I've ordered five bikinis from zaful, 2 last year and 3 this year. The 2 bikinis I bought last year were discounted tremendously and the quality turned out to be fantastic. They lasted me all summer and I've worn them again this summer as well. Their bikinis look just like the pictures on the site. Sizes may run a bit small, so just check out the helpful reviews they have below the products that are written by customers, those will help you select the right size. Items can take a couple of weeks to ship so be sure to order early, the prices and quality of the products are worth it.

I have never written a review in my life, but I am so angry that I want to urge other people to stay far, far away from this website. I ordered 1 swimsuit from zaful nearly a month ago and it never arrived. So, I email customer support asking why 1 item was taking so long.

Customer support replied saying that the item had been discontinued, which is very confusing because when I made the order, there was a little notification below the add to cart button saying "only 13 left in stock order now!" However, apparently at the time of purchase the item had already been discontinued. If it was discontinued, why was I able to purchase it? And if it's been discontinued, why is it STILL up for purchase on the website as of writing this review?

Not only was I able to purchase a discontinued swimsuit that I would never receive, I had to contact customer support to find out I would never receive it. I received a single update email with my order information and thanking me for my purchase (my bank account was charged same day of purchase because of COURSE the only thing they can do quickly and efficiently is take your money). There was never any email saying "Sorry, that item doesn't exist anymore! Wanna try another one?" Just further proof that this website is a scam and will keep quiet about fake items to keep your money.

Customer support would not refund my order directly, but rather would give a refund to my "online wallet", which was basically store credit, or I could exchange the item for another item and receive an invoice for the price difference. I decided to take neither as I don't want to give this website anymore of my money and I don't want to choose another item only to have it mysteriously never delivered and have to go through the whole process again.

Do not buy here, you will be scammed.

I use Zaful for all of my swimsuit shopping. They have such unique styles and swimsuits that no one else sells! I love looking through their site to see what I will find! At first I was very skeptical that it was a China/Middle East based company that would never send me the products. Sometimes the wait to send overseas is a little long with standard shipping, but I recently started selecting Expedited Shipping and my order came from their warehouse to the US in three days! I couldn't believe how fast it was! I will never shop at any other online store!

I found out about Zaful from my friend, she orders beach clothes and dresses there. At first, I was skeptical, then I went to the website, looked at the goods, read flattering comments from the buyers with photos of products and decided to order a pair of swimsuits and jewelry. Ordering is very convenient, plus there is a program of discounts, free shipping, you can use different discount coupons, use points to reduce the cost of products, it's very cool. The parcel came quickly, standard delivery to Russia (my country) the parcel came in 10 business days. I was surprised, the quality is very good, the products completely coincide with the photos on the website.
In general, I did not regret that I ordered and remained very satisfied. I will recommend Zaful to all my friends.

I have ordered from Zaful for the second time and honestly was not expecting the best of quality and customer service, but to my surprise, I actually am really happy with the items I got so far and the help I received along the way. Yes, shipping does seem to take long but the wait is worth it that's for sure! A little patience and communication with the customer service works a great deal. I would definitely order again in the very near future.

While your items do take a while (10-12 days) to get to you, what you receive is not different from the pictures. I have enjoyed everything I have bought and like that they have a point system to get a discount on top of coupon codes. I have mostly purchased swimsuits and accessories but the dress I have received was true to size. Their sizing can be funky, but if you follow their size guides, you'll be totally fine and pleased with your purchase!

I'm always looking for good websites to find bathing suits on since in store is always challenging. Zaful had a huge selection to choose from which was awesome. Unfortunately, when my 3 bathing suits came in the mail, all 3 of them were much smaller than what the size chart had shown. None of the 3 we're wearable. I emailed customer service and told them what happened and they were very nice and helpful and apologized and offered to resend me the bathing suits with the new size of my choice for free.
Obviously estatic i agreed, ordered the larger sizes and waited for my new bathing suits. When the next round of bathing suits came in i tried them on and was severely disappointed with all of them. One of the bathing suits was a different color then the original with a smaller bottom then the original. And the second and third bathing suit were still wayyy to small to wear. After comparison of the old and new bathing suits, the fabric sizes were identical. So needless to say, although the customer service was wonderful, the items are not good quality and very horribly sized.

I am very satisfied with Zaful. They offer a huge selection of clothes, jewelry, accessories, and other products. They have the latest and most up to date fashions and offer it all at closeout prices! If that wasn't reason enough to shop with Zaful then the customer service you receive would be. When one of my orders arrived and the size didn't fit me properly, I contacted customer service and they handled my issue quickly and accurately. I could tell by the timeliness of the responses and by the understanding that I was speaking with an actual person instead of an auto response. I am above satisfied with Zaful in every way!

I ordered 2 bathing suits from this website, but before i purchase any clothing items online i research anything i can from bathing suits to actual clothing. I did my research on YouTube and looked at their reviews on each item when you scroll all the way down. Sometimes its a hit or miss, but you get what you pay for because these bathing suits are very affordable. 1 out of 2 of the bathing suits fit me perfect and it was exactly like the picture, but the other one was waaaay too tight but it still looked exactly like the picture on the website. I contacted customer service and they were happy enough to exchange it, but turns out they let me keep the bathing suit that didnt fit me and send me a new one for free! I am beyond happy about my order and about customer service AND i got my swimsuit within 8 days!

At first, I was sceptical because I normally don't order from shops outside of Europe. Also I have made bad experiences with sizing in the past. However, my roommate ordered a swimsuit and I was quite impressed by its quality so I decided to order two swimsuits as well. After reading some reviews, I ordered L instead of M (which I wear normally). This was a very good decision. I guess you should always order one size up. I received my package after around 2 or 3 weeks and immediately ordered again after trying on my swimsuits because I love them so much. The quality is soooo good! Since then, I have ordered a few things. The clothes were good too, however, I would especially recommend the Swimwear. The prices are spectacular and the clothes don't look cheap at all. Just be patient because it can take a while until your order arrives in Europe. I would definetely order again!

Overall, everything was good from Zaful, I ordered five items and they all got in mine mailbox in around 3 weeks, everything was good the cloth fit me pretty well. The only thing It was a little tricky for me was that everything I ordered came separately. For example, I got one crop top first, then two days later got my skirt and another crop-top and the next one the 2 items I was missing. But I did write to the customer services of Zaful and they were pretty helpful and explained the whole shipping process.

I would definitely order again from this website as you should do too.

Many of my friends were talking about this website Zaful, so I decided to give it a go. The prices for almost everything are affordable and they constantly have extra promotions, sales, and coupons they offer to their members. They carry apparel and accessories but I ordered 2 bikinis and they were both very cute. The customer service was great as well; once the order arrived, they emailed me straight away to make sure everything fit and I was content with my order. Overall a steal and I was happy with my experience.
