So I ordered 3 bathing suits almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. 2/3 of the suits said they would only take 3 business days to deliver while 1/3 said it would take 5-10. I bought these for an upcoming vacation which is now in 2 days and now will most likely will not have them by then which is very disappointing. Just saying zaful don't put the amount of time the order will take if that's not the case. You shouldn't order from this site unless you are very patient.
I ordered 2 rompers and a pair of sunglasses and they were shipped from China to US in a reasonable time. The quality of the products were great, the materials are nice and the sunglasses are sturdy and great for Florida sun. I would purchase from this store again!

I ordered a dress, What I received was a poor excuse of a dress! It was shoddy made, totally unwearable! I was charge over £13 delivery even though I marked 'free delivery'! I have binned the dress would not give to a charity shop! I would not give any stars to this scam of a company! PLEASE WARN OTHERS OF THIS SITE!

I love this website! Of course you should always check reviews on products before buying, but you should do that for every website! Always check size charts also. Everything I have ordered, was made with great quality and was very low priced.

I'm not sure if it's just Canada but I order 3 bikinis and none have arrived. I have sent numberous emails with no reply. If you don't believe me call their contact us number it's not even registered. I ordered mine in mid May and it's now the end of July. These swimsuits were supposed be for a vacation that I have already went on so I'm furious and believe these cons need to stop. ZAFUL is too good to be true

I ordered 2 rompers and 4 shirts from Zaful, and I can honestly say I had a great experience. I ordered my normal sizes that I would get in a regular store at the mall, and just to be safe I also checked the provided size charts using my measurements. Those were very helpful. Everything fits! I was amazed by the quality of the items, everything was exactly like the online picture. The prices were awesome too. My items took about 2-3 weeks to arrive on the US east coast, so be patient! It's totally worth it!
Ordered my clothes beginning of June, its been over 30 days and I havent received anything. Seriously do not order from this site.

I have ordered from Zaful twice and was satisfied for the most part. They're always getting new items so there is always something for everyone. The prices are great and shipping isn't too bad. I would recommend this company.
So I orderd 2 pairs of jeans and 1 red crop top on June 29, the shipphing was really fast because I got my clohting on July 8! Thank you for that. But now I have one problem. The jeans don't fit me but do I have to pay money for a return? And what is the price of that? I think it is a really good material and cute clothing, only the sizing is a little bit weird...
Recently ordered a swim suit from Zaful, the suit came quickly and was adorable. Just didn't fit me well, just a little small on the bottoms and a little big on the top. I emailed Zaful to find out how to return it and got a prompt return. They refunded my money quickly. I would defiantly shop with them again!

I ordered from zaful some clothes. They were very cute and stylish, I think they have quality, variety, great prices and good deals. Their customers service as well is very good and diligent. I will recommend zaful to any one who wants to be trendy and have cute clothes.
I ordered a swimsuit from Zaful online and my my items came on time (roughly two weeks or so) the swimsuit came as pictured, good material. But order a size or two up. I had no issues with Zaful.
I was surprised after coming here and seeing negative comments because Zaful honestly exceeded my expectations. I ordered 2 bikinis - both of which arrived on time. Both bikinis were surprisingly good quality material, however, one was not the color I wanted (although most people probably would have kept it because it was the same bikini and still cute). Customer Service was extremely adamant about responding - and I exchanged MULTIPLE messages with them. They were very understanding and immediately agreed to send me another bikini that was the same price as the other. I ended up choosing one that was $3.50 more and so they sent me an invoice just for that and my bikini is on it's way!
I decided to check out this website after watching some youtubers do a review of the website. I was pretty skeptical and waited a while as well as doing some additional research before I bought something. I ordered two items, both swimwear, and I was rather nervous about the sizing as you cannot pick a different size for the top and bottom. I got my order in about a week and a half. I did contact costumer service after 24 or 48 hours after I was emailed that my package was shipped and was asking about my tracking information and was given a reply in less than 24 hours and was informed that it takes a couple of days for the information to appear. The next day my tracking information showed up. Once I got my items, I was impressed and a bit un-impressed. The one bathing suit that I was impressed with was my wildcard one and it was great. Both in quality and color and sizing. The second one was great in quality but not in sizing and material wise. The top was very see-through and you could see the padding all the way through and it didn't cover my chest all the way. I was contacted by Zaful asking if I was satisfied with my purchase and told them the problem and they refunded me the money with no problem!
Overall, the quality of the bathing suits are great and the sizing can be a bit hit-or-miss but it shouldnt be a problem if you look at the sizing chart that they have (It is different for each item). The customer service is great and have gotten back to me with my questions within 24 hours.
