I bought 2 items off Zaful over 2 months ago, and they still havent arrived! I was very concerned about buying off this site to start with as it seemed a bit sketchy.
I waited for ages but it still hasn't come. I Then decided last week to send them an email to their support site asking if they could help me out and got no reply!
I got an email saying it was dispatched straight after i ordered and the tracking number still says its on its way...
I ordered three products from Zaful.com and one was just like the picture, the second was somewhat different from the picture, but the third product was way different from the picture online. The picture online makes it look as though there are red flowers embroidered on the dress & the colors are very bright in the picture. When I recieved the product I saw that the flowers are printed on the dress, the colors are very dull, the chest area is saggy, and the pattern is different from the picture online. This would not have been a big deal if Zaful would've honored their return policy of 30 days refund & 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I emailed Zaful several times telling them the problem & that I wanted to return the product & recieve a full refund & they only offered a very small refund. After I told them that was not good enough then they increased the return offer slightly. This is the first time I have ever had this problem with buying a product online & am very skeptical now.

I placed my order at the end of November and stil have not received it! I was hoping it would come in time for Christmas, I doubt based on previous comments that this is going to happen. My guess that this company is an absolute scam and I will NEVER order from again.

Ordered a dress from this company over 3 weeks ago. I tried tracking with the number they provided and there is no tracking information from USPS. It's a Christmas gift and I don't think it will get here after reading all the reviews. Wish I would have known it was coming from china. Very upset customer

I've ordered from this site about 3 times and each one has been great! The items I received were just what I ordered and I've recommended them to all my social site friends!
I ordered a jacket from them and it was exactly as described in the description. It did ship from China - I wish I had known this before I picked my shipping option or I would have picked a faster option. It arrived about 3 weeks after ordering so definitely not fast, but I did contact customer service about it taking so long and they assured me that it was on its way. It arrived safe and was very cute.
Just opened the package, and saw two items, a coat and a jacket, what I ordered. Couldn't believe it! These were totally different from the pictures on the website! It's rubbish... I can't wear them... I want my money back!

I ordered a top on 13th September 2015. I never arrived. I paid insurance. I have it on my credit summary. I contacted Zaful by email to be told i hadnt paid insurance so they could not track my order. Load of crap. Do not buy this from this company. Read all the reviews first. I saw an ad for this store on amazon and went to look... I started shopping immediately! I adore this store though must make up for out of country size differences... their Large is usually our small here in the USA... The items I purchased were of solid quality and are all really lovely. I am careful with most shoes that aren't made local as size is somewhat more difficult to guess, though I may purchase some boots. I've gotten beautiful lined velour tops and embroidered dresses and just wonderful clothing here! I am excited to shop with Zaful again! Great store!
