I must admit, I was a little skeptical to order from Zaful to begin with. I live in the U.S. and discovered this site and thought certainly it was too good to be true. Their clothes looked unique and trendy at a ridiculously low price so I thought for sure I'd be disappointed when my order finally arrived. The order came quickly and everything was very well made! I thought that if I was lucky enough to like the items that they would be poorly made but I was surprisingly wrong. Every single item I ordered gets compliments every time I wear it (seriously, every single time) and is unlike any of the other items my friends all get from the same mall stores. I was so glad I tried this site and will continue to share it with my friends!
They 'shipped' my order back in September, but I never received it. I have tried to contact customer service and can't even get through. They are a foreign company so you can't do anything about it when they rip you off. Don't believe the positive reviews. They were clearly written by the same person.

I really enjoy browsing through the Zaful website. I always seem to find something great value for money, the quality of the product doesn't seem to disappoint either. The sales are absolutely amazing, the delivery times are worth the wait after all. I really recommend this website and buying experience to everyone, from all age ranges and sizes. The customer service is also very good, I once had and enquiry and they responded straight away. Very good feedback to leave for this website I am a great fan and will hopefully be a regular customer ☺️
My orders never reached me and was sent back to them, after I experienced the worst service ever they said I would get a refund witch I never did! Worst service and a scam website! It should not exist!
Just have to say I love Zaful.com. Beautiful clothes at great price! I ordered a lovely tunic and while it did take some time to receive it, it was worth the wait! My order was placed 11/11 Order #UU**************... I received it 12/3. I also contacted customer service and got a prompt response. I see many reviews slamming this site for not providing a tracking number. If you pay attention at checkout it offers a tracking # for a small additional fee. I didn't pay for one so I couldn't track it. This company is transparent and everything you need to expect is listed on the website. Because of the bad reviews I was concerned that I'd made a poor choice but really... my tunic was $12... and I've received more compliments on it then on the ones I own that paid a lot of $$$ for! I will order again! I love what they have to offer! Please also note that a lot of the Zaful clohing is smaller in size so just follow their sizing guide and when in doubt order a size up. I'm an average, curvy, US size 10-12. Zaful's clothes are beautiful and worth the wait for $$$!

Hello. I have taken photos and attached. I find this an absolute waste of my time. There are so many complaints on the internet about the sizing of your garments that I find it hard to believe that photos of my tiny top is going to change the way your business operates. Let me point out something that most people realise, Westerners are bigger than Asians and therefor their clothes need to be larger. If I could have been able to get myself into the top I ordered - which I had compared the size chart online to my clothes at home - I would have taken a photo but I couldn't even get one arm in. The only answer I would like from you is a full refund or a larger top sent ASAP. Thank you.
I am Australian, I wear size 12-14, I ordered a size L going by their size chart. The top arrived and it would fit an 11 year old girl. The top was not expensive, I didn't expect anything too great, but an online company should at least offer a garment that is as described on their website with the correct sizing.
It is now been a week and a half after placing my big order from this deceitful website. I wake up every morning soooo FRUSTRATED, and UPSET! After placing my order, there were 2 items that were not available for delivery, I got a quick response from them letting me know that items were going to be delivered when it was available. I asked for a full refund on the items, and they complied. The stress that these scammer have stowed upon me is the face that I am weeks away from going on my vacation, and placed a large order on items to wear on my vacation. They confirmed with me a tracking ordering number for DHL(express shipping), well I've been following up with DHL everyday being told, that this company is lying to me that they sent out my items, when I write to ZAFUL customer service dept, they don't respond to any of my delivery issues. I've already sent them 4 COMPLAINTS with no response. I FEEL LIKE YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMING ME OF MY PURCHASES AND GIVING ME FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT MY PURCHASES! Maybe in their country this is how they conduct business, but here in USA we do not handle business like this at all.
I purchased several items. They took almost a month to arrive. When they arrived, several items were torn. They first refused to give me a refund. Then agreed but said that I'd have to pay the shipping back to China. Since the shipping is more expensive than the items themselves, they agreed to give me a 50% refund. I'm $40 out and after tons of frustrated delayed emails I'm left with a bunch of torn clothes.
Don't waste your time and money!
I wish I had looked at this site before I ordered... after waiting almost 2 weeks to get the top that I ordered... I can not begin to say how disappointed I was. It was cheap and looked like it might fall apart in the first wash. I was going to return it but the return policy looks so convoluted that I will just eat that money and NEVER order from this place again. Thank God I only ordered 1 item... The prices may be cheap but the quality is even CHEAPER.
I placed an order and received it yesterday and let me say my God this is the worst thing I have ever seen. Visible stitching, and poor quality material. I have tried from many different computers to contact someone and to send in a complaint to the support company only to repeatedly get "Error" messages. I have tried to use the "online chat" and I waited 10 minutes before I got the message of "there are no current agents to assist you. Please try again later" Seriously? I attached pictures of the clothes and all the screen shots I have taken of what the website is telling me. Tried to call only for them to not have a number to call. I want my money back now! If I don't hear anything within the next day, I will report this company. Hopefully people read the reviews, as I should have, so they don't have to go through the same thing

I've bought a few items from Zaful (jeans, blouses...) over the last few months and am pleased to say I'd be happy to recommend the site for shopping.
The products arrived in good order and in reasonable time.
I love the flare jeans, for instance. First bought them in the large size but they're so comfortable I also ordered a pair in medium... The material is stretchy and lightweight, and the denim colour is a perfect 'traditional' wash.
The order was processed immediately and delivered within two weeks.
Just be conscious of size variations. Pricing is decent so making up for mistakes isn't such a worry, especially of you have friends of similar size.
Zaful sucks--It took me 4 emails, and two weeks, only to be told they won't refund me. They would give me a credit, but I had bought 4 items from them, and all their sizes are WAY TOO SMALL! So no way did I want a credit! I will never buy from them again, and told them I will campaign like this spreading the word! Terrible place to buy!

I purchased 4 items in my size. None of them fit. I cannot raise anyone there to address my concerns. They want pictures, order numbers, proof of defects, and then with you provide all of this you get an auto response: Check the size chart. So I set up a dressmaker's form using their sizes and dressed the form, one by one, to show that the items do not fit a body according to their specs. Submit. Sorry, error please try again.

I ordered a dress on 9/15/15. Just received today 2/22/16. That is over five months. The item ordered is definitely not L (probably M) and is not what I imagined it based on the picture. So this will go to charity as I will not deal with returns. It took me multiple texting conversations to arrange this shipment. The customer service on Facebook (the best way to reach them) is responding timely but they can either resend an item (after 8 weeks past order date, I believe, so if you have a time sensitive order then don't count on this) or give store credit. They can not refund. When the item did not arrive by late December based on all possible deadlines, I asked to resend it. Turns out the item is no longer available and they can only give store credit. Now, I do find the same item online and it states it would be shipped within 3 days, which means somebody will order it today and will be informed that it was shipped three days later. I contact them again and say yes you have it, please ship. So they say they are expecting it within two weeks (i. E. item is not completely unavailable as was stated by customer service earlier) and can ship to me then. Then some time in January they texted me that I had to follow up with them some time in the future to request the shipment (i. E. they don't have a system to track who is owed a replacement and the customer must keep texting them to find out what is going on :)) . Just excellent :). I do not recommend buying and I believe this company should be shut down in the US. Another interesting thing is the shipper's address on the package that has arrived: Germany, Postfach 2732/ ******* Niederaula.
Another thing to note is their customer reviews for items for sale on their website. I have never seen such uniform and consistently short comments. Most of them look totally fake to me.

I placed an order for 2 items not knowing it was being shipped from China. After 8 weeks - no product. Emails back and forth (not an easy process) and no resolution. I asked for refund and cancel of order 3 times - no resolution. No refund. No oriduct received. I think they are an international scam. Great clothing photos at unbelievable prices - cause they don't really exist. DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Two weeks have gone by since I've tried to get shipping information to/from them. I even purchased a tracking number which I never received. They are unresponsive and my order was time sensitive. It is still showing as processing and hasn't shipped. This company seems like a total scam. :(

Waited for seven weeks for my order. When I didn't receive it, I contacted customer service and then heard nothing. After another two weeks I contacted them via facebook and was told that I would be getting a refund in 3-7 days. Well it has now been another two weeks and nothing. I received my second order to find loose stitching and sections that were not stitched at all. If I hadn't been so angry about my original order, I wouldn't have worried about the quality- you get what you pay for- however, every part of this company seems to be faulty.
