I finally received my first over in 5 weeks. The shirt was cheap material and I ended up throwing it away, the 2nd order was never received $105.00 worth of hard earned money. Its been 6 weeks. There will not be a third time.
Delivery: It takes 2 months for my orders to arrive!
Customer Service: Almost sounds like it's a computer generated response. Contacted them twice and git the same exact answer twice!
Product: TERRIBLE! The material was cheap! Not the same as shown on the website! Definitely bait-and-switch. They advertised a beautiful skirt but had a cheap company in China made a much much cheaper version of that skirt and send it out. The skirt looks like an Amish skirt! Definitely not the item I intended to order!
Overall, just avoid thus company. It's not worth the money and the frustration!

I've been buying in Zaful for a couple of months and i am very happy with it.
The products have a good quality and they arrived in about 15 days max.
I recommend to always ask for the expedited time, that way you cant track your order without a problem. The communication is good, they take around 24 hr max. To answer any question or solve any problem
The price of the items is cheap so if you make any size mistakes

I would give no stars if that was possible. After no sign of my purchase as of 60 days I tried getting in touch with the company. At first they were apologetic and reassured they were completely responsible for my order, but then after seeing I accidentally get one number wrong in my phone number they said I had left out very important info for my order, and there was nothing they could do. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I'm convinced this company makes their money out of scamming people, and would recommend not buying from them.

Embroidered Dress... Loved it. My Mate loved it on me also. It fit nicely and arrived on time. It took about 2 weeks( ordered on Nov24/ shipped on 25/ arrived on the 4th Dec) which was not bad.
I've ordered from zaful a few weeks ago. Things still not here! There is also no way in contacting with these people!

I was pleased with my order from Zaful, as I understood what I was ordering: 2 very inexpensive dresses that would probably take a month to arrive. I got exactly what I paid for. I will order form them again. Educate yourselves and be patient.
The clothes are about 7 sizes too small for an adult. The quality is horrible. You can NOT return your order for a refund! They ask you to take pictures of the items with a measuring tape, so I did. Then when I tried to upload them I could NOT. There return policy states that the customer with only receive a PARTIAL refund (ha ha good luck) and that the customer must pay return shipping to CHINA. Which costs more than the PARTIAL refund.

I ordered Color Block Keyhole Neckline 3/4 Sleeve Dress (Black) on 10/26 and I just received it last week and I LOVE IT! It looks exactly like the model on the site I ordered from. It is true to size, I would recommend going the next size up for perfect fit and room at the top. I will be ordering from this website again. I wish i could upload on this site with me in the dress.:)
The only Con... Didn't like the long delivery. However, anytime I reached out to customer service via email regarding the status or any updates, they always responded within 24hrs.
I am a happy satisfied customer and have referred ZaFul to ALL my co-workers, some of my family and most friends (that shop online).
Do not order anything from them. I ordered $150 of products and only got $15. It has been 3 months and I don't have the rest of my products. There is no one you can talk to when you call them.

I don't know about you all but i got mine in just 7 days & the fabric was really comfortable too. Not even joking! Definitely buying some more!
I have had nothing but an amazing experience with these guys! Amazing customer service and quality products! I have ordered many dresses from them!
Every outfit I have ever ordered has been good quality and fits perfectly. Customer care is awesome and the associates who respond on tickets are very helpful and friendly! None the less the pricing for the products is amazing. Cheap and of good quality.
Its almost impossible for you to track any package, its over priced, and shipping takes forever! I ordered a couple of summer time dresses in probably august on here and one of them showed up (not as even described, a month late, and already falling a part) and now it is December and the other is just barely being shipped. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't see it until 2016 or later and I'm assuming it will be in horrible condition... Too much for over $100! Not in the slightest bit of an exaggeration, this is the worst, most unprofessional website I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

These guys steal their photos from reputable clothing websites. Hardly ever send their items (i waited over 3 months). And when they do, they look nothing like the image. The sizing is off, the fabric is cheap, nasty, and smells like petrol. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY! You will end up in fights with them trying to get a refund. Terrible customer service.
