I ordered from Zaful a Floral Backless Crop Top e Shorts Chiffon in size M and when it tried unfortunately the short didn't fit me. The Top was very good, fited me perfectly but the short was tight for me.
And I sent a message to Zaful Suport and they were amazing, they were super attentive and helped me so much and they solved my problem.
Despite this small setback I still love this online store because they are super professionals and give all the attention to their customers and I will continue to shop in Zaful for sure.

I absolutely love Zaful. There clothes have always been great quality for an affordable price. I do recommend making sure you follow the size guides and read the reviews before selecting your size. So far I haven't had any issues with things not fitting. They have some of the best perks too! For example when you share their items to social media sites you earn points and coupon codes which can be used towards your next purchase, you even have the chance to get FREE items when you refer friends. They also give you the chamce to earn even more points when you write reviews about the clothes you purchased. Shipping time is surprisingly pretty quick for it coming from over seas. If you spend X amount of money (I believe it's $100) you can choose the faster shipping option and it's also FREE! Last, their support team is awesome and replies to you within 24 hours.

Placed one order at over 200 dollars and got charged 152 dollars from DHL because Zaful sent my order out in four different orders. Plus my orders were so late beacuase Zaful put items for sale that they didnt have in stock. Contacted management and they took no responsibility for the 152 dollars of shipping and duty fees since once it leaves the store its no longer their problem. Will never use this site and warn users to be cautious that you could pay hundreds more than you expected if this happens to you.

My item was not received at my address, and according to Zaful once it is given to the shipping company it is no longer their responsibility.
I paid for 'shipping insurance'' which I found out after that it does not cover missing items, but only for any damages during the shipping. Their customer service has poor English and took quite some time to understand any questions which makes the entire situation much more frustrating.

*Update*
Just so everyone is aware, Zaful offered me a refund (surprising) within 7-14 business days of the email they sent me. I responded after at least 14 business days to which they then told me to keep waiting as I needed to wait 7-14 business days which makes little sense to me.

It has been just over a month and I have received nothing back.

I orderd ordered a few bikinis, sunglasses and one playsuit! And I need to say I am so happy about everything! I orderd the sunglasses a second time and I am gonna order more as they are my favorite! Also the Bikinis are amazing! I am 176 meters and 70 kg and I orderd large! And they all fit! I got tons of compliments and everybody is asking where I goy my bikinis from! I can really recommend you to order Bikinis from that site! I am very happy with it!

I have made a few orders and I will definately keep buying clothes from this website. The tracking method was easy and accurate. The clothes arrived very well packed and in perfect conditions. Everything fits great and I have received a lot of compliments on the clothes!:)
I'm so pleased with the customer service. Honestly I'm sad to read a few bad reviews, because in my case they were so helpful and I felt very satisfied with the overall experience with the staff. They answered my messages quick, obviously within some hours because of the time zone difference, but I had no problem in getting to an agreement with them.
A very pleasant experience in general.

When I first found Zaful.com I was a bit careful because I thought that this site would be too good to be true. So then I ordered some bikinis and a two piece outfit with a friend of mine.
Although we had to wait for it for a very long time.
But when it finally was there, everything was so nice and exactly like on the pictures.

The one remark I have is that the sizes are a bit small. I have a M en bought an L and that L is even a bit small.

The support of Zaful is also great. I send them a ticket because it took so long for my delivery to come and there were really helpful.

I just want to say to everyone who is doubtful abaut Zaful, DONT be :)

Took 16 days after i ordered my items to receive. I bought 3 dresses, one felt so thin and cheap basically was a piece of cloth. Second dress same material but better quality and i ended up liking the last dress. But i have bought from here a few times but its either too small or too big or terrible quality. LASTLY it would not let me input a review on their website on the items I bought. Nor do they give a return address so I had to message them...

To be completely honest, I was a bit unsure when first placing orders for Zaful. However, to my great surprise, everything that I ordered from here was much more than what i had expected (especially for such a great price!) they carry the most up to date trends for a much cheaper price compared to more name brand clothing. I have recommended this website to all of my friends, but I do advise them to look at the reviews for every product they are interested in, so that they can get an idea of how it fits.
Shipping can take some time, but it is coming from a far place, so it is obviously expected.
Overall, love zaful, and I will probably never stop shopping from here!

I had a great experience with Zaful. I ordered two bikinis, a dress, and a top. The bikinis and top arrived quickly (within a week) while the dress took a little longer, about two weeks. I was still impressed because I didn't pay for shipping and I live in the US. The products I ordered were all very good quality, especially for the price I paid. I'm glad I read the reviews because I sized up in the bikinis and the bottoms were still on the smaller side.

My sister and I order bathing suits at the beginning of August and received a confirmation of shipping two days later. The we got a notification 9 days after, that part of our order had just been shipped. They did not notify us that part of our order had not been shipped at the beginning. Our first part arrived but it is now September and we still have not received our second order. We've tried calling and it either gets disconnect, won't go through or no one answers. I had an online chat finally with someone today and they told me it should arrive today or tomorrow. I said I didn't want them and wanted a refund because summer is now over for us and they said there is nothing they can do. They sent me a link to a different department and it doesn't work. They are very unhelpful and disorganized. I've ordered bathing suits from here before and they arrived later than expected but not like this. Really unprofessional company, would not recommend.
