You really don't want to buy from this company. They're return policy SUCKS! They avoid refunding your money at all costs and refuse to provide a return address even if you are willing to ship the unwanted items back. Too add insult to injury they then will only offer credit. Not much good if you can't fit their clothes! All of their clothes run VERY small. The company ships from China and the measurement guides posted on their website is very deceptive. The cut of the clothing will only fit very slim junior customers. No doubt they are seeing based on their local demographic (NOT U.S. sizes).
Because the company is located in China, be absolutely sure you order things you will not want to return, as the company does not pay for return shipping, the price of which may exceed the price of your order. I was mistakenly sent size L's when I wear a SM, but was unable to return because of this. HOWEVER zaful was kind enough to send me a partial refund away, which they did not have to do.
Expect delivery to take a few weeks, because of the processing for international shipping/customs.
The material is thin, but the items are inexpensive so that is to be expected.

If you placed an order 12/14/15, when should you expect to receive it? 30-45 day turn around is rediculious. After reading the reviews I wonder if I'll get my package or even get what I ordered.

I purchased two ballgown style dresses from Zaful in two different colors, each less than $20! After carefully reviewing the Size Chart, I ordered the dresses a size larger than my normal and they fit perfectly! They arrived pretty quickly also. I will definitely order again.
Ordered shoes for a wedding and got the wrong size, style, and color. They refused a refund after sending me the entire wrong order. Not a site I would recommend to anyone.

I placed this order on 12/7/15 and paid for expedited service. I just received the package today, 13/30/15. It is absolutely not a 2X. It is a size for a child, it is flimsy and poorly sewn. I am extremely disappointed and would like to return it and get my money refunded. Please forward me a return label. This was a horrible experience for me. I have not heard from anyone from Zaful to date.

Unlike all majority of the reviews on here, I was actually very pleased with my Zaful experience. The dress I ordered came within the time frame they promised, and the dress was what I was hoping for.
Much like the majority of customer reviews on here, the items:
1) Take FOREVER to get here, and ship separately even if they are ordered at the same time,
2) Either don't look like they do on the website or, in my case, have a stain on the items (I'm sure it's because someone had worn it before - it looked like deodorant)
3) Won't issue a refund for these items; or if they do offer it, they make you pay for the shipping back to China, regardless that it is the fault of the company that the items are total garbage.
I went back and forth with the customer service team for almost 2 weeks and the "best" they could do for me was a 30% refund since I was not about to pay for shipping back to China. I had to resubmit the photos for "evidence" 4 different times before anyone could learn to open a JPG file. I was also told that a quality inspection may result in a stain to the item... does this make any sense to anyone but them? The only thing they do decently well is respond to inquiries quickly. Such a joke though. Keep your money and shop at reputable shops with better reviews than this one. Not worth the hassle in the least.

I ordered this purple lace dress for coming this past fall, and I was so excited to have such a pretty dress when I only paid $25 (dress, shipping, "insurance"). The dress came and the material felt like sand paper, and the dress was beyond see through. Come to find out that it also had a massive stain on the back of it too. Wasn't even worth the hassle to ship it back because I would've lost more money again. This site sucks... Not worth the time or frustration.

I would give zaful a zero if it was an option! I ordered $150 worth of stuff from them in 2015 and still have not received anything. They sent me a fake tracking number so I can't even track the package to see where it is. Then there is no way to get in touch with them. There phone does not work, half the time the ticket system on their website does not work and when it does work you just get a crappy generic response with the same made up tracking number. I am now trying to get a refund with no success so far. Seriously do not buy from this company!
Two orders placed. Two orders never received. The company tacked on insurance which I was not able to take off yet when the orders went missing "their" insurance was worthless. The company wanted me to do ridiculous things: Go to the post office, talk to my neighbors, etc. Thankfully my credit card is handling this. I wish I had heard of SiteJabber before I did business with Zaful. I'll ALWAYS use SiteJabber in the future.

As you will see they have dedicated 3-4 days so far on all platforms to contact each one of you with a automated message(s). I received an offer of $50 ZAFUL bucks to spend IF I REMOVE MY REVIEW FROM SITEJABBER.:/
Nice gesture, but way too many have been neglected by them. I remember writing for months, calling. Please don't let a couple days worth of good business protocol sway 100%, lets see continued efforts, not bribery. Maybe human emails and calls.

In my opinion, both this website and its clothes are horrible. Yes, this seems like a great price and all but order from a trusted website please. I recently ordered a swimsuit from here, the first picture is the one I ordered, the second is the one I received. The swimsuit they sent is completely different from my order and the sizing is off. There are also threads hanging out of the shorts. There is also a stain on the shorts. Please keep your money and go to the store yourself to buy your things.

I have made three orders with Zaful and the orders are bigger each time because my experience is always great. I am not a size small so I typically order two sizes up and check the size chart for each item I purchase and the items always fit well. I also like that there are new items added to the website everyday. The quality and variety is very appealing. I've also spoken with customer service and the experience was a pleasant one. I love the style offerings and will continue to be a Zaful customer. I also highly recommend this website.
To start, this is a China-based website with inexpensive clothes. Knowing that, and knowing that you get what you pay for, I thought this company was great. I ordered my clothes during a busy holiday season and it took a while to arrive, as expected and as described. But when the clothes did come, they were better the expected. The dresses I bought fit nice and the necklace that I bought is one of my favorites. I would and will order from them again.
Overall I love Zaful. I ordered two dresses for my birthday on this site and I could not be happier about them. They are beyond beautiful and I got compliments from so many people. I received my items on the day they said they would come.
