The Zaful.com website is well-organized, easy to use, and shows accurate photos of the items for sale. Before placing my first order, I was a little skeptical, so I ordered one item, a jacket, just to see for myself. I was amazed that the jacket was even prettier than the photo, well-made, and fits just as described. The sizing chart makes it easy to convert items' stock sizes to your own measurements, and the color icon shows whether an item is available in a variety of colors besides the one shown. The order page offers a number of shipping options, depending on how fast you want to receive your order. Customer support is great -- you can track your order every step of the way. You may have to wait up to two weeks if you order using standard shipping, so if you need the order right away, you might have to spend the extra for express shipping, but you can make up the difference from the money saved on the clothes -- prices are WAY lower than similar items would cost in a boutique or department store.

Are you kidding me!

I never had placed an order with Zaful and decided to give it a try. After receiving my order and noticing it came with no order form nor return instructions I am certain I will NOT buy from them again. The quality of the clothes is poor and the sizes run small.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, actually criminal. They doubled the amount of all of the things I ordered online and would not refund my money! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE THE WORST TYPE OF CLOTHING TRASH-- cheap awful material, wrong sizes, holes, unsewn seams, mismatched and extremely poorly sewn pieces, I just cannot believe these cheats are getting away with it! This is the biggest product scam that I have ever encountered, save for something I bought that was not actually sent to me. The items are all utterly useless. They should be investigated by the better business bureau.

Hello,

As stated in my email confirmation, it says my items will be dispatched within 3-5 days. Well, I paid extra on shipping for a reason. Now, I am not even interested in the items anymore (yes, my order was time sensitive). So I am telling you to cancel my order and shipment, and refund my money back into my bank account. If not responded within 24 hours, I will escalate this to my bank on Monday. I will report this business to my bank as I can see you guys don't take your customer's business seriously. I'm starting to think you guys are frauds because you guys make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to contact you. I can also see that a lot of your customers have the same problem as I. Highly disappointed. This business should be investigated.

I need confirmation of my refund

I need to be refunded now!
I purchased jeans sept 5/15, to date I have not revived my order. I no longer want deal with this company and I am demanding to be refunded. Never again will I order from zaful again. It should not take this long to receive an order

WORST EVER!

I haven't even gotten my order yet and it is much needed for an upcoming event. I can't get on to their website, there phone number doesn't work, and after all the reviews that I read I will never order off their website again. I will be telling everyone I know that this website is a complete failure and that they should never order from this website. I hope I get a refund from this terrible company.

Worst site ever
December 4, 2015

I order a dress over a month ago and I still don't have it 2 months later. When you call their customer service number it is a magic jack that will not even allow you to leave a message. I got no response to my email. I was very frustrated with this site. My bank will refund me my money but shame on you Zaful!

I'm happy

I have received some really cool pieces from Zaful. You need to know a couple of things so as not to be disappointed. It does take a while to get your clothes no matter what shipping option you choose. I have ordered many things from over seas so I am used to the long wait due to customs. Many items are reproductions of the pics which they do disclose if you read through their website. Even so, I have received many pieces that are great for layering and have created many interesting outfits. For the most part, I have been pleased with the quality and washability of the clothes. Some of their clothing is name brand as well, so its a surprise every time. I have ordered many times with them and have received everything I ordered. Their website is very user friendly and they offer a point system for further savings. Pay attention to the sizing as if will very depending on the piece. I will continue to order if they continue to create interesting pieces of clothing.

First... What they show online is NOT what you get! Sent several emails... wanting to return these 2 items... NO answer... After reading reviews, I'm probably going to have to go to BBB for help. This company needs to be shut down! RIP OFF... Clothing looks like I made it... and I can't sew. Cheap Cheap Cheap. Not worth what I paid & I did'nt pay much, that should of been my first clue!

Honestly, after reading the reviews, and watching videos on Youtube, I said to myself that yeah this website might be too good to be true. But i was very wrong! I ordered my first item on November 20, and i recieved it on November 27. It was packaged nicely, the clothes didnt have a smell, no rips, no tears, fast shipment, the dress fit me better than i thought and they also message me once I recieved my item to make sure everything was correct and okay. I have already made another order, will definitely continue to use this website! Great experience!

I purchased some clothes from this website 2 months ago and still did not received 3 out of the 4 items I purchased. There's no one to contact for help, and I can't believe they are still allowed to con consumers like this. I have purchase from other websites overseas and this has never happened. Shame on you Zaful... Never Again

Just put in my dispute. Thank goodness i paid with Pay Pal. Absolutely disgraceful the cheap knock offs they send of the pictures represented on their website. Of 18 items purchsed, I didn't receive 2, and could only consider keeping 4. DON"T buy from this company.The website doesn't allow for returns, the first of all make it so difficult to return something, but then the website doesn't accept the requests for return authorization, with different messages, like"your connection has been timed out", "the question has BEED (?) deleted" "the verify code is incorrect" when it wasn't and my favorite, the submit button just doesn't work. Stay Away!

My order was taking over a month. I got on this review site yesterday and was thinking I may as well kiss my money goodbye. I ordered two shirts. When I got home from work one of them had arrived. I was very pleasantly pleased. I had ordered a large as I read on the product site that a large was most likely my size. I am excited to get the second item and hope I enjoy it as much as this one.

The WORST

Update: Zaful contacted me and offered me a refund for the items. While I appreciate the follow up i still wish Zaful was more transparent about their business. The refund/exchange policy noted on the site is not ok, causes a lot of frustrations.

Everything about this site is shady. If your clothes ever arrive they are basically garbage. They ask you to jump through hoops in order to get an item returned or exchanged, and good luck trying to leave a review... its literally impossible to log-in and speak your mind about an item. All reviews on their site are fake, dont trust this $#*!ty company.

You will never receive your order items. The website looks legit but after you don't receive your order EVER, their chat online option doesn't work, their phone number doesn't work, the tracking number they send you after you order DOESN'T WORK.
If you bought with PayPal put in your dispute now. And go to their FB page and tell them they're a corrupt business. They're located in China and are ripping patrons off. ZAFUL will take your money and nothing will be send to you. The good reviews are set ups and staged. This business is corrupt and illegal.

Worst service

Have been trying to contact them to check on order no response, I would not recommend this website to anyone. Tried to figure out why my clothes have not shipped yet and of course their number is disconnected. Their reviews on their website have to be written by their own employees.

Rubbish reply

The reply zaful gives to me on here implies they are going to refund me they are not when I open the mail they say missing parcels are with a neighbour and for me to return the rubbish ones I shall not be doing this as that would make me more out of pocket again enough money has been wasted, they have been very quick responding on here not so quick replying to PayPal whom are awaiting them! Would leave no stars if possible
