I just received my item. I gotta say its really nice. Its a velvet and chiffon coat. It has some weight to it and fits perfectly. Im happy, because i ordered BEFORE i read the reviews and i was so scared if my card was going to be charged more than the 23 dollars i paid. It wasnt. I got the item in a little over 2 wks. And im surprised. I wont order from them again, as im afraid i wont be as fortunate as i was this time.
It's been 2 months and I still haven't received the second half of my order. I have been asking for a refund because they kept saying it would come but it didn't. They refuse to provide me anything because they said the fault is on my end. It's not worth it guy because the quality is crap.

I waited 25 days for my order and nothing showed. They told me to wait 60, then it's declared lost. So I waited 60 days and still nothing. They said it turned out to be lost so I asked for a refund. I paid $29 and they said they could either reship the order for $15 or only refund me $13 for IN STORE CREDIT. I'm out nearly $30, and like hell I'd want to spend more time on their store. Isn't shipping supposed to be free? They're a horrible, thieving "company," if you can even call them that. Sounds like no ones really been happy with anything from them ever. Never going to give these people the time of day again.

First off, I wondered why I overpayed and the total bill only amounts to 20£ and paid 30£. I received my order after 8 days and was responsive to all my enquiries. I ordered 3 dresses. 2 of the dresses were alright but the fabric is really thin. 1 of the dresses should have been sequined but had no single sequin found on the dress itself. I could say the quality of the fabric is poor and cheap as compared to the picture posted on the site.

I ordered a dress and a scarf on September 22, paid for it, the money was taken out of my account the following day, and I STILL have not received my order after a full 2 months. I have e-mailed twice asking for assistance or a refund and have just been told to "be patient." On my account, the tracking number given isn't valid and the last shipping "update" was on September 23rd, the day after I made the purchase. One of the items is a Christmas gift that I will now likely be unable to give the person. I am very unhappy with this experience and will not be purchasing from Zaful again.

I ordered three dresses and a sweatshirt from Zaful.com. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you have to provide a reason and pictures of your purchase. I spent my own money on these items and I should be able to return them no matter the reason. The sweatshirt I ordered did not look anything like the picture. The three dresses were poor quality and one you could see right through it! Do not waste your money or time with this company! I would never recommend them to a friend or an enemy.

DO NOT order from this website. They say to way 8-10 business days and the items are still not there. They then tell you to wait another 30 days for the items and they still have not been delivered. All I want is a refund on my items and they won't do it. This company is FRAUD. They take your money and don't deliver your items.

I am determined to write an honest review of this online shopping site on every platform possible. I only received part of my order and even the ones I have received were of unsatisfactory quality. I have since asked for a refund which they promised to process within 3-5 business days, but 5 weeks on, I have yet to receive anything and a follow up response. This site is horrible. All these reviews are true. I'm waiting for my dress that I ordered. Have sent numerous e mails and nothing back. This site and rosegal are disgusting. I purchased two dresses over two months ago from this $#*!ty company. The items never arrived. After several emails I finally got a response saying to be patient, another month passed and I still received nothing so emailed AGAIN. They responded to be patient, blah, blah, blah, but I replied demanding a refund into my credit card. They told me that my item must have been lost in transit and I would receive a refund of Zmoney, which is useful to buy off their crappy site. I told them I want the money into my credit card as I do not and will not ever buy from their site again, nor do I want to. The last response I got yesterday was that they are processing my request for a refund which may take up to a month as they have to clear my order or some $#*!! Do not buy from this company! I did receive one order about five months ago from them but the fabric was so bad it fell apart so easily. Not impressed, Zaful. Not impressed at all.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star -----I want to give them ZERO STARS if I could because:
1) I never received my order
2) Took my payment from Paypal
3) Just realized the photos are from internet postings of other stores
4) FAKE FAKE FAKE
5) SCAM SCAM SCAM
I am beyond mad at myself for trying this store! UGHHHHH
I ordered 6 dresses from them and received only four. I saw that 2 of my dresses were "sold out" on the website. So I wrote to them and asked them when I would receive them. No one responded to me. I wrote to them again and asked the same question. Again no response. I wrote to them again and now its not letting me send a complaint! How convenient! They charged me for 6 dresses, and I got 4. I spent $90.14 and $40 of if were for those 2 dresses that I really wanted! I will never get them. I will never get a refund. NOTHING. They ignore me and robbed me. And by the way. The 4 dresses that came in. Not one of them fit! They're made for tiny $#*! asian chicks. A large to them is like a small medium to us. I had to try and sell the dresses to people online to try and get some money back! They wont accept exchanges for wrong sizing. And to be honest. The floral maxi dress that came looked WAY different than the picture! The pattern on the picture was beautful. The one that came to my house looked so fuzzy and much wider flowers. Like stretched out looking. It was awful! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVERRRRR order from these thieves again! I wish there was a way to sue them! Im so PISSED. I have never had worse customer service in my life!
