I just got my "order" the shirt took 3 weeks to arrive and came inside a tiny bag from China-it is an XL but is a child's XL -they are THEIVES -the items is not what is in the pretty photo on a Model -SCAM STAY AWAY? I don't know who is wearing the photos but they are not REAL PEOPLE!

Brilliant business

I have not had any problems at all with Zaful. Brilliant customer service, postage time (from US to Aus) and items were exactly what they looked like on the site. I would definitely suggest people buy from them.

Great experience!

I had a really great experience with this company! I ordered 4 things from them! 3 of them came in very good condition and were made out of good material! One of my items came stained but I contacted Zaful about it and the gave me a partial refund so the costumer service is good :) I'll be buying from this company again, the shipping is also very fast!

I purchased a few items through Zaful and they were NOTHING like what they had advertised on their website. The quality was terrible, and the items were delivered in very bad condition. When I tried to return them, they lied about their returns policy, and then haven't been contactable since. Do NOT shop here. Its a scam.

I feel robbed!

If you can do anything for yourself today, do not complete your order to Zaful or even look at their clothes! You see pictures of cute clothes at amazing prices and think this is too good to be true! Well it is. They take those photos from other company's websites!

I ordered a bunch of items. One of the items I ordered was not even there, and only one of them I plan on keeping. The clothing fits terribly, it smells like a sweatshop, and I found holes and thread coming out of the clothes. There are no washing instructions, no labels. I ordered what I thought would be a soft, cotton hoodie. I got a fake cotton-FOAM (seriously wth?!) hoodie that would fit a 10 year old and the embroidered stitching was crooked. I ordered a pair a jeans a size larger than my regular size, smelled like chemicals, and couldn't even zip them they were the size of a middle schooler's jeans. The only thing that fit and looked good was this cotton green dress that would be impossible to mess up, but even then I have my concerns.

Bottom line: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Horrible

I bought a bathing suit from zaful and when it arrived, it had what looks like mold. Dark spots all over the white bodice of the suit. I contacted them to let them know about it and they told me bathing suits couldn't be returned. Seriously? I've never been so frustrated with a company. Their customer service reps are totally worthless. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Buy your clothes from somewhere else.

What a scam! Stay away!

Update 2/2016 What a crock. Tried every which way to communicate with them. Don't believe they will help.

Total scam. This company is out of China, customer service useless. I saw some cute stuff. Failed to research this site. Total scam. I ordered two coats. Granted they were cheap. I checked the size chart and picked the size that SHOULD have been my US size. They came and were a little child size. I couldn't get one arm into it. I went to their warranty returns and they asked for pictures, order number. I went through weeks dealing back and forth with a customer service that couldn't hardly speak English. Never any satisfaction. They kept asking for more info that I had already provided. When they said they needed a picture of the chest measurement, I asked how specifically I could get that with a wrap-around coat. They never answered. No satisfaction. Total scam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I placed my order on Zaful on the 24th of January and was curious on how long the processing time would take so they can finally ship my package. (I have a semi formal dance on the 5th of February so Im in a rush).
I got in contact with the site chat and they told me that the package that I payed for is OUT OF STOCK. I was infuriated and I got a refund. Worst experience ever. Fix your $#*!ing site. Such $#*!s.
ALSO Im not even sure if my order is cancelled or if they really did a refund because the item is still on my "orders tab" and It still says processing. The site also states that I can only cancel items within 1 hour of purchasing the item. Such bull$#*!

Great experience

I have order 4 different times from Zaful and never had any issues. The packages usually come between a week and half and 2 weeks. All the tops fit fine, the maxi dresses however must be made for someone very short. Lol I will definitely order more! I recommend Zaful to all my friends who comment on my clothes!

The items on this site are very inexpensive. When you receive the product you understand why. Not only are the photos deceiving but the quality of the products is substandard. Sizing is off. Their models must be small in proportion to what they describe as U.S. equivalent. Returning/exchanging the items would cost as much as the item itself. You are responsible for the charge of shipping both ways and that would include tariff charges. The end result is it would cost way more to return/exchange that what the piece is worth. To be fair a couple of times ordered have been okay, but for the most part I would think long and hard about ordering from this company.

NEVER order from Zaful... they never send your order. They take your money and keep telling you it's on the way. I ordered the first of Dec. And here it is the end of Jan. And nothing. If the order comes in by the end of the year, I will retract this statement... but it looks like I've been taken like so many others! I would give them NO star rating but it wouldn't let me comment without giving one.

I am seeing all these reviews and am freaking out completely. Wish I had read through them before making a payment.

Usually, when I pay for an item or so online? I get an email from the company or seller confirming my payment.

I am worried now that I won't get my item till 2 months later, I ordered a size 2XL as I am a sizing of 14-16. I only hope and hope and hope that everything comes as perfect as it looks in the picture online.

Please don't make me regret buying from you otherwise I know my rights as a buyer. If people on here are complaining about what has happened I'm sure you can look into it as false advertising is not right.

TERRIBLE!

So regret ordering from this company, I placed my order which they told me had been shipped but whenever I track it with the number they provided I'm told the number is invalid, so either they haven't in fact shipped it like I was told or have given me a fake number. Also, when checking my back account I noticed they removed a sum of $102 for my order that came to $69. I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering.

Worst shopping experience of my life. I placed an order on the September 17,2015. And I am yet to receive the items that I ordered. I have written several complaint letters to their customer service. I have chatted on line and still have not gotten the items I have ordered and more so no favorable answer as to what became of my order.
I would advise everyone to steer clear from this company and take your business elsewhere. Just horrible, horrible service.

Horrible company to shop from. They basically take photos from magazines and then cheaply make the product to order. It will come a month in a half later in the worst condition that a garment can be made, and they will not issue you a refund, as if you ready the fine print, you only have three days. It is a shopping disaster. Such a shame, I was pretty excited when I saw the site. Take your money elsewhere.

I had a good experience with Zaful and I would order from them again. SIZE: I ordered a velvet shirt dress in a size large in cadet blue. The size I ordered fits well, in US sizes I typically wear an 8-10 dress size and a medium in most tops or bottoms. The size conversion chart provided by Zaful recommends I wear a large and it is accurate. QUALITY: The quality is good, fabric is soft, has some stretch, and it drapes well. The color is a rich blue and the lining inside the collar matches well. It is long enough for me to wear as a dress with stockings, the side slits are not too high, or I can wear it as a tunic. There were a few hanging threads that were tied off, so I just nipped them off. The dress has held up well in the wash. It's definitely worth the price. SHIPPING: I chose to pay a few dollars more for "standard shipping" which has a reduced shipping estimate compared to the free shipping. The estimated shipping time was accurate, my package took 10 days to arrive. I was able to check the status with the provided tracking number.

I placed an order well over a month ago, and though the order form claimed I would get my items within a few weeks, I have still not received them.
When I chatted online with customer service, I was told that the delivery date listed in the online catalog was incorrect--delivery may take as much as a month. As mentioned earlier, no package yet and a month has come and gone.
Zaful is a rip-off. Headed to Yelp now to spread the word.
