Zaful is pretty cheap so you have to expect a certain quality from them, but with basic items like lingerie and tees, and well as summery dresses, the quality is pretty good for the price. Sizing is pretty much perfect and although there may be some finishing details which may seem iffy up close its never really that noticeable. I personally love the products and just pay close attention to other peoples reviews on the site to make sure its worth it. Shipping is not too long either.

The first time I ordered through zaful it was great. It was fast shipping that was trackable and once my items arrived they were amazing. I was highly satisfied with them. This made me want to order through zaful again. However, the second time around hasn't been the same as the first. It has been over two weeks since my order has "shipped", and I put the shipped in those quotes because online it says my order was refunded. I reached out to zaful and they replied saying my package was shipped and they provided the tracking number. When I track my package, it has been in the same location for over 2 weeks. I am not sure if my order has been shipped or not. Also, I figured out that one of the products I bought had sold out after I ordered it so they refunded only that bathing suit. Zaful didn't tell this information I saw they refund on my credit card. I am waiting, hoping my package arrives soon and I get it in time for my vacation.

At first I was skeptical about cheap websites coming from overseas that seemed too good to be true. However I saw that a lot of youtubers were purchasing from Zaful and I decided to try it out. The items are not crazy cheap to the point where it would be ridiculous but they are a good price for the value of the products. The products I recieved were as they looked on the picture but beware that when choosing size, you must always look at the size chart rather than your normal size. I am usually a medium but the size chart said I was a large so I went with it and the skirt fit me perfectly. Overall it was a good experience and I didnt get scammed with things that look nothing like the picture.

I paid twice the price (R$142 reais ir U$44,50 more) for the express shipping option, with the estimastes delivery time between 8 to 10 days.
It's been already 1 week since the date of purchase, my items are already dispatched but haven't yet been shipped.
I sent several messages to Zaful's website, and the only response I receive is the automatic ones.
Zaful did not give me a forecast of when the items will be shipped, did not inform me if the items I bought are available in stock, and when I asked for a refund on the shipping metode, I received no response.
I still want to receive my purchases, but I find it a shame to pay double the value for an express shipping, and the company itself Is responsable for delaying the deadline to shipping in the post office.
If I do not receive a response within two days, I will seek other more extreme means to have my refund and compensation for damage

I love Zaful, i ordered two coat (Order No. U**************) last Nov. 13,2017 and the colors are so millennial like rose pink and pink beige which are my favorite colors. I was looking for these coats at the mall and i didn't find it. And when i checked zaful's website they have it and i was so happy like i ordered right away and now i can say that my upcoming trip in korea for a winter season will be perfect because of my coats. I received the item for less than a week and im so thankful. Thank you zaful! :)

I've order with zaful a couple of times and I haven't been disappointed yet. The clothing is really affordable and they have a pretty large inventory to choose from. Plus I never really have to worry about popular items selling out since they keep a lot of their things in stock. I'm always surprised by how good the quality of their items are too. It's never any super thin and cheap fabrics.
The shipping time is pretty decent too. Each time I've ordered, the items always come even earlier than the date I would expect. So that's definitely a plus too! They're pretty awesome so far, I don't really have any bad feedback to give.

I have more then a year experince and always looking forward to the next order. The order arrived always in aprox 20 days at my local post office ( not vamal post office! Like from other websites, where I need to wait for hours in row) I always had the best fitting clothes even being XS and S size, being on budget the clothes are unexpected good quality and beautiful! Always a fun to post pictures with my clothes and received discounts points on the website! I have more then 20 products saved for the next orders! The reward system is working, plus a lot of discounts. Looking forward to purchase more! Totally recommend it!

I bought a body suit, sweater and shorts from Zaful. The only thing I was semi happy with was the sweater. The sweater and body suit did not come until well after a month of ordering and I still haven't received the shorts. It's now been two months. There's a hole in my body suit, and when trying to get ahold of them 3 times I gave up. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed with this website. They have not responded to any of my emails or my Facebook messages. Would not recommend this website to anyone.
