Ever since I found out about zaful, i always liked the site... went online and started looking at reviews and saw they weren't very good but i went with my gut and bought three bikinis anyways. I surely hope i have not made a mistake choosing Zaful. It has been over a week and i am inpatiently waiting for my bikinis but i know they will arrive soon due to the fact they have already arrived in NYC. Thank you zaful for the inexpensive things, im sure i will love the products!

This "company" is an absolute sham, and it was my mistake thinking they would be as reliable as SheIn and Romwe have been in the past. I'm an experienced wholesale buyer, and I am understanding when it comes to lengthy shipping times and horrible customer service, but this site takes the $#*!ing cake. I placed my order **************893 on June 26, and it was processed and sent out for shipment on the 28th. I then contacted them on the 30th asking if there was an issue with one of my items, because it still said "processing". The agent informed me it was out of stock and told me to choose another size. I did, it was shipped with another company (important) and it is currently in transit and just arrived in the States today. I was fine with that. The remaining 4 items were shipped and processed and the last thing the site and "yuntrack" tracking had to show was "ARRIVED AT HONG KONG SORTING FACILITY". This was on June 30th, it is now nearing July 12. Naturally I contacted them both through their instant messaging and submitted at least 5 separate tickets and was basically told "just wait it out". Then, last week, they finally admitted that they lost my package and told me to wait ANOTHER 3-5 days while they spoke to the shipping company. I asked for pictures or proof, and then was told they were "sorry for my experience". I am still attempting to contact them as of now, and have gotten no answers. I was also told by a "supervisor" that I could receive a partial refund of $18... when I paid $71 for the order... as compensation, and here's the kicker--in Zaful credits only. LMAO. Don't order from this garbage site, the good reviews are all either written by bots, Zaful employees, or paid reviews. They are scammers, stick to SheIn!

Zaful is my go to online store. I always find great deals and super cute on trend items. The items do take about 2 weeks to arrive but that does not bother me since the quality of the items are great and worth the wait. You cannot beat their prices, especially on the bathing suits. I recommend this website 10/10.

I'm nervous because I ordered a few things on July 08, and got two separate emails saying that some items have been shipped separately... and I haven't been able to track either one. I just wanna know if my items will be here by the 21st? That's when I am going to the beach and I ordered these items just for this event and I don't want to feel like I wasted my money. I love the pieces by the way, just want them ON ME!

After placing my order with Zaful for a few bikinis, I decided to read some reviews. I was a little skeptical because the majority were that they hated the website. I was regretting my order but I saw some good reviews mixed in. Less than the 15 expected shipping days later i received my bathing suits in the mail and they were perfect! Will 100% order again

I ordered four cute bikinis and one pair of shorts on june 18th. Still no sign of them! One of the bikinis(my favorite) hasn't even shipped. I think zaful is just stealing my money and hope my order shows up soon! NEVER ORDER AND EXPECT IT SOON BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN WEEKS! Scared they will not come before until summers over!

Very stressful

I ordered from Zaful for the first time in April and I loved the swimsuits I ordered, he shipping was actually quite fast so on June 20 I decided to order two more swimsuits and a pair of sunglasses because I am going on a trip next week and they haven't arrived, everyday i check my mail and nothing, on the tracking information it says that on June 24 it left the treatment center and was sent to USJFKF and now its July so where could it be? I'm just worried that I wont get it before my trip or at all. Zaful has let me down this time.

Frustrated
July 6, 2016

I ordered 3 bikinis on June 22 when they finally shipped they only shipped 2 of the 3 bikinis... It is now July 6th and I still haven't got the first 2 bikinis and I still haven't got a notification that they have shipped the third one. I've waited and waited and I just don't think they are coming. I won't be buying anything else from them..

I had placed an order with Zaful recently, 2 bikinis and 1 bralette, the bikinis were good, but the bralette wasn't, which was disappointing. But customer support responded very quickly, they were very nice and professional, and offered me a full refund for the bralette. So I do recommend them, and I will continue to buy from them, because even if something goes wrong again, I know that they are going to be professional about it.

Do not be alarmed by my response, the website I hear is very great with service and the quality of clothing/accessories. I loved their delivery, support service and quality... just not bathing sizes.

SHORTS: There is no hole for the button to go into? Is this normal? The quality is nice, not denim feeling, but its a very nice print. Nice elasticity! They are high-waisted and feel so comfortable, they fit so snug!

Bikini #1: Horrible. So small, I ordered medium and the sizing was so sad. I couldn't cover my boob. The straps were nice and long but, the cups were tiny.
Bottoms were very small too couldn't even wear it as "Cheeky" they were going to be swallowed by my arse, no, I don't have a big arse it's small... but the panties were just so puny!

HORRIBLE

I received my 2 swim suits yesterday, and I can tell you right now I will never be ordering from Zaful again. The grey bikini I ordered is a good size for the top, but the bottoms are made out of a horrible material and they are WAY to long. If I put them on to where they actually fit, they would raise up to my belly button, the band fits perfectly, but the cloth that goes underneath is like an adult diaper. The second suit I ordered was white, and I was told it did not come with padding, which I could simply fix with a sew in, unfortunately this swim suit is the worst quality I have ever seen. The material is completely see through. And if I were to wear this as an actual bathing suit, I would be full exposed to the world in every way. HORRIBLE. I have pillow cases made out of more substantial material. I will be returning both.

I'll admit I read lots of reviews about Zaful before making my purchase but I was too stubborn and ignored the countless red flags. Don't be fooled by their low pricing... their clothing is horrible quality. One of the dresses I ordered had such poor stitching that I'm sure the person who made it only learned to sew that day. There were so many obvious mistakes in the stitching and strings coming out everywhere and not to mention the fabric itself is horrible, stiff and scratchy. Of the 3 bathing suits I ordered, none fit properly. I got all mediums and one of the sets was way too small while another was way too big (basically a large) and one had too small bottoms but too large top... And I can't forget to tell you about the shipping charge you'll receive. I live in Canada and I got charged $38 on top of my order of about $113.29. ALSO not all my items were shipped together... I'm still waiting for 4 things (which I will also probably be charged around $38 for as well!) I would not recommend this site to anyone I care about.

I ordered 4 Swimsuits on June 10th and still have yet to receive them. They keep on telling me it takes up to 25 Days to receive it. Well it has been over that amount of time and now they are telling me it may take up to 2 Months? No one ever told me that, I am very disappointed as summer will be over then. They are offering no compensation whatsoever or solution. Just indicate " We cant do anything now that its shipped out"... - Frustrated.
