This was a some-what great shopping experience. First of all, the clothes I got fitted me nicely and looked gorgeous on me. However, I have to remind your new costumers that an "one size fits most" is a lot smaller than you would think. It is almost identical to the size Small. I bought two hoodies, one that's Small and one that was One Size Fits Most. It turned out pretty similar in size. Another thing was the fabric they used to make the clothes. It wasn't the type you would normally get- the type that can stretch out pretty far. They used a type of cloth that seemed like what you would get on a table cloth. It was like plain fabric sewed together. But I'm very impressed in how good the clothes looked. This was a pretty good shopping experience overall. PNG

When I first heard about this website I was completely confused as to how they could price things so cheaply and I STILL AM! I ordered a swimsuit and some accessories and I am not disappointed. Everything looks good quality and it came on time too.

I recently made my first order on Zaful.com. I bought a pair of boots and a sweatshirt, and both the objects were really cheap. The boots aren't the best quality, they hurt a little for the first days and they are starting to get a little damaged (but I used them very intensively in the last two months, walking every day to school, even under the rain), so I think it was a good deal. The sweatshirt is really cute and comfy, but since it was one size I would recommend to read the measurements you can find on the website very carefully, because it suits me, but for others it might be too tiny.

I had ordered a swimsuit, 2 halter tops, and a pair of shoes from this company and they were high quality for such an affordable price. The swimsuit I ordered was just amazing and impressed with the quality, also the tops and shoes are my everyday wear. They fit just right and look forward to receive more from their product. I've seen reviews and try ons to see if the product is right for me as in sizing and quality. They also have Z points, which save me a lot of money and if there was any problems, their support system would get back with you quickly and try to solve the issue. Most company do this, but I felt genuine that they care if something was wrong. Overall, I've seen good reviews so far and have heard from many of my friends ordering their clothing from this company.

Ive had two orders with Zaful so far and both times Ive been pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. They provide tracking with standard shipping and that was really helpful tracking down the packages. I did have an issue with an item being out of stock but they shipped out the items that were in stock first so that I get those quickly and a few days later they shipped out the rest of the order at no additional cost to me.
The products themselves are good quality for the money paid and they fit my girlfriend quite nicely. I would definitely recommend Zaful and Ill definitely order from them again.

I ordered 3 items during my first purchase with Zaful - 2 swimsuits and 1 beach blanket. At first I was kinda hesitant because we had a beach trip 2 weeks and I wanted to use it for that. I was expecting 1 week minimum but my order arrived after 6 days! I'm so happy with the service and they were also very accommodating in their social media pages. I also like the fact that items are really good but at the same time, they are really, really affordable. I honestly don't know why others are complaining about bad service. Now I have just placed another purchase :)

The quality of my items were excellent, sewing jobs were precise and material was solid. Service was impeccable and I was receiving constant updates on whether I was satisfied with my products and they were happy to help if needs be.

I recently received my first order from zaful and i have been impressed by the quality of the product. The fit, style and colours have all been spot on with the product information. The 2 bikinis i ordered are fashionable and comfortable. The shipping only took a few weeks and i was able to save money on my orders by using Z points. Overall the experience has been positive and i have since ordered more from them which i look forward to recieving.

I recently ordered 2 coats for my boyfriend from Zaful, because we weren't sure what size he would need, and figured we would return whichever size didn't fit. Once the items came in the mail, they were both extremely tiny and of really poor quality, so we wanted to return them both. Their return policy is an absolute nightmare. First you have to email them then they send you a 7 point list, which you must follow to a tee or risk no refund. Well I missed a step, and I emailed them as soon as I realized that. They were zero help and said they couldn't refund me if I didn't follow the list. I have never dealt with such a $#*!ty return procedure nor a company so unhelpful. It honestly seems to me they know their products suck, so they make up a complicated return policy so they can actually make money. If I had known I wouldn't get my refund, I would have donated the coats to the homeless, saved my $20 in shipping back to them, and at least felt my money went to a better cause then right back into their pockets. Do not give your money to this company!

After a while of researching, watching some review videos, and reading the comments on the website itself, I decided to give it a shot and ordered some bikinis and dresses from them. Because when looking at how much it cost, there was not much to lose. And I'm glad I gave Zaful a chance. Quality/Price ratio is much more higher than my expectations! Shipping to Germany took only one week! Customer service is pretty fast and quite understanding! I will definitely keep shopping from them.
