1st off I didnt realize the items ship from China! That #1 why it takes so long to get to you and #2 you get items that are half finished or padding is in the wrong place!
I followed the sizing instructions and ended getting a dress that 2 of me could fit in, then when I contacted customer service (only online) they offered a $3. Refund or if I paid for shipping both ways they would exchange! I am not paying $134. For shipping when it's their fault it doesn't fit in the fist place! This is their intentions from the start, to steal peoples money! They are lucky they're not in the US or they would have a law suit just for the principle of it!
I placed my order on the 8-01-2016 received 21-01-2016 on complaint about that, they sent me a tracking number, all good. Garments were good quality and I am very happy. They accept Pay Pal so if there is a problem Pay Pal has guarantees so I felt save ordering.
I would order again without any concern.

I ordered in September 2015.
Today is January 19 2016 and nothing has come.
Zaful tells me they are sorry but my items got lost in transit and because I did not buy shipping insurance, they can only credit me partially for my loss. They did say they could resend the items, but I would have to pay another 11.00 dollars for shipping on an item I probably paid 9 dollars for.
Complete waste of time and money. Do NOT order from this company.

I was very happy to find swim wear I actually like! However I'm worried now after seeing these reviews. And also, I PAYED for them on the 9th of Jan, meant to be here 5 days later. Nope. It's now the 20th and I'm worried about what I've paid for. False advertising, just want what I've bought. After posting a negative review for Zaful on this site I received several emails from Zaful asking for yet more photos of the dress. I could not get them to understand that this particular dress was NOT an American size. I wanted the dress for our Bicentennial Party in February. Yesterday I received an email that my money was being refunded. Glad to have closure with this company. Never again!

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing 4 articles of clothing. Very cheaply made, completely undesireable quality. And the sizes were very inconsistent. They have an awful return policy, basically no refunds at all. The emails I received from them were exactly the same wording each time, it appears they are computer generated responses. Do not order from this company at all! All the products are shipped from China and none of them had labels on them. Very dissappointed.

I ordered a poncho. It was full of defects. When I emailed about 5 photos to Zawful they asked for MORE PHOTOS. They have refused to answer emails or my calls. I finally had to have Paypal issue me a refund and they told me they have HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS on file. If you order anything from the company you are STUPID.
Zawful has a FAKE Customer Service rep named SANDY Z who posts here with fake concern. They don't give a rat's behind. Zaful will NEVER contact you for a refund. Their FAKE CONCERN IS ALL A LIE.

Like so many others I was sucked in by the photographs. The products themselves are nothing like and the quality is poor. The sizing is a joke as I bought XL and 2XL which would only fit very tall stick insects! Never again will I buy something I can't feel and try on first.

I wish it was possible to give no stars - this was the worst experience!
First of all they never sent the order and unless i followed up nothing would have been said, then it said they had refunded the money but would take 25 days to process - of which 40 days later nothing.
Have ended up getting my bank to sort this out - this was the worst experience and the poor excuse for customer service is embarrassing.

I am absolutely outraged that they have taken my daughter of 14 for a fool she purchased items of this disgraceful company paid premium for express delivery only to receive two weeks later and the quality of the items are really poor quality.
When she has tried contacting to arrange a return address and refund they send an email back asking for photos and reason surely shabby workmanship, scamming and conning people is enough
This company should be reported to trading standards and taken legal which is in fact my next step if we do not get a full refund and I would advise everyone to steer clear

I ordered 4 dresses and NONE of them looked like the pics. ALL of them came in DIFFERENT MATERIALS than pictures and one was even a totally different color. NO LINERS so they were TOTALLY SEE THROUGH. One of the dresses I couldn't even fit my forearms in and I'm a size 4.

This site is HORRIBLE and it needs to be shut down. I never received my order and never got a refund, either. It also took them 2 MONTHS to ship out the item, which I never got. Hands down the worst online retail site I've ever ordered from. Read the reviews on online review sites about this terrible company. Product is poorly made, misrepresented in style, shipping takes for ever, no customer service, no satisfactory refund policy. Caveat Emptor in this digital age. Why do I have to give one star?!

After a lot of follow up with Zaful, I did receive my order. I feel like they resent it, but possibly it really did take 3 months to get here... It was too much work and time to actually get a jacket. I don't see myself ever purchasing from them again. At least I did receive my purchase. This was an updated to this original post - I placed my order 2 months ago and have not received my item. I followed up with them 15 days ago, they wrote up a support ticket but I've heard nothing since then and still have not received my item. Seems like a big Fraud.

After dealing with them over a refund I'm told to return item to China which would cost twice what the crappy item cost.
VERY poor workmanship, no labels, cheaply made, don't match pic on web page, I could go on but you get the picture.
