I fell in love with this site the minute I saw the first outfit. I LOVE almost EVERY item on their site. I was planning to order a TON of things since I prefer the Bohemian look and their style is SO different than the run of the mill sites. I have a statement, not a question. WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ON EVERYTHING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REFUNDS, TO RETURNS. IT JUST GOES ON AND ON. I AM SO GRATEFUL I CAME ACROSS THE TONS OF SITES BERATING ZAFUL BEFORE I SPENT A TON OF MONEY ON CLOTHES THAT LOOK LIKE A TWO YR OLD MADE THEM. THANK YOU TO THE CLIENTS (FORMER CLIENTS I SHOULD SAY) WHO TOOK THE TIME TO POST PICS OF THESE CLOTHES WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT THEIR HOME. HOLDING UP THE 'ON SITE" FINISHED PRODUCT NEXT TO THE "REAL ONES THAT YOU GET" ARE RIDICULOUS. SHAME ON YOU, YOU COULD HAVE HAD A FANTASTIC BUSINESS GOING INSTEAD OF BEING A JOKE NOW.
I bought two dresses on two separate occasions. The first instance, I was surprised with the embroidery on the garment- not a bad surprise, just different from what I imagined. Better pictures with close-ups would help with that. The dress was ill-fitting despite my correct sizing, and I just didn't want to jump through hoops to get my money back.
The second instance, well, I'm pretty sure the dress is lost- I ordered it on October 25th. It is November 29th, and there is no information on the tracking website. I definitely regret not getting the package insurance this round.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this site. Very cute stuff, but the shopping experience is a bummer.
Terrible quality clothes that look nothing like the pictures. So dodgy I can still smell the cigarette smoke of the sweatshop they were made in. Straps are uneven lengths, zips don't work, fabric is itchy, fraying and see-through. These "clothes" are unwearable, I can't even donate them to charity as they're so badly made they expose your chest.
Took weeks to arrive when the site claims days.
Rubbish. Absolute rubbish. Oh, and they'll spam your email address. If this store was a person I'd punch it. I have literally nothing positive to say about Zaful. Zero stars.

I purchased three items. Only two were delivered. One of the two was the wrong size. Both items that arrived were cheap and not as pictured. Not only is their merchandise $#*!, they make it nearly impossible to file a complaint and request a refund. They ask for you to post pictures or videos of the merchandise received in order to file a claim. Ridiculous. I will never shop with this company again.
Update: I filed a complaint with econsumer.gov (similar to BBB, but for international issues.)

This is a horribly dishonest company. I still haven't received my order that was shipped in Sept. I do not expect to see it. Save your money, you will be ripped off like countless others. They are a fraud. Do not order anything cheaply priced being shipped out of China. I believe all these companies are linked together. The deals aren't that great if you don't receive them. Yeah, they are inexpensive but imagine how much money they are getting from all the customers who paid and did not receive anything.

Listen you get you pay for. Yea a $20 dress is not a huge loss but I will never use this site again. Dont be scammed, save yout hard earned money!

Firstly the express shipping is a lie, I needed my first order before going overseas and ordered it 2 and a half weeks in advance with express shipping and it didn't arrive until a few days into my trip. Second the sizing was wrong. Thirdly the material that they advised in the website was not correct - quality of the product was fairly poor and I was disappointed.
Lastly... the second order never arrived. I recently contacted Zaful to find out where it was and they advised it was sent to me but not claimed. I received the first one (albeit late) fine but the second one just never showed.
They advised me that they would not be reimbursing me (as they have already charged me) and that if I wanted it re sent I would have to pay $10 delivery fee... Safe to say I was not happy. I wrote back asking them to understand the situation and that I never received or was notified of the first delivery therefore I am just asking them to send me the product I have already paid for. I received a response basically repeating the first response just stating they would either charge me for re delivery or I could pick it up from the Warehouse in Sydney (I live in Adelaide, Aust) or they can 'burn' my order and I will not get my money back!
This company may be CHEAP but you get what you pay for 100%... Will never shop here again!

I bought a dress from Zaful for the first time and although I was skeptical at first, I was drawn in by the neat styles.
I opted for free shipping, and yes, it does take awhile coming from China, about 3 weeks, but still within a decent time (I've ordered jewelry supplies from China and this is about average).
The dress I ordered was a size a larger than I normally wear, I wanted to make sure it would fit me across the chest. It fit perfect and I'm so happy that I ordered it.
I was so excited to purchase from this website due to it's free shipping tactics and cheap prices, although receiving a bikini I purchased it was a complete disappointment. The sizing was terribly off, the coloured floral patterns were not as it resembled in the picture as well as faded in the bikini and the padding was barely there, like styrofoam!
Although their customer service was fast and efficient, I still don't think I will be purchasing from this website again.
