I recently purchased an item from zaful, my package got lost and it was resent and arrived quickly and boy was i happy when the item arrived. The clothing is of high quality at a valuable price. Zaful always has great deals. I soon purchased another item and cant wait for it to arrive.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ZAFUL!
Ordered 2 dresses at the end of September and I still don't have them. Have contacted them 3 times through their "ticket" system. Most recent response from them offered to resend my order if I paid another $14 postage or I could get a store credit. I chose to accept neither - I'm NOT paying any more money to these crooks and I will NEVER deal with them again so they can stick their store credit.

I ordered 2 dresses from this site. It took almost a month to receive them... one was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. This site is a joke. I wouldn't even THINK about sending them back. God only knows how long that process would take! I'll NEVER in life order from them again!

Hmm- money laundering scam? I have heard a lot of complaints. I ordered an item, which did eventually arrive, after I lodged a complaint with my credit card company. Too many people (FB, Paypal, DHL, credit card companies, MS, yahoo, any place where these companies advertise) are making money off the public.
I will add, in my heart, I knew the price was too low for the item shown in photos. I have heard that they steal other sites' photos, designs, etc. My added personal fear/suspicion is that they are using slave labor to make the garments (poorly). Think about it. The garments look like they were put together by children, doing the best they could. This really is the underbelly of capitalism, but everyone who bought from them needs to own a bit of it. I thought/knew the price was too low for producing the item but thought, well, maybe that is just a come on price. Do people really all not see that the prices are too low, and that they are taking advantage of our wanting that good deal at any external cost? I realize saying this may make me unpopular! But I think it is true.

I ordered what looked like great sweaters, they arrived with ripped out tags, torn seams, strings hanging, terribly plastic acrylic materials that looks flammable, I cannot stress how terrible this quality is. Please do not order from them. You have to photogragh products for returns, they don't accept comments because you have to create an account, everything about this company is false and misleading.

I have ordered from this site 3 times with about 4 items per order. I always order a size larger and I have no complaints as of yet. It will take about 2 weeks to receive even if it's a rush.
I was actually very pleased with my purchase. It was exactly what I wanted! I ordered a beautiful white dress and it is so comfortable! It took almost a month to arrive, but the customer service was so kind!

Just received an order I purchased. The quality of the clothing is horrendous. Looked like someone made the clothes in home economics class. Aside from that, the clothes took two weeks to arrive. I plan to donate them because I don't want to spend any more time or money dealing with this site. Lesson learned!

Website Zaful.com I love very much. You can get all the information, which you can find quickly, and they are true.
News are up to date, well-designed and maintained (on page and also on mail; Gmail.com).
As well they always surprise with bonuses, discounts for very beautiful selected products which calls for a viewing and buying.
Because all costumers are very important to them, they committion to providing us best service, information, etc... are to me defenitely good expiriences.

To say I've been swindled is an understatement. It's my first experience and I want to be sure that no one else sends these people their money. The clothes on the site are NOT what you receive. Apparently, they take high end pics from
Other companies, use them
On their site and then send you a very very cheap knockoff that "reaembles" what the site shows.
They have NO phone line, and no one will return an email from customer service. The sizes are at least 3-4 sizes smaller than stated. If your lucky enough to finally get a response -through Facebook they may offer you partial store credit. Even after sending a side by side photo of the dress I ordered and the one I received, showing an obvious color and pattern difference. Also, a zipper defect and running 3-4 sizes smaller than stated on label. They will allow a Return!
They want to state my complaints are very minor and want to offer a "partial refund", in the form of- "20% will go on a store credit."
I would never spend another penny at Zaful.com. I feel awful for purchasing something that is that big of a scam. Shame on you Zaful.
The red velvet jacket was too small and arrived with no receipt, nothing in the bag except the product. It was sent from China. I looked online to see if there was a Zaful office in the USA to send the jacket to but there isn't, and Zaful's return policy and customer service obviously tries to thwart returns. They spend a lot of money on advertising because their products are schlock. I was fooled, but never again. Please don't waste your money. I just gave the jacket to a neighbor child to use for dress up.

I ordered a one piece leopard print bathing suit SKU *******, which as ladies know, is about as hard to shop online for as jeans are. It was well made and is very flattering for a full hourglass figure like mine. I recommend you try this site because the fashions is awesome and the prices are incredible! Order was placed on Sept 26th and it arrived on Oct 7th. From China to Florida in 12 days is pretty darn great. I will be shopping with them again.
Update: The images they use are NOT what you will get. This is a "knock-off" product house. That said, I was not expecting much because the clothing and coats were very inexpensive. I had a hunch the cloths would run small so I upped the sizes based on zafuls size chart. I could also tell by the "customer's images" that what they model is NOT what I was going to get.
My small order (1 item) finally showed up and it was a JOKE. It was supposed to be a Holiday velvet dress. What it is, is a collared renaissance faire shirt made with poly-velour (think "cheesy jog suit"materical). Horrible! My other order was several coats in a 2XL. All TOO SMALL! They fit me like a Juniors large. I am 5'10" and 170lbs. Proportionate/athletic build. The shoulders were so tight I cannot wear any of the stuff! I also purchased stretchy tops in 1XL and they are way too tight. The elbow patches on one of the tops fell on the backside of my upper arm! All fabrics are CHEAP knock-off polyester. The workmanship is lousy. I plan to give it all to my daughter rather than risk sending it back and never seeing a dime. I spent $150 on their cloths.

I finally got my order over 2 months after I ordered 3 items. I paid extra for the tracking number which they never sent. When they did give me a delivery number (after my first complaint on this site) the hyperlink went nowhere. The first dress was way too small even though I ordered a medium. The second two (that arrived about 10 days later) did not fit either. The sleeves were not fitted right and they were too small. Rather than try to return them to China, I donated one of them and gave the other 2 away. It is so true that you get what you pay for. The prices were too good to pass up but the experience and the end product were absolutely not worth it. I understand they are now asking for photo ID's. Do not do it! I will never order anything from them ever again.

After 3 months and numerous messages and complaints on their site I finally received a refund for the order I paid for that was not received. Persistence paid off. I don't feel it's plausible to give any rating for receiving a refund for an unfulfilled order since this should be standard practice. I am however appreciative that I no longer have to feel scammed. PS: As a business, it would be wise not to use any part of someone email address on a public site
I spent over £70 on clothing through the zaful website plus payment for fast delivery and insurance on the items. Firstly I never received a confirmation email but they did take my money and secondly I am yet to receive anything! All these 100+ negative reviews are making me extremely anxious and frustrated that I will never receive my items nor will I get my money back. Absolutely DO NOT suggest this website, don't be fouled by the cheap price tag.
