The items I purchased almost all fit me perfectly and I will definetly be a returning shopper! The shipping process was speedy and the quality is great for the price. I advise anyone who buys from zaful to read the reviews to ensure you get the right size for that item as many sizes for different items vary. If an item doesn't fit the support team is very helpful in arranging a return or finidng a way to help you solve an issue. They are very kind and helpful! I was very satisfied with my order!

This is my first order on ZafuI. I got three bikinis with great deals and I am very impressed with the quality. Also the shipping wasn't that bad it took about 2 weeks to arrive. The package is cool, each bikini came with separate bag. The only thing is that I tried to contact the customer service but the reply document they sent was unavailable I felt quite confused. So far I would say my experience on this website is great. I am looking forward to buy more stuff from Zaful.

I have ordered a bikini and a T-Shirt from Zaful and I must say I am completely satisfied. Both things were true to size, quality of material was great, shipping was very fast. They offer very modern clothes, which is hard to find where I live. Prices are very low. Customer Service is VERY professional and quick. I would recommend this site to everyone and I will definitely order again :)

The end result of my experience took a slight turn uphill but required 3 weeks of messaging and a public outcry to get any traction. I would not recommend Zaful.

Had a pleasant experience until I had to exchange something. I contacted customer service, included their detailed RMA form, and paid to return the items for an exchange at the directed US location.

I confirmed the package was received 2 days after shipment and assumed the exchange would be processes according to the RMA instructions. I've since lost the tracking number and haven't received anything. In checking back, they replied they are unable to process the return (even though it was delivered with their instruction form) since I did not provide a tracking number to customer service. They are also unable to provide a refund even though they have my original items. The post office only keeps tracking information for 30 days.

So basically the were going to keep $50+ of original merchandise AND my payment, and refuse to return either one.

I posted this complaint and they finally offered to process the exchange or refund my money. I want nothing to do with supporting this company so I asked for a refund which was processed and received.

Highly recommend avoiding Zaful.

La mejor manera de comprar ropa!, barato y llega en el tiempo estimado, lo mejor de todo es que puedes ver los comentarios de cada prenda para elegir una talla correcta, y además siempre me han llegado mis productos, en caso de que se agoten te envían un correo!, y el tema de acumulación de puntos por comentario es lo mejor, te dan muchas ofertas! Y la ropa es ultra linda. El método de envío es genial (postnl international) ya que muchas otras tiendas no se les puede hacer seguimiento por su método de envío y a esta si!

I decided to finally try out zaful after doing my research and watching numerous youtube videos. I concluded that your experience is what you make of it and you must read the reviews before ordering. Listen to other peoples experiences when choosing what bikinis/clothes and sizes/clothes because it will be very beneficial to you. Of course this is only my opinion but for the cheap price you can't expect designer quality and I believe awful does very well exceed sites and stores that are more expensive.

I ordered some bathing suits for the first time at this store and did not regret it. The quality and design are really nice, and at such an affordable price is really worth it. I would just suggest sizing up if you have a curvier body like I do. Other than that everything was great and delivery as well. After $100 you get free expedited shipping.

I had seen many advertisements for Zaful, and after having a look on their website, I thought it was too good to be true: beautiful clothes at a reasonable price! After reading many mixed reviews, I decided to try it out and was completely shocked! Shipping for me took the time that they estimated, and I loved the clothes! The quality is good and it fits well. I've recommended all my friends to Zaful, and they too loved what they got too!

I have ordered from Zaful for a few times and everything I have recieved has looked exactly like on the pictures. I am mega happy with the quality of products. The prices on website are very low and good, so You definetly will find anything for yourself- any size, any color, any style. Shipping service is also very good and fast considering it comes from China. It is very easy to track your orders, so anytime you can check how it is going with it.
The service on Zaful is just excellent - if you have any issues, be sure - you write a message, next day you already have an answer and vuala - your problem is solved! It is brilliant!
I will definitely order more on Zaful and highly recommend it for my friends, because shoping on Zaful is it the best experience I had! Thank You so much!

I put an order on Zaful with three items. I have been trying to contact zaful about how it has been saying it is "processing" even though its send it should be shipping in 3-10 day which it already has been but all I'm getting is nonsense back and my tracking number which doesn't do anything. Now they send me an email saying that one of my orders is not available and can't be shipped even though they took the money from. Now I just want to cancel my whole order and get my money back since it's been a month now. I would not recommend. Horrible customer service.
