Fraud

I feel I have been scammed by this company. I placed an order on Sept 24 2015. It is the end of December and it has not arrived. I was told by customer service that it was lost in the mail so it was not their fault. I was given the option of a store credit for a fraction of what I paid, or I could give them additional money to try again on the first item. I have never heard of such a thing and I spent my entire professional career in fashion retail operations. This is not a company to deal with.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Zaful.com. Everything is very well made, especially for the prices I paid. The items I ordered are very stylish, and fit well. The sizing does run a bit small, but not outrageously small (as another reviewer believes). I have also had great communication from them regarding a back-order. The back-order has since arrived, and I am happy with that purchase too. It does take a little while to receive the items here in the U.S. But they are traveling all the way from China. Please be patient, and your beautiful items will arrive.

I always order clothes from here and have never had a problem! My parcel always arrives in the stated time and is all neatly packed! Customer service are great and it is not a rip off, clothes are all cheap and good quality!

The send wrong size, asked if i preferred a 'wallet refund' which you can use as credit or send the item again. (All that after the exchange of 4 emails)
They agreed for the refund which they never made. Although i contacted them and they apologized for the delay, still no refund.

KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR A BETTER SELLER.!

Very bad stuff

Never ever buy from Zaful as they are selling very cheap stuff, you can buy very good quality once for cheaper price from your local store when they are on special, I have purchased 3 dresses and 3 skirts, they are cheap in quality not worth for the money I paid, be aware!

I have done few purchases here and i love the clothes. At first i was suspicious about the quality or the shipping, but when i received my items i was actually surprised.
I also love to shop here because it is very hard to find a descent online store who ships clothes to my country. A lot of them do ship (to Latvia) but the shipping cost mostly is high.
I have recommended it to my friends and i will keep continue to shop here!

I have ordered from this site about a dozen times now and am impressed with Zaful. The clothing I have received is high quality, looks more expensive than it actually is, and fits great. I saw that other reviewers have complained about sizing, but as asian sizing runs different than American, as long as one follows the size charts, there are no issues. I am normally a small, but order medium from Zaful and just about everything fits great!

I recommend this site often to friends, especially when I get compliments on what I'm wearing. A lot of my friends are now using it too.The shipping is free, but is international, so it takes a little longer than domestic, but is still prompts. I dealt with customer service when an item was backordered and they were quick to reply, and answered my question fully and provided me with options to solve my issue. Very efficient in my opinion.

I really enjoy higher end clothing, but don't have a large clothing budget, so Zaful is an awesome solution for me. I have only good things to say, and none of my friends have had any negative experiences either. Top notch in my opinion. I will order again and again!

Let me start by saying that I am a real customer who has purchased *A LOT* of items from Zaful and I am very, very happy with nearly everything I have received. Over the past 4 months I have gotten at least 25 different pieces from this company and there was only 1 dress I was not thrilled with... everything else was just as described and many of the items FAR exceeded my expectations. I have given many pieces as gifts and all of the recipients were thrilled with what they received! Zaful is not a scam at all... you just need to know what to expect! In addition, I have found the customer service to be absolutely outstanding!

In my experience- customers just need to understand a few simple things:
-These clothes are coming from Asia. They run smaller than our clothes and so you must take that into consideration! USE THE SIZE CHARTS! They are right there and available in both inches and mm.
-There is expedited shipping available, and it is FREE > just pay attention at checkout and look at the different options. Some of the items do take awhile to arrive, but for the price... so what? Just be a little patient. They also offer shipping insurance for around $3, if I remember correctly.
-Look at the price and the description-- if it is a very cheap price and says "printed design", then this will be a lower quality item. The nicer quality costs just a little more- but still incredibly reasonable!

I have dealt with customer service several times and found everyone to be prompt with replies and extremely courteous... what more could you ask for? I will continue to shop at Zaful and I am very thankful and happy to have found this store! :)

SCAM!

Never ever buy from this site. It is an absolute disgrace. I ordered 8 items to the value of $134, I received 4 and 2 were faulty whilst the other 2 looked nothing like the pictures at all. It took me 4 months to get a refund, but even at that it wasn't even half of what I paid. Their customer service is non existent. If you are going to be as stupid as I was to order, I strongly advise you use PayPal who can at least help you resolve it. I strongly urge you never to use this site!

Horrible

I placed an order from Zaful the first week of September 2015. It is the last week of December 2015 and have yet to receive my order or a response from Zaful's customer service. Buyer BEWARE... Scam!

Update 1/4/2016 The response to my review was the 1st response I was able to get from Zaful. Don't be fooled by this attempt to make it look like they were trying to resolve this matter. I replied with my order number as requested and they will not respond. Please save yourself the hassle and don't order from Zaful!

After my order, I got a shady email from Zaful asking me to verify who I was by sending a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my credit card. I knew this was a bad sign. Too late, order was placed. When the package FINALLY arrived all six (6) items arrived not as pictured. Sizing completely off. Two items came unfinished. Yes, unfinished meaning the dresses were never completed and had raw edges. One of them had holes where string was suppose to be weaved through... no string. DO NOT ignore the reviews - DO NOT buy from Zaful. Waste of time and money.

They responded to my customer support email with an email saying that they have responded and to not respond to their mail?
I want to return all of my products tot 108.00 No reply the products are like a halloween costume that you would buy at the party store …poor quality shiny fabric and strings hanging over the place no understanding of fit.
What a waste of money …. STAY AWAY …I am making a claim to the BBB

Ordered some swimwear from Zaful and all was fine, looked like what it did online. It came a little later than expected and fit a little bit snug as Chinese sizes are much smaller. Lucky I'm small so I could get away with wearing it. All was great or so I thought until I wore it to my work Xmas party (I work at Adventure World). The microsecond I hit the water suddenly the whole swimwear expanded and I literally nearly fell out of it! Luckily I was wearing shorts or my workmates would've copped an eyeful. At first I thought the zip came undone, but nope, it just got huge and I had to hold myself in for the rest of the night. IT'S $#*!ING SWIMWEAR, WHAT $#*!ING SWIMWEAR CAN'T GET WET? Now they're offering me only a part refund which is a measly amount of AU$ or part of a refund with Zaful credits. Why in the $#*! would I want credits when I don't want they're $#*!ty products? How bout a big $#*! you and a middle finger? That's what I say to your refund. NEVER BUY FROM THEM, RUN A $#*!ING MILE AND NEVER LOOK BACK!

This site has been a nightmare. I spent over $100 only to wait months for my order, then to find out the quality and sizing, color, etc. of the items was misrepresented. You CAN'T RETURN THESE BAD ITEMS unless you want to pay big bucks out of pocket to surface ship this crap back to China. Wish I had come here first before ordering.
