tiered system ranging from me selling my own items on ebay to paying to ship them back for a full refund (minus the $30-$40 for international shipping). Their return process also involves me taking pictures of their items and sending the pictures with descriptions of my issues with them.
No good, horrible, terrible, very bad. Cheaply made trendy clothing is too plentiful to buy them from a company that will ALSO inconvenience and scam you.

I made an order around 3 weeks ago. To then discover all the bad reviews. And that I might not even receive any items. I have contacted their customer service through email as the phone number is conveniently not working. I was told to start with it was with shipping courier. That I'd have to wait 3 days. Then after 2 days to be told that 'zaful' have loads of parcels in their warehouse and it would take time to find and process a refund. I cancelled my card just incase. So they asked if I could provide a PayPal account which I did. Now today after being told the order was cancelled around 2 weeks ago! They are now saying I can't get a refund as the parcel is on its way out. And that once I receive it I can get a refund minus delivery. Which was a third of the order! I paid extra so it would be here in 3-4 working days this was 3 weeks ago. They are now saying it can take a further 25-30 days for delivery. I doubt I will even receive a parcel or a penny back. If you think something is too good to be true then it probably is! Avoid at all costs. Use a well named website. As the hassle I've had and still having is ridiculous!

I ordered over $200 worth of items and only received 1/4 of my order. I HATED it! I tried to return 2 sweaters bc they were discolored AND had HOLES in them but they would not let me. All they offered me was $10 and I bought 2 for over $50! It took over one MONTH to receive what I received and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REST OF MY ORDER! SCAM SCAM SCUM! This is the worst place I have ever shopped with. According to their tracking link, my dress was sent out on the 14th of September and it is the 20th of October and I have received nothing! I paid for 5-7 days delivery and I am now at 6 weeks and still waiting! I tried contacting them but the email that pops up is my own user name - so dodgy... MASSIVE SCAM!
