1 isn't even low enough. I ordered a floral jumper off this website that looked beautiful in the pictures but when it arrived looked absolutely awful. It look cheap and the flowers are all pixelated. I also paid for delivery to be within 3-7 days which cost me £10! And never received the item till two weeks later. Tried contacting them multiple times but no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered a dress in the beginning of September. I opened my first ticket with them when 25 business days had passed without receiving the dress. I was told it could take up to 45 business days. I have opened several tickets and still have received nothing but the run around. AND now I cannot log into my account because my password is wrong. I have requested a password and get no response.
I am left with no dress and no way to log in to contact the company AND no way to provide proof to stop payment/bring action.
I also cannot log in to get the order ID so woohoooo :( so very disappointed

I ordered online from Zaful and a site dresslily only to currently see reviews that both sites may be fraudulent I since tried to cancel thinking since I went through paypal it would be simple, however some reviews stated if no money is in paypal acccount then no refund, so disappointed this confirms I will never again shop off brand sites such as this. Also all these reviews are correct in regards to no available customer service reps. Would not trust ordering from them.

Ok here's the thing with Zaful... It's not Macy's or Nordstroms. They're claim to fame is creating trendy, customer suggested looks for a very affordable price... Which would explain some of there fabric choices. I've found some really great pieces at Zaful that I love very much. I also love there Z point system and the free shipping is great as well. I cant understand for the life of me why people are so quick to throw there money in things that they clearly neglected to research... Such as fabric type, measurements, Shipping info, etc. I've never had any issues besides one with anything received from them simply because I took the time to review those simple details. And even with the item that I didn't like, I was able to rectify the issue fairly easily.
As I thought you are a scam. I have not received my order and you are not refunding my money. It's been almost 3 months. I have asked for a refund and the reply is wait longer.

They have a nice web-site and good pics there - so I had no doubts about that and wanted to try - I mean, ow bad can it be? I expected if something goes wrong it's just that clothes are photographed better than in life or model looks cuter... But NO! The sweater I ordered on the picture on their site is just different - different cut, defferent material. The one I got has the same color and it's the only similarity. It's just a very cheap copy - and the price I paid for it is too high! It will be ok to pay this price for what I saw on the picture, but what I finally got should cost 4 times less. At least.
I wonder, where do they have good photos from? Do they really make nice clothes, photograph them, and then make cheaper $#*! versions?

I ordered from this site for the first time at the beginning of September. Waiting over 2 months for the clothing to arrive was something I expected since it was free shipping and coming from China. What I was not expecting was only receiving one item out of 2. So at the end of October I contacted the customer service department. I have been emailing back and forth for over a month now and the issue still isn't resolved! They claimed that I should have bought the insurance and that now I can't even get a refund. They gave me 2 options: resend the option and pay an extra $5 (USD) to ship it, or receive a credit of only half the amount I spent on the item. Of course, I chose the first option which they then said that the item was no longer available. Now I am super frustrated - I mean they probably didn't even send the clothing item the first time, especially looking at these comments now they seem to scam people that way. I checked the site today and the exact item, exact colour, and exact size I ordered is still there. These guys seem like scam artists and try to force you into spending more money on their site. Customer service is extremely slow - it takes a few days for them to even respond. I advise any consumer to not spend a lot of money on this site and only buy a few items at a time - and expect not to receive your full shipment. The prices are good but that's because you don't receive the whole order. Personally, I will not be using this site again.

I ordered about $60 worth the items in September 2015. I paid for expedited shipping so I wouldn't have to wait a month for my clothes. Well 3 weeks went by before they even acknowledged that I had an order! Once it was mailed out, it only took a week to get to me and the clothes were adorable! But it was only half of my order. I called them and they just forgot to tell me my order was out of stock... yeah ok. So I waited and waited... another month goes by. I emailed them, they asked for "emergency preparation of the remaining items", I got 2 out of 5. They still gave me expedited shipping so I wasn't too upset. Needless to say, it has been almost 4months since the original order and they will not communicate with me unless I throw a fit! I told them I just wanted my money back and the girl said she asks for the "emergency preparation of the remaining items" instead of giving me my money. Something got mailed out to me, not by expedited shipping this time, but there are still some items lost in the abyss and now I am getting no response when asking for money back. I'm giving them the rest of this week and thenext the BBB or someone will get involved.
**One day after writing this review, I receive an email from zaful management telling me that they take blame for not mailing it out on time but basically called me a liar about paying for expedited shipping. If that is how you try and make up with a disgruntled customer then I guess everyone else is doing to wrong. There was and definitely is nothing this company could do to make me change my mind about the level of, excuse me lack of customer service.

Don't order clothing from this website. The sizing makes no sense and they refuse to accept returns, arguing endlessly about items that are clearly defective.
UPDATE: Zaful contacted me after this post and initiated a refund without requiring me to ship the defective merchandise back to China, for which I am grateful.

I'm usually a conscientious web user, checking reviews before I buy. But I got sucked in on this one. Their website is surprisingly good, and makes you think it's a legit company. BUT it's most definitely not. Postage was quick, but as soon as I opened up my package I realised I'd made a bad decision. Firstly, the sizing seems to be aimed at Asian sizes, a L is maybe a small to medium. The cuts of the dresses were completely different to those displayed on the web, they looked like absolute crap. Not just the usually 'oh this looked better on the model' sort of regret you have when you buy something. No, trying these dresses on illicited thoughts more along the lines of 'why did they send me a potato sack?'. One dress, which in the picture had a split to just above the knee actually had a split all the way to my undies (and I'm not tall!). I followed the instructions on lodging a complaint, and am now in a battle to 'prove' that the dresses are crap. They want measurements and picture after picture etc. I have the clothes in perfect condition, haven't taken the tags off, and asked about a refund because I wasn't satisfied. Silly me, expecting that they might have similar policies to every other store out there. But nope, you only get a refund if it's literally falling apart the second you get it. Next step is lodging a dispute with paypal, hoping that gets me somewhere because I'm pretty damn annoyed.

Was skeptical at first because it is over seas. Have made multiple orders and love my orders and they arrive in a timely manner!
So remember how I posted they were not sending the item I ordered -- even though they had sent me a tracking number, and then said I hadn't paid? Well, obviously I had, and today it arrived -----after I had reordered another one.! So, now I will have had to buy 2. I guess I will gift my friend and NEVER order from this place again. I would NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this site... I ordered 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. The customer care section is also useless as none of the three options work. My card however, was charged right away and I am going to file a fraud complaint. This is the worst experience i've had with online shopping.
