I ordered 2 bathing suits July 1st. I asked to have them shipped to and address in Pembina, ND. The address did not update the country from Canada to US and apparently nobody at this company knows that North Dakota is in the United Sates. The correct zip code didn't even clue them in. Long story short, they have no idea where my order ended up as Pembina ND Canada does not exist. Not only did they send a package to this wrong address once, but twice even after I had already contacted them to tell them about the Country error. It is now September and I just want my money back but they will only refund me half of what I paid because they claim they were charged twice for shipping to the wrong address and some stupid insurance garbage, etc. I have never dealt with such a horrible online company - EVER! Their errors became my headache and lose of my money. Caution when dealing with especially for Canadians. I asked for a number to speak to a supervisor but they would t give it to me. When I tried to call the number online I just constantly got a busy signal.

I have no complaints on zaful, I purchased some mandalas on April and I received the package on the first days fof May. Everything had great quality, so I will recommend this website. Also I have a lot of friends that constantly purchase in zaful. Sometimes the shipping time may be longer than expected but is normal due to the long distances they have to travel. Im in Colombia and is normal that international shippings take longer to arrive.

To be clear, the problem has not been resolved. I have made it clear (via at least three exchanges using Zaful's internal messaging system) that I will not have access to refunded money through the card I used because it was a gift card that had been expended. Zaful's recent "solution" includes the card company reimbursing me after they are reimbursed by Zaful. This will not work because the card company doesn't know anything about me. It is a gift card. Not sure how many times and different ways I can write this. So frustrating. I have made several orders from Zaful in the last few months and will not order anything else until there is an actual solutions to this problem.

Zaful sells other things besides bathing suits, such as clothing and accessories. I recently purchased a bathing suit from Zaful and the quality was great! I also like the chance of purchasing a bathing as a whole (top and bottom are included). I only ordered one bathing suit due to the fact that it was my first time purchasing from this company. The medium fits well for me but not how I would personally like it. When I say this, I mean it hugs my butt and boobs just a little too close. When ordering again, I will be purchasing a large. The sizing was only a downfall on my part because I'm not that great with sizing when ordering from somewhere I haven't shopped at before. The quality is great at a very inexpensive price and their bathing suits are also super cute! Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 pieces of clothing from zaful.com.
I checked the sizes and everything first so the clothes fit me perfectly (I paid extra attention to the dimensions since sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer).
The quality was pretty satisfying considering the low price.
The only problem was that my order took a while to arrive but that's a national postal service issue (I live in Greece).
I loved the clothes and the customer support I received and I will definitely be purchasing stuff again from them in the future.

The bikinis fit perfectly and were the best value for their low prices. They were delivered to my house within a week and a half and that's a lot faster than I had imagined since they were coming from China. The bikinis were each packaged in cute clear baggies. I've already placed another order for five more.

All of the clothing I've ordered from Zaful are excellent! I like shopping at Zaful, so nice atmosphere and what is the most important the clothes are always exactly like in the photos. Very fast shipping and high quality! I definitely in love with Zaful and I very often use this online shop... Highly recommend it for you... Thanks Zaful for my happiness after every order!
