First, I would like to start by saying the first time I ordered from them (in May 2017) I ordered two swim suits and they came about two weeks later.
Fast forward to July 5th, I decided to order some more swim suits for my upcoming trip. I decided to pay for EXPRESS shipping, and it came the day before my flight. But OH WAIT... IT WASN'T MY ORDER. It was an order that was suppose to go to some woman in FRANCE (I'm in California), AND it wasn't even from Zaful... It was from some company called RoseGal.
I contacted Zaful and they said if I send back that order, they will reship my original order and refund me the cost of shipping.
I returned the package, the day after I returned from my trip, to the address provided. They received it two days later and said they were getting my order ready to ship. It shipped July 30th and according to the tracking number it is STILL in China. The didn't even send it EXPRESS like I ORIGINALLY paid for. Also, they have NOT REFUNDED me the shipping costs of returning they other order they sent me. I am beyond frustrated!

I ordered three bikinis off Zaful after reading plenty of reviews. Overall my experience with Zaful was great: the bikinis all fit after I decided to go one size up, the colour and style matched the display photo and the reviews from customers were super helpful. The customer service team is awesome too, I changed my mind on one of the bikinis and they changed it for me after I had already paid for my order! For the price you cannot go wrong. Shipping is free and although not super quick, I got my items in about 2 weeks so plan ahead and you have nothing to complain about! Will definitely purchase more from Zaful and have just placed my second order!

I really loved my purchase from zaful! I had received a cute two piece outfit that was true to size - especially after looking at multiple reviews, I knew I was able to trust that it would look well on me. I also bought a beautiful, lace, cold shoulder type romper that looks very elegant when I wear it.

I would not mind ordering from zaful again!

At first I was a little sketched about ordering from this site since the prices were so affordable. But I'm glad I did order from this site, the shipping did take a little long but the products I received turned out great and I am very satisfied customer. I can't wait to order more items from this site! I recommend everyone to shop Zaful! You won't regret it!

I was a bit hesitant buying from Zaful but as I saw few reviews on Youtube I decided to give it a shot myself. I was super pleased with the service. I bought a one piece and it was of great quality and it was delivered very fast! The staff are very friendly too. It's customer focused and tries to do their utmost best to the customer satisfaction. Will definitely order again!

So far I've ordered from Zaful twice, and both times I've had slight problems with my items but never anything major. I want to stress that this is very inexpensive clothing, and you have to remember that for the most part you're getting what you're paying for. Don't expect to spend $10 on a bikini and receive this high quality suit that looks like you spent hundreds. You won't get that at all. You'll maybe get an item with some defect, some more subtle than others.So keep your expectations low. For me I've gotten some products that are better than others in terms of quality, fabric, how it was made and fit. However all were wearable. The clothes do run a little small, although I always buy the small anyways. So far I've had very good experiences from what I have received, it came in around 2 weeks both times and I've been able to wear all the items.

Well, our order was not received, and it took over two months to get a resolution from Zaful, but I will say that within hours of leaving our review on a few review sites, Zaful did contact us right away and offered a full refund. They also indicated that if our order did arrive they wanted us to keep it as their gift to us for the inconvenience. Overall I can't complain about that. I would have preferred our order, or a quicker response to our issue - but a full refund a couple of months later at least closes the loop on this experience. Not sure how to rate Zaful now - I would not buy again, but they did follow through on the refund, so we can't be too harsh at this point. It's a shame that it took horrible (truthful) reviews on external sites to get some traction.

Very happy with my order and quality of the products - they look exactly like in the pictures and fit well. Also, amazing customer service with timely replies and outstanding support - one of the tops I ordered was slightly too loose on me and I got refunded for it, without even having to send it back! Will definitely order again and already recommended to my friends.

I received my order exactly a week after ordering with free standard shipping, which was way earlier than I expected (shipping to UAE)!

I found this website on a youtuber haul, i looked into it and got curious to order at such great prices, so i did.
I ordered a lingerie/pijamas and both me and my boyfriend fell in love with it. Its made from a soft material which feels so good to touch. It fits as promise and i would deffenetily recommend it.
I also got some jewerly which looks nice, its cheap but it doesnt show.
My clothes were just fine.
The delivery actually surprised me because i expected to wait much longer, i didnt tought it would arrive as fast as it did ( i think i got lucky)
Overall i would defenitely recommend buying from this website and i sure will do it again in the future.

This time I ordered fedora hat, a romper, off the shoulder laser cut top and pilot sunglasses. I received my packages in 10 days after the purchase. All items were packed really good. The only problem I had with the hat was the black band that somehow fell off. But nevermind, I like my hat much better without it. The hat is good quality and I love to wear it. The romper fits me prefectly, I'm really happy I chose a good size of it. It looks very nice and feminine and it's great for summertime. The red top I ordered is just like on the site, very interesting and photogenic. Pilot sunglasses are really cool and I enjoy wearing them. I already have the silver ones, this time I decided to buy the black ones with golden frame. This is my third time shopping on Zaful and I am very satisfied. The quality of the merchandise i have received is much better than I would have expected. The seams are finished well & stitched together well. The material is substantial and designs & colors are as advertised. I had ordered the wrong size for two of my suits & Zaful customer service has been totally helpful in exchanging them for different items. Their email chain is easy to follow & their reps are courteous. Its a very human experience.

Bikinis are great quality, also got a necklace that was nice. For the price you get more than what you pay for, got a $10 shirt this month and already wore it 4 times. Definitely use the size guide, some stuff i got a med and some large but if you read the guide it will fit you!

I ordered 7 bikinis and only received 6.

6 of the bikinis are really bad quality, however I am keeping 2, as it's only the tops which are bad quality on these ones and I like the bottoms.

The sizing is not correctly. Size small bottoms are too tight, id say a very small UK 6, where as small top is around 8/10. The medium is a lot lot larger!

I asked for the return address to send back my bikinis, they have replied to me twice, asking for me to 'be patient'. So I still have the bikinis and no address.

I was hesitant to order after hearing negative reviews about this site but I was pleasantly surprised. I received my order much quicker than expected and the quality was good. I ordered two swimsuits and a pair of sunglasses. The swimsuits were true to the measurements listed and the sunnies were so cute and on trend. The pricing was great compared to boutiques I have ordered from before. I will definitely be reordering from this site!

I ordered from Zaful a bag, a T-shirt and a dress and they fit great on me because before I ordered I checked the reviews on their websites( they turned out very helpful).
Delivery time was 30 days but when I tracked the items it turned out that the delay was caused in my country: Lebanon.
I will definitely buy from it again.
PS: the quality is good for me. It eventually depends on the amount of money you're paying like anything in life.

Swimsuit shopping is tricky especially for plus size so after reviewing on YouTube I was bound to listen up to the YouTube's And start shopping the best part about this cool style swimsuit is that it lace up in the front and it was just as they said perfect It seems to flatter a wide range of body types.
