As long as you have realistic expectations of how the clothes will look on you and realise that you get the quality you are paying for the clothes can be incredible! I've ordered some bikinis and lots of clothes before from here and loved every garment. I have ordered from here at least 4 times and will order from here many more! They also have a great reviews system on each item page so you can see customer photos and opinions!

Zaful has some unique and different pieces to choose from and I am always finding something on here that I hardly see or ever see anyone in the city that I live have which is so rare and a plus for me. I ordered this dress back on 12/4/2015 and the quality of the sweater dress was amazing along with the style, I love it. Even wore it as a sweater the next time I wore it in February 2017!

Originally heard about the website on Buzzfeed. Was a little skeptical. However, I've been impressed by the quality of the items for the price. Shipping can take quite a while, but normally no longer than a month. I've placed 3-4 orders now, and while some of the items material look different than the picture I have yet to be super disappointed by them. Their products are great for shorter shoppers. I haven't had to have any items altered.

**EDIT: I was asked by Zaful to write an honest review, in exchange for a $20 coupon. After the review, I received the coupon I was unable to use it on any sale items... just about everything on the website is on sale... and I did not learn of this until I emailed the customer support. It said no where in the fine print, and was never mentioned. So, I felt the need to update my review, so that if others read this they know that Zaful will offer you a pretty much useless coupon.

I purchased 3 items from Zaful.com. One wonderful dress the size was perfect it was the first time that i bought something from this company. The others were one swimwear, i had my thoughts before buying without trying but it was great and the material very good at the right price.The last one was a dress for the beach it was quite good for the price. I will order again for sure as i hadn't any issue with the products. Moreover, the costumer service is very helpful as i had a problem with the shipping but at the end i did receive all and it was everything fine.

I purchased three clothing items, of which 2 bikinis. The First bikini is maroon and was true to the size, and the second one is silver grey and also true to the size, both fit very well and the quality of the material is really good. My third item was a two piece and looks even better than the picture when I tried it on. My only complaint is the shipping, they said it would take 20 - 25 days and it took almost a month shipping it to South Africa.

I already ordered several times on their website and I'm always very happy with the outcome! Great bikinis with awesome quality as well as lovely pieces. Just remember to order a size up, because of the asian size run. The customer service is also very nice and helpful, I once had a problem with my order and they solved it quick and easy!
I would highly recommend this website, fast shipping to Germany and also always hot discount codes!

After seeing Zaful on my Facebook feed, I decided to bite the bullet and order one of their bikinis. Being hesitant about online bikini shopping, especially from a company where I hadn't seen or felt the quality in hand I was nervous about what would show up to my door. I purchased one bikini from Zaful, the Patchwork Print Bralette Scoop Bikini Set in Floral and couldn't of been happier with the unique style, great price and quality of the bikini. If I could suggest anything to anyone though, it would be to pick a style on the larger end (if you fill out a small normally, go for the medium!) My small fits like a large extra small, or a snug small. Overall though I am really happy my bikini.

Do not order from this company, the clothes were cheap and nothing like the photos at all. The only thing I kept were a few bathing suits, which were hit or miss, and also because it's impossible to return anything because they cannot issue a form for prepaid shipping to return items to China. Without that form, the shipping would have cost me $150, which was more than my order was worth (approximately $130). They then had me ship everything to some address in Rancho Cucamonga and have still not issued my refund of $130 something. Now they are asking for the tracking number and date that I did this. PLEASE. JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND. This was money down the drain. Seriously, do yourself a favor and order clothes from anywhere else!

I saw some ads for Zaful but didn't know much about the company. Then a coworker ordered some bathing suits, and said they were awesome! So I thought I would give it a go. I ordered a bralette. Yes the shipping did take a little time - which they are totally clear about, and which is normal for overseas packages! But it was worth the wait. The quality was great and of course the price couldn't be beat. I immediately wanted to order a second of the same item because I loved it so much! I'm already picking out items for my next order!

I was going on a vacation with my friends and really needed some bikinis. I usually purchase through aliexpress, but Zaful confirmed that they have a return address in the US. If you haven't shopped overseas before, you probably don't realize how important this is. But when it's $30+ dollars to send something back to China, you pay a little more to go through a reputable company who will take returns back in the US.

The bathing suits were great quality for the price and fit well. My friends bottoms ran a bit small, but they are located in China so you have to be mindful that their sizing is different.

The customer service was amazing! Someone was always there to answer me on live chat, and they responded in a timely manner. It's sad to see the other reviews where people state otherwise. These employees are trying their best to communicate (not in their native language) to unappreciative, cheap customers who expect top notch service for discounted prices. I have a lot of experience purchasing products overseas, so maybe I am bias. I 10/10 recommend this company, especially for bikinis.

I ordered several items that were delivered in 2 weeks (country of residence is Greece).
They all looked just like in the pictures, however be aware that the size guide was a bit off, resulting to one of the items I had ordered being very large on me.
However, once I submitted a ticket to the customer service, they were very fast to respond that they will replace or refund, they were very kind and willing to help, I really felt that I was a priority.
So, apart from the fact that the items were of good quality and as expected, the customer service proved that even if something goes wrong, they're there to help solve the issue and satisfy the customer.

I purchased many items from Zaful and i must say the quality of the clothing were really good and i am impressed as the materials were comfy and does not look cheap! The items were exact to the given photos & the sizing was mostly accurate even though some pieces were a little big on me. Shipping was fairly quick! It took one week for my items to arrive partially and i have another parcel on the way. Customer service was good as they politely offered me a refund for an item that was not available. Thumbs up!

I purchased 3 items which included a dress, a bralette and a swimsuit and honestly love love love my purchase! So far, my dress and swimsuit arrived, im only waiting for my bralette because it was out of stock, but it was restock really quickly and now its on its way (yay!). As long as you follow the sizing and read the reviews, you're all set! The prices are cheap too which is good if you don't want to (or can't) spend too much money. The shipping was fine for me too, i was able to track my order well and it arrive in about 2 weeks. It was my first time ordering here and I will surely order again! Can't wait!

You guys, I normally am hesitant to order clothes online when they are at such a good price, but lots of my friends ordered online from Zaful so I decided to give it a try. Am I ever glad I did! Not only was it super cheap, the quality was WAY better than I was expecting. I bought a few bathing suits from the site this summer and constantly would get compliments asking where I purchased my stuff from. Everyone was shocked to hear it was from Zaful, but then went online themselves to grab some gear. I definitely recommend!
