I've ordered two items from Zaful so far. Both were outerwear jackets. One I bought a few months ago and it was a PU Jacket. The other I bought a few days ago and was a winter jacket with a fur hood. I ADORE both of my coats. The shipping was slower than I like, but Im used to shopping amazon prime with 1 or 2 day shipping, so Im a bit spoiled in the shipping department. Considering that the items were coming from Asia, the shipping was decent. The sizing can be troublesome IF you're not used to Asian sizing. I tend to buy a lot of items from Asia because the styles are unique and trendy so Im very familiar with how to order Asian sizes. They also have a size conversion on their site that's easy to access and understand so there really shouldn't be any issue with sizing. The quality is decent for the price you pay. I didn't pay more than 30 for either item and have gotten TONS of complements on them.
I ordered my second purchase on zaful.com at Dec. 15,2015, i recieved all my stuff and it was a pictured and in good quality, colors were nice and bright too, i am really satisfied with all of my stuff and i think their website is very nice and well done, and they also send a picture of your package which you can see on your orders which i awesome.

I ordered a shirt from zaful thinking oh it's a good price it's fine I don't mind waiting, so I selected the free shipping even though it automatically chose the most expensive shipping which is same price as the item itself! Needless to say I chose the free one. Okay so no problem. Next they offer some points which translates to 2 dollars off. Okay even better. So far so good. Finish payment. Done and done.
Why did I get an email two days later saying the item has been shipped and low and behold they charged me the most expensive shipping AND they never applied the discount they so "graciously offered". So of course I email them right away, spoke with someone on their chat room, they apologized but never offered to refund the shipping which promised 5-7 days and it has been already a week, and no zaful package in sight. As I'm sure the item will be deievered in 2 weeks the same time the free shipping offers. 4 letters... SCAM don't buy from their website it malfunctions and overcharges you and the company does nothing.

Update: after Zaful saw my review above they contacted me via messaging system and noted on here as well, making it seem like they were going to do something to address the malfunction in their mobile site, but I was wrong to think things were going to be righted - all they did was say how I chose the expensive shipping and reiterate how they can't see that there's something wrong with the site. I believe there's a language barrier in that they do not understand what the word malfunction means. Either way don't bother with the site, because, as suspected, even with super-expensive shipping, the item still hasn't arrived 10 days later. This wouldn't have mattered if I paid zero for shipping but as of now the rip-off is that they charged me expensive shipping but it made no difference in how fast the item got to me. Zaful-o-$#*! is correct.
The order arrived so fast. I was hoping these would arrive fast. They did and the dresses were adorable. The fabric was very soft and it looked great on me.
Zaful is a scam. Wrong items shipped. Wrong sizes. Very very very bad quality. Beware positive reviews as they come from review farms where people are paid to say positive things. They are scamming their customers.

I spent $74 and got a dress, 2 top and skirt sets, 2 pairs of sunglasses and a ring and body jewelry chain. The two tops are too small but I don't want to bother returning them. I just know now to order larger. The clothes are for tiny people. I'm 5'2,115 lbs and size xl would fit:-). I didn't bother reading reviews on sites like this until after I ordered, so I was really worried, but maybe I got lucky, I don't know. I am really happy with the things I got. I may have paid $10 extra for postage but I don't remember... I do know $74 is how much the total for the clothing jewelry and sunglasses was. If you opt for the free shipping it may take a few months so I probably did pay about $10 postage because I got my things in a few weeks. If they offered insurance for a few bucks I would've got that too. I've never spoken or emailed anybody there so this is my own opinion, lol. I'm pretty happy. Just remember the clothes are tiny and knockoffs of most of the photos and you'll be ok:-)
I PLACED AN ORDER ON DEC 3 I HAVE ATRACKING NUMBER FROM DHL SAYING ITS IN LONG ISLAND. I CONTACTED DHL GLOBAL AND THEY SAIDTHEY HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM ZAFUL THIS IS BULL $#*! IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A XMAS GIFT NOW DONT COME WITH THE B/S ITS A BUSY MONTH. I CONTACTED ZAFUL OF COURSE ALL LINES ARE CLOSE CHATWITH SOMEONE WHO TELL ME THIS PRODUCT IS BEING SHIPPED FROM CHINA AND ITS ALREADY IN THE STATES AND THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! So after I posted this I did received an email that showed finally where my package was and yes its on its way so thank you but, next time you should tell the buyer that its coming from China not in the US

I love them. Second time ordering from them. So far, the quality of clothes are good. Unlike Sammydress & Nastydress, Zaful seems more professional. Their site has way more reviews & the quality of clothing isn't bad! Will be ordering a third time.
I ordered a holiday dress from there on 11/25 and have yet to receive it. There is no way to get a hold of customer service. I have emailed to their "customer service" address and called a bogus fake number. I am kicking myself for being caught up in the ads on Facebook. I can't believe the reviews I am reading and so wished I would have researched before ordering a package that has yet to come!

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A LONG BLACK VELVET COAT. AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, I READ SOME TERRIBLE REVIEWS FOR THIS STORE. YES, IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, BUT, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. THE COAT IS JUST BEAUTIFUL & THE QUALITY IS GOOD. I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I'LL JUST KNOW THAT IT'S GOING TO BE A LONG WAIT.
Meanwhile these scam artists at Zaful had already collected funds from my credit card (AMEX) on the same day that my order was placed. The funds where already released to them so I don't know why a few days later they tell me that my order is on "hold" and cannot be shipped until they receive a copy of my passport or drivers license and copy of my credit card. When I spoke to AMEX they confirmed that this wasn't standard practice and never to send anyone a copy of my credit card. I did well to call them and they will take care of that matter for me... this is what I call service!
Zaful on the other hand were rude on phone; they were very rude to me in that bad English from what I could understand and would not offer me any assistance other then to cancel my order. I was happy to go through any verification process with them over the phone. Oh! Which by the way looks like a Colorado number but don't be fooled because they are in China! Now that I have reviewed them online they want the order number so to make it right. You have already closed my ticket and any other attempts that I've made to try and get my order went into deaf ears but now you want to make it right? How about being transparent in your business practices from the start? How about treating customers with respect and providing them with assistance when they need it? How about that? Because that should be your standard practice, not trying to get copies of my passport/ID and credit card, that's why each card has a security code and other meansures are in place to protect against fraud. Who knows what they do with all that private information, they have no right too. Only people that need to see my passport is when I travel airline and immigration! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL they are truly AWEFUL and they are liars and thieves! I wish I could give them a few thumbs down because they don't even deserve one star!

Today i received my first order from Zaful! I had ordered on November 26th and asked for 5-8 day shipping. After not receiving my order after the time period i emailed them and they apologized but kept me updated with my order and answered me back within 24 hours if i emailed them with questions. If your orders do not arrive ON TIME that DOES NOT MEAN ITS A SCAM. But the time span they give you is definitely off, you just have to wait patiently to get your items. Also the items that arrived were WHAT WAS PICTURED, EXCEPT FOR 1! They quality of MATERIAL IS NOT STELLAR but for the CHEAP prices they offer the items at you cant really complain. If you're not willing to pay high prices you're not going to get the best quality. So for the most part i would consider shopping here again because i did get what i was expecting it just took much longer than i wanted. SO if you want something off their site order in ADVANCE, DONT WAIT. Because you'll be doing plenty of waiting with the shipping.
I ordered a coat in late October. The coat arrived quickly but looked nothing like the image on the website. When I requested a refund, it took a lot of assertiveness on my part to actually receive a shipping address to send the item back to. They also fought me all the way and tried to deny that I was eligible for a refund (even though the terms and conditions clearly state that if an item is different from the image online, you are entitled to a refund).
They told me that they would issue a refund when they received the item in 21 days. I had to chase them up continually and when they finally told me they had received the item, they dragged out the process of refunding me by informing me they were going to give me store credit (they had already told me I would get my money back).
It has now been three months and I was just told it would be 25 before my refund would be in my account. They have dragged their feet and attempted to weasel out of paying the refund every step of the way. Buyer Beware!

THE WORST SITE EVER! DO NOT SHOP ZAFUL! The absolute worst site, horrible customer service. Returning is impossible. Can not ever get through to a representative! Took me 4 months to actually get my refund (through PayPal) I had to dispute through them!
I love shopping online with Zaful. I have no issues with them and my shipment arrived on time in under 2 weeks. Already planning to order another item again soon and am super excited!
My order has been posted as "on it's way", but has been over 3 weeks. Cannot contact even a chat representative. Never Again, Zaful is Awful!

I love this site! The clothes and jewelry are my style (boho/hippie) and I order very frequently from here. Shipping is always free but I choose to pay for faster shipping (it's only like $9.95 more) and I get my stuff in a couple weeks. I receive so many compliments on my clothes that I have recommended this site to my friends. I needed a new wardrobe after loosing weight and I am happy that I'm getting my new goods from Zaful!
Beware of buying in this Website, Zaful is a SCAM. I made the mistake to buy two dresses and they only sent me one. And 3 months has past already and i'm still fighting for my refund, but they dont want me to give my money back, I pay with debit card and they tell me that I get the refund only if i get the refund to a Zaful Wallet. Like a Store credit. This means that they do not want to give my money back they are forcing me continue spending money in the web. Be very careful, Check on Google and you will find that there are to many complaints with the same problem.
