I've ordered off sites like this majority of my life ( I love a good deal), & let me tell you when I say that this site is not only one of the cheapest, but the BEST quality I've ever come across too. So much so I've made this my main site where I order majority of my wardrobe. I get so many compliments all they time and they never believe me when I say I just go online! Definitely, refer to the sizing charts and details as they are all accurate. Once you know your measurements you're golden. Customer service is also extremely helpful and respond at a fast pace. You have no worries with this site.

I've been shopping at Zaful for years now and have tried every product they have to offer from clothes, jewelry, accessories, etc! I've loved every single item I've ever received! Their prices compared to their product quality is very impressive, nor to mention their z point loyalty program to take off huge discounts off of orders! Just follow the easy to read size chart and place an order by atleast $30 for the free shipping, you'll thank me later!

I NEVER RECEIVED BY PACKAGE. I ordered 2 bathing suits, which equaled out to $40 (including insurance). On my receipt it says that my order has been delivered. I was home all day it was supposedly delivered and I did not see the postman dropping off my package. When I was notified it was "delivered" I checked my letterbox (+my neighbours just in case) and it was not there; I then checked the outside of my house, still nothing. I therefore assumed that it might have been dropped off to my local post office... nothing.
I have emailed them 5 times explaining my situation and they respond as if they haven't even read my complaint, as the response is suggesting advice that would be cancelled out if they actually took the time to understand my issue.
E.g. I said that I had already checked with my local post office and my neighbours/family if they had my item, both said no - ZAFUL would respond with, "Check with your local post office or your neighbours/family if they have received your package, as it does state it has been delivered. Like, I'm sorry... DID YOU EVEN READ MY COMPLAINT?
I remember requesting for the package having to be signed if I was not at home, in order for it to be safe at my local post office; however, it states the order was not signed. But on my receipt says no invoice needed? All I want is a refund. I don't care about the bathers anymore (even though I was super keen) but they have made this a torturous process. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this website... it's a deadset scam.

I got two bikinis from Zaful. One of the bikinis was backordered, so they notified me immediately and said they would send the first one out ASAP, then the other one would come a bit later. I said OK, and they kept their word. Once they came, the products were both of sturdy quality. They have lasted me the past few months, plus a trip to SE Asia. The shipping took a little while, but they are based in Asia somewhere, so it's understandable (I live in CA).

I've recently begun using Zaful. I love it. From the selection of clothing to the good prices. I find realy cute stuff that I just won't find in stores. In my first order however, the shorts were a little too big. I was aware before hand. Mediums were sugvested for a size 4 and Smalls for a size 2. I'm a size 3. So I chose to go with the mediums instead of too awful small. Otherwise, I realy love zaful. On top of that, they're really good to their customers(: there are ways if getting discounts and earning points and coupons!

I already did some shopping for Zaful and the first time the order did not arrive, when I contacted the after-sales service they were very available and ready to solve my problem, giving me several possible options and I just had to choose the one more suited to my situation. The second time I shopped with zaful ran beautifully and had no problem whatsoever. Very satisfied.

Let me just start by saying that I LOVE Zaful! First of all the prices are so low that it's kind of shocking. Secondly, the products far exceeded my expectations. But the best thing that I believe Zaful has is its customer service. I never really bother to write reviews about businesses but I just had to for Zaful because I think Zaful is sooo under-rated. If someone reading this is planning to buy from Zaful please read ahead. When you open a product you like, scroll down and read the 'Product Description', and the 'Size Chart', because it helps clear all the questions you'd have. It tells you the fabric used, padded or not, underwired or not, the weight of the product, sizes according to measurements, you name it- it's there. And then there are the customer reviews, many wonderful regular people post their pictures and experiences to help the new buyers.
My experience with Zaful has been so pleasant. If you, reading my review, are wondering to buy something from Zaful then please do so and use all the resources they have to help you.
