I just got my first order from Zaful and I am SUPER happy! Everything I ordered was perfect and looked just like it did on the website. This is definitely one of my new favourite online store! The quality was AMAZING and there was a huge selection to choose from. Customer service was really helpful (and super fast at responding) -making this an even better experience. Will definitely be re-ordering from them again soon and can't wait for more cute pieces!

I love zaful! I ordered two bikinis from them, the blue one (/low-waisted-padded-scoop-bikini-set-p_*******. Html) & a beige one(/knotted-textured-scoop-bikini-set-p_*******. Html). Both were bought in a size medium according to the sizing chart.
The beige was too small, so zaful refunded me(including shipping) & i still got to keep it! They also gave me the option to resend a size larger free of charge.
The blue one looks gorgeous on me though! The bottoms are the perfect level on cheeky. It's my new favourite bikini!

A few days ago I received the package I ordered from Zaful, I was very surprised, arrived in great condition, the quality of the materials is great and the costume is like in the picture, the reviews of other users have helped me a lot to understand the size. As far as delivery is concerned, the package arrived after 2 weeks and above all the parcel was traceable. As a first order I was a little frightened I did not know well, but I feel like I recommend it and I'll definitely recycle it. :)

Received my product so fast, I purchased one bikini, 2 dresses, one bag! The quality is just so excellent! I love it! And it is really cheap but worth it! The customer service is so nice! In this order, ZAFUL separated my order into 2 shipment, this first package I received with 3 days, then I got a mail, tracking my order, 2 days after, I received the second package! It is so fast to me to received my order!
I had really good shopping experience here! Everything just made me so happy! I love ZAFUL! Will shop again in this website!

I made a purchase from here at the start of July of two items. One of them I recieved in three weeks... this is fine. However I checked the tracing for the other item and it had not even left China Yet... This was 3 weeks later. I inquired and they said it would be shipped that day. NO explanation as to why. I checked the tracking number and all it said was 'International Departure', this was on the 21st July. It is now the 18th AUGUST and it is still saying 'International Departure'.
I inquired where it was and they said that the shipping company does not know.
They asked me if i wanted to get a new one sent so i gave them the benifit of the doubt and asked if they could sent it priority at thier expense and i have been waiting over a month. They said no. I asked again and they said okay.
When i finally agreed to a resend the said 'Hope you will wait for the reshipment with more patience' HOW $#*!ING DARE THEY.
This site will $#*! you around and treat you like $#*!. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ITS A SCAM

I just recently purchased three bikinis from zaful on July 30th for my trip to the beach. The website has so many cute bikinis on the site that it was so hard for me to only choose three. I also really enjoyed that the website has customer reviews which made it really way for me to see what it looked like on other body types and choosing what size I should get. I typically wear a size small in bathing suits from places like target and I ordered a size medium in all my bikinis on zaful and they all fit perfectly! The payment on zaful at first didn't work for me but then I tried to use PayPal and it worked a lot better. Because I was going to the beach o wanted my bikinis to come fast so I chose to get expedite shipping and they came within 6 days which was really nice. The customer service on zaful was also very good if I needed help tracking my order they provided a tracking number as well as the email that zaful sends when you purchase your order. I gave four stars in stead of five only because I normally get a size small and had to get a size medium but the sizing wasn't a huge issue. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with zaful!

Bought over $100.00 worth of clothes and nothing fits nor does it look anything like the pictures... plus i'm still waiting on one dress and its over 2 years now. God only knows where my package is and the remainder of my clothes are sitting in my basement because they don't fit nor is the material up to par. Customer gets back to you with "be patient and it will be 45 days blah blah blah... um its 2 years now! I ordered size Medium but they clothes were a size Small in fit... go figure! Never buying again!

I placed an order for 4 bikinis and one dress from Zaful. I figured, with such a low price it cant hurt to try them out. I am so glad I did because I love everything that I ordered. One suit was a little too big but I was able to contact customer support and get that resolved within 24 hours! Will definitely be ordering more.

So i ordered a swimsuit from zaful. And to be honest i had my doubts about it because of other reviews. But i looked at the sizing chart and just ordered from there. It came in pretty quick it took about 2 weeks. I ordered what looked like on the website to be a dark red swimsuit. But when it came in it was more pink than red. But nothing really bad the swimsuit was of good quality and fit perfect. Happy customer here!

So Im not going to lie, i was a bit hesistant at first because of the extremely low prices of the clothes however i decided to give it a shot and work with the sizing guide and I couldne be more happy that I did so. I love my items, they are just like described and extremely flattering, I got this amazing cur out dress which my sister, aka the hardshest critique in the fashion world complimented even, she has extremely high standards with clothing so im very impressed. I will definitelly purchase again :)

I ordered a large orange swimsuit from here last month and it was better than what I expected! Delivery time was about two weeks which was expected, so I didn't really mind, and I was able to track the movement of my order. I was a bit skeptical at first because the suit didn't have any reviews, but in the end it was worth it! I will definitely order again in the future!
